Primary logistics planning of oil products under the imbalance of supply and demand

This paper intends to complete the primary logistics planning of oil products under the imbalance of supply and demand. An integrated mathematical programming model is developed to simultaneously find the balance between supply and demand, and optimize the logistics scheme. The model takes minimum logistics cost and resource adjustment cost as the objective function, and takes supply and demand capacity, transportation capacity, mass balance, and resource adjustment rules as constraints.Three adjustment rules are considered in the model, including resource adjustment within oil suppliers,within oil consumers, and between oil consumers. The model is tested on a large-scale primary logistics of a state-owned petroleum enterprise, involving 37 affiliated refineries, 31 procurement departments,286 market depots and dedicated consumers. After the unified optimization, the supply and demand imbalance is eased by 97% and the total cost is saved by 7%, which proves the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed model.

Many cell-matrix interaction studies have proved that dynamic changes in the extracellular matrix(ECM)are crucial to maintain cellular properties and behaviors.Thus,developing materials that can recapitulate the dynamic attributes of the ECM is highly desired for threedimensional(3 D)cell culture platforms.To this end,we sought to develop a hydrogel system that would enable dynamic and reversible turning of its mechanical and biochemical properties,thus facilitating the control of cell culture to imitate the natural ECM.Herein,a hydrogel with dynamic mechanics and a biochemistry based on an addition-fragmentation chain transfer(AFCT)reaction was constructed.Thiol-modified hyaluronic acid(HA)and allyl sulfide-modifiedε-poly-L-lysine(EPL)were synthesized to form hydrogels,which were non-swellable and biocompatible.The reversible modulus of the hydrogel was first achieved through the AFCT reaction;the modulus can also be regulated stepwise by changing the dose of UVA irradiation.Dynamic patterning of fluorescent markers in the hydrogel was also realized.Therefore,this dynamically controllable hydrogel has great potential as a 3 D cell culture platform for tissue engineering applications.

Objectives Hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)is a widespread infectious disease that causes a significant disease burden on society.To achieve early intervention and to prevent outbreaks of disease,we propose a novel warning model that can accurately predict the incidence of HFMD.Methods We propose a spatial-temporal graph convolutional network(STGCN)that combines spatial factors for surrounding cities with historical incidence over a certain time period to predict the future occurrence of HFMD in Guangdong and Shandong between 2011 and 2019.The 2011-2018 data served as the training and verification set,while data from 2019 served as the prediction set.Six important parameters were selected and verified in this model and the deviation was displayed by the root mean square error and the mean absolute error.Results As the first application using a STGCN for disease forecasting,we succeeded in accurately predicting the incidence of HFMD over a 12-week period at the prefecture level,especially for cities of significant concern.Conclusions This model provides a novel approach for infectious disease prediction and may help health administrative departments implement effective control measures up to 3 months in advance,which may significantly reduce the morbidity associated with HFMD in the future.

The Shackling Effect in Cyclic Azobenzene Liquid Crystal

We demonstrate here a novel method for the design of liquid crystals(LCs)via the cyclization of mesogens by flexible chains.For two azobenzene-4,4′-dicarboxylate derivatives,the cyclic dimer,cyclic bis(tetraethylene glycol azobenzene-4,4′-dicarboxylate)(CBTAD),shows LC properties with smectic A phase,while its linear counterpart,bis(2-(2′-hydroxyethyloxy))ethyl azobenzene-4,4′-dicarboxylate(BHAD),has no LC phase.The difference is ascribed to the shackling effect from the cyclic topology,which leads to the much smaller entropy change during phase transitions and increases the isotropic temperature greatly for cyclics.In addition,the trans-to-cis isomerization of azobenzene groups under UVlight is also limited in CBTAD.With the reversible isomerization of azobenzene groups,CBTAD showed interesting isothermal phase transition behaviors,where the LC phase disappeared upon photoirradiation of 365 nm UV-light,and recovered when the UV-light was off.Combined with the smectic LC nature,a novel UV-light tuned visible light regulator was designed,by simply placing CBTAD in two glass plates.The scattered phase of smectic LC was utilized as the“OFF”state for light passage,while the UV-light induced isotropic phase was utilized as the“ON”state.The shackling effect outlined here should be applicable for the design of cyclic LC oligomers/polymers with special properties.

Synthesizing orientated liquid crystal elastomers(LCEs)via the two-stage thiol-acrylate Michael addition and photopolymerization(TAMAP)reaction is extensively used.However,excess acrylates,initiators,and strong stimuli are inevitably involved in the second stage crosslinking.Herein,we simplify the strategy through taking advantage of a volatile alkaline(originally added to catalyze the thiol-acrylate addition in the first crosslinking stage).Without excess functional groups,the residual catalyst after annealing is still enough to trigger reactions of dynamic covalent bonds at a relatively mild temperature(80℃)to program the alignment of LCEs.The reversible reaction switches off by itself after this process since the catalyst gradually but totally evaporates upon heating.The obtained soft actuators exhibit robust actuation during repeated deformation(over 1000 times).Many shape-morphing modes can be achieved by rationally designing orientation patterns.This strategy not only facilitates the practical synthesis of LCE actuators,but also balances the intrinsic conflict between stability and reprogrammability of exchangeable LCEs.Moreover,the method of applying volatile catalysts has the potential to be extended to other dynamic covalent bonds(DCBs)applied to crosslinked polymer systems.

