LB-AGR: level-based adaptive geo-routing for underwater sensor network

Underwater sensor network（UWSN） adopts acoustic communication with more energy-consumption and longer propagation-delay, which bring great challenges to protocol design. In this paper, we proposed level-based adaptive geo-routing（LB-AGR） protocol. LB-AGR divides traffics into four categories, and routes different types of traffic in accordance with different decisions. Packets upstream to the sink are forwarded unicast to the best next-hop instead of broadcasting to all neighbor nodes as in present UWSN routing protocols. LB-AGR defines an integrated forwarding factor for each candidate node based on available energy, density, location, and level-difference between neighbor nodes, which is used to determine the best next-hop among multiple qualified candidates. Through simulation experiments, we show the promising performance of LB-AGR.

目的旨在探讨枸橼酸局部抗凝(regional citrate anticoagulation,RCA)下连续性肾脏替代治疗(continuous renal replacement therapy,CRRT)中血乳酸水平对体外循环凝血的影响。方法采用回顾性队列研究设计,收集广州医科大学附属第二医院重症医学科2021年6月—2023年7月局部枸橼酸抗凝下行CRRT治疗的体外循环数据,根据48小时内是否凝血下机分为凝血组和非凝血组。采用COX回归分析CRRT体外循环48小时内凝血的危险因素。结果共纳入114例患者,共179套CRRT体外循环和对应数据,其中凝血组105例,非凝血组74例。COX回归分析显示:静脉压高(HR=1.008,95%CI:1.000~1.016,P=0.045)、乳酸≥2 mmol/L(HR=1.517,95%CI:1.009~2.280,P=0.045)是CRRT体外循环48小时内凝血的独立危险因素;枸橼酸剂量≥3.2 mmol/L(HR=0.461,95%CI:0.312~0.682,P<0.001)是其保护因素。结论CRRT上机时应对体外循环进行充分预冲,运行前测试血液透析置管功能,调整好血液透析置管位置以避免静脉压升高。乳酸高,组织灌注差的患者应积极液体复苏,避免血液过度浓缩,有助于降低CRRT体外循环48小时内凝血的风险。

In this paper, domestic and abroad research progresses and related calculation formulae of the mean overtopping discharge are summarized. Through integral physical model experiments, the relation between the wave direction and the overtopping discharge on the top of the sloping dike is focused on and put into analysis and discussion; and a modified formula for mean overtopping discharges under oblique irregular waves is proposed. The study shows that the mean overtopping discharge generally goes down as the relative wave obliquity fl increases for a fixed measurement point and the mean overtopping discharge generally increases as the wave steepness H/L decreases （the cycle increases） for a fixed relative wave obliquity.

A hydrothermal deposition method was utilized to fabricate Ca-P composite coating induced by the layer-by-layer(LbL)assembled polyvinylpyrrolidone/deoxyribonucleic acid(PVP/DNA)_(20) multilayer on AZ31 *** surface morphology and compositions were characterized by SEM,EDS,FTIR and ***,the corrosion resistance and degradation behavior of the coating were tested via electrochemical polarization,impedance spectroscopy and immersion *** show that the main components of Ca-P coatings are hydroxyapatite,Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2) and Mg_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)·nH_(2)*** LbL-assembled DNA and PVP promote the adsorption of Ca-P deposits on the sample surface,and structures and functional groups of the polyelectrolyte in the outermost layer are the primary influencing factor for the induction of the Ca-P *** groups have the best biomineralization effect among all related functional *** enhanced corrosion resistance and adhesion highlight a promising use of(PVP/DNA)_(20)-induced Ca-P coatings in the field of biomedical magnesium alloys.

目的:探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合稳心颗粒治疗高血压并发阵发性心房颤动的临床疗效及其对心脏电生理结构的影响。方法:连续入选2021年10月至2022年11月在我院诊治的高血压并发阵发性房颤患者116例,按随机数字分组法分为稳心颗粒组(常规降压治疗的基础上采用稳心颗粒治疗)和联合治疗组(常规降压治疗的基础上,采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合稳心颗粒治疗)各58例,均连续治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状评分、房颤负荷、P波持续时间、P波离散度、左房内径(LAD)、左室舒张末内径(LVEDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)的差异。结果:治疗后,与稳心颗粒组比较,联合治疗组的临床症状评分[(1.66±0.69)分比(1.40±0.53)分]、房颤负荷[4.43(1.65)%比1.62(3.50)%]、P波持续时间[(112.17±6.46)ms比(109.29±8.59)ms]、P波离散度[(32.47±8.11)ms比(29.02±7.49)ms]及LAD[(34.83±3.41)mm比(33.40±3.74)mm]均显著降低(P0.05)。结论:沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合稳心颗粒能显著改善高血压并发阵发性房颤患者的临床症状及房颤负荷,降低房颤易感性,抑制心房电重构及结构重构。
