A feedback control model of lattice hydrodynamic model is proposed by taking the information of the historic optimal velocity into account for the traffic system. The modern control theory is applied for the linear stability condition with feedback control signal. The result shows that the stability of traffic flow is closely related to the information of the historic optimal velocity. Furthermore, numerical simulations conform that the new feedback control did increase the stability of traffic flow efficiently, which is in accord with theoretical analysis.

A novel lattice hydrodynamic model is proposed by integrating the cooperative deviation of density and optimal flux under vehicle to X(V2X) environment. According to the theoretical analysis, the stability conditions and the mKdV equations affected by the cooperative deviation of traffic information are explored. And the density wave, hysteresis loop and energy consumption of the traffic flow have been investigated via numerical simulation. The results indicate that the cooperative deviation of density and optimal flux can effectively alleviate the traffic congestion. More importantly, our new consideration can reduce fuel consumption and exhaust emission under the V2X environment.

This study uses multiple regression to investigate the effects of Land and building use on popuLation, Land price, and passengers. Initialty, we abstract annuat data on Land and buildings usage within a radius of 0 m-400 m for railway stations and 400 m-800 m for subway stations in Fukuoka, Japan by using the GIS. We then analyze the relationships between 13 factors of rand use and 8 factors of building usage, as well as the related poputation, Land price, and passengers using the quantitative expression method. Using several categories of land use and building usage as explanatory variables, we anatyze the degree to which the selected categories affect population, Land price, and passengers by using the muttiple regression method. This research can aid the further development of land and buitding usage in the future.

Paired-like homeodomain transcription factor 1 （PITX1） plays an important role in pituitary development by indirectly regulating the expression of the GH and PRL genes, and therefore PITX1 gene is regarded as a potential candidate gene for building the relationship between the gene polymorphism and milk traits. The aim of this study was to explore the novel genetic variant in PITX1 gene and its effect on milk performance in dairy goats. Herein, a novel genetic variation （NW_00314033： g.201GA or IVS1＋41GA） located at nt41 position of the first intron of the goat PITX1 gene was reported at the P1 locus, which can be genotyped by the Msp I PCR-RFLP. In the Msp I PCR-RFLP analyis, the GG variant was a major genotype, and the A variant was a minor allele in Guanzhong dairy goats which was at Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium （chi-square χ2=140, P0.01）. The establishment of associations between different genotypes and milk performance was performed in the analyzed population. A total of three significant associations of the polymorphism with average milk fat content （%）（P=0.045）, morning milk fat content （%）（P=0.049）, and afternoon milk fat content （%）（P=0.050）, were found, respectively. A significant relationship between the polymorphism and average total solid content （P=0.029） was also detected. This novel single nucleotide polymorphism （SNP） extended the spectrum of genetic variation of the goat PITX1 gene, and its significant association with milk performance would benefit from the application of DNA markers related to improving milk performance through marker-assisted selection （MAS） in dairy goats.

Magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy(MCCG) is a novel system primarily used for the diagnosis of gastric disease. It consists of an endoscopic capsule with magnetic material inside, external guidance magnet equipment, data recorder and computer workstation. Several clinical trials have demonstrated that MCCG is comparable in accuracy in diagnosing gastric focal disease when compared to conventional gastroscopy. Further clinical studies are needed to test the diagnostic accuracy and improve the functioning of MCCG. This novel MCCG system could be a promising alternative for screening for gastric diseases,with the advantages of no anesthesia required, comfort and high acceptance across populations.

Suspension arrays are attracting increasing interest for detecting and quantifying proteins, nucleic acids and other biomolecules. Among various suspension arrays, sillica-based suspension arrays which benefit from low fluorescence background and material stability have been widely used. Sillica-based suspension arrays are often manufactured with the popular aldehyde-aminosilane chemistry for the attachment of a variety of biomolecules. One drawback of this immobilization strategies is the relatively high array particles lost efficiency when washed by centrifugation. Due to this shortcoming, it is low reproductivity and limited in multiplex assay. Herein we report a novel method to fabricate Tween-coated suspension sillica particles, which could achieve good- reproductivity and the low limit of detection. Tween surfactants, each containing hydrophilic ethylene glycol head groups and a hydrophobic alkyl tail, prevent silica particles from being adsorbed onto the centrifuge tube wall and make beads resuspended well. Also, Tween with low fluorescence background could reduce non-specific protein adsorption. Also Tween surfactants are economic and facile agent. In this study, we demonstrate the preparation of the protein array to substantiate the applicability of our approach. Under the optimized experiment conditions, the limit of detection of our Tween-modified particles is as low as 50 pg/mL, which is sufficiently low for the current methods. We believe that the proposed method could provide a perspective on the improvement of self-encoded silica particle arrays.

The carbyne compound [Br(CO)_2(Py)_2Mo(≡CC_6H_5)] (Py=pyridine) (1a) reacts with Co_2 (CO)_8, Fe_2(CO)_9 and Mn_2 (CO)_(10) to give tetrahedral tri-metal cluster compounds Co_2Mo(μ_3-CC_6H_5)Br(CO)_8(Py)_2 (2), Fe_2Mo(μ_3-CC_6H_5) Br(CO)_9(Py)_2 (3) and Mn_2Mo(μ_3-CC_6H_5)Br(CO)_(10) (Py)_2 (4) respectively. Tri-metal cluster compound Co_2Mo(μ_3-CC_6H_5)Br(CO)_8-(bipy) (bipy=α,α'dipyridyl) (5) is prepared in a similar reaction sequence from [Br(CO)_2(bipy)Mo(≡CC_6H_5)] (1b) and Co_2(CO)_8. IR, ~1H and ^(13)C NMR spectral data of these compounds are reported and discussed. The crystal structure of compound (5) has been determined by X-ray diffraction.

It is critical for fabricating flexible biosensors with both high sensitivity and good selectivity to realize real-time monitoring superoxide anion(O_(2)^(·−)),a specific reactive oxygen species that plays critical roles in various biological *** work delicately designs a Mn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/MXene heterostructured biomimetic enzyme by assembling two-dimensional(2-D)Mn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2) nanosheets with biomimetic activity and 2-D MXene nanosheets with high conductivity and abundant functional *** 2-D nature of the two components with strong interfacial interaction synergistically enables the heterostructure an excellent flexibility with retained 100%of the response when to reach a bending angle up to 180°,and 96%of the response after 100 bending/relaxing *** is found that the surface charge state of the heterostructure promotes the adsorption of O_(2)^(·−),while the high-energy active site improves electrochemical oxidation of O_(2)^(·−).The Mn_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)/MXene as a sensing platform towards O2•−achieves a high sensitivity of 64.93µA·µM^(−1)·cm^(−2),a wide detection range of 5.75 nM to 25.93µM,and a low detection limit of 1.63 ***,the flexible heterostructured sensing platform realizes real-time monitoring of O_(2)^(·−)in live cell assays,offering a promising flexible biosensor towards exploring various biological processes.