近年来城市绿地盐碱化问题持续加重,南方常见绿化树种樟树多出现长势衰弱和叶片黄化现象。武汉市园林科学研究院通过长期研究发现,樟科植物银木(Cinnamomum septentrionale Hand. Mazz)相对于樟科其他植物具有长势良好、耐盐碱、树形挺拔等诸多优势,是优秀的园林行道绿化树种。为了进一步对这一优良绿化树种展开研究,探究其茎和叶片内生细菌的种类、功能以及群落结构,采用高通量测序技术,对栽种于武汉市园林科学研究院的1 a生盆栽银木进行了生物多样性分析以及微生物群落鉴定。结果表明:银木茎、叶片中内生菌有效序列分别为89 434和95 218条,有效序列平均长度均为406 bp,银木茎内生细菌的Chao1指数、Simpson指数和Shannon指数均高于叶片。银木茎和叶片内生菌在门水平上的优势菌群为厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、蓝藻门(Cyanobacteria)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)。银木叶片与茎内生菌属水平群落结构差异不大。尽管不同植物内生菌菌落结构存在显著差异,但内生菌的功能基因数量存在一定程度的相似性。对银木内生菌功能基因的表达状况进行分析,发现银木茎与叶片内生菌在功能基因的表达上具有显著差异,猜测这与银木茎木质化程度较叶片高,内生细菌定植环境存在较大差异有关。

First platelet transfusion refractoriness in a patient with acute myelocytic leukemia: A case report

BACKGROUND Platelet transfusion is of great significance in the treatment of thrombocytopenia caused by myelosuppression during intensive chemotherapy in patients with acute leukemia.In recent years,with platelet transfusion increasing,ineffective platelet transfusion has become increasingly prominent.Generally speaking,platelet antibodies can be produced after repeated transfusion,thus rendering subsequent platelet transfusion ineffective.We report a case of first platelet transfusion refractoriness(PTR)in a patient with acute myelocytic leukemia(AML).Due to the rarity of such cases in clinical practice,there have been no relevant case reports so far.CASE SUMMARY A 51-year-old female patient attended the hospital due to throat pain and abnormal blood cells for 4 d.Her diagnosis was acute myelocytic leukemia[M2 type Fms related receptor tyrosine kinase 3,Isocitrate Dehydrogenase 1,Nucleophosmin 1,Neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog(+)high-risk group].She was treated with"IA"(IDA 10 mg day 1-3 and Ara-C 0.2 g day 1-5)chemotherapy.When her condition improved,the patient was discharged from the hospital,instructed to take medicine as prescribed by the doctor after discharge,and returned to the hospital for further chemotherapy on time.CONCLUSION We report a rare case of first platelet transfusion failure in a patient with AML during induction chemotherapy,which may be related to the production of platelet antibodies induced by antibiotics and excessive tumor load.This also suggests that we should consider the influence of antibiotics when the rare situation of first platelet transfusion failure occurs in patients with AML.When platelet antibodies are produced,immunoglobulins can be used to block antibodies,thereby reducing platelet destruction.For patients with PTR,both immune and non-immune factors need to be considered and combined in clinical practice along with individualized treatment to effectively solve the problem.

《中国药典》2020年版第一增补本自2024年3月12日起施行,它起着重要的承上启下的作用,其中药用辅料标准新增11个、修订46个。本次制修订药用辅料标准是基于风险管理理念和全过程管理理念,围绕保障药品临床安全性和有效性,在制定标准过程中突出对药用辅料关键质量属性的评估,增加了功能性相关指标、安全性指标,突出了标准国际协调和绿色环保标准理念,加强了标准规范性和可操作性。本文着重介绍了《中国药典》2020年版第一增补本中药用辅料新增和修订标准的总体思路和主要特点。以期对《中国药典》的使用者正确理解、执行或运用药典标准有所帮助。

南涧县烟区土壤肥力状况综合评价

为了全面分析南涧县植烟土壤肥力状况,以7个乡镇469个代表性植烟土壤的理化指标为基础数据,通过主成分分析法,计算了各个土壤养分指标的权重,并估算出土壤肥力综合指标值(IFI),对南涧县植烟土壤的肥力状况进行了全面评价。结果表明,全县土壤样本IFI加权平均值为0.70,达到Ⅱ级,土壤肥力总体水平较高,但不同乡镇间土壤肥力差异较大;南涧县烟区有机质、全磷、全钾、有效磷、速效钾、交换性钙镁、有效硫、有效锌、有效锰较为丰富,适宜烤烟的种植,而有效钼含量普遍偏低,可能是影响南涧县整体烟叶质量的限制因子,需要当地烟草技术人员重视钼肥的科学施用;南涧县7个乡镇间小湾东镇综合土壤肥力最高,最适宜烤烟种植,其次是拥翠乡、宝华镇、无量山镇、碧溪乡、乐秋乡,均是Ⅱ级,南涧镇肥力最低,IFI值仅为0.56,为Ⅲ级。总之,南涧县整体适宜烤烟种植,但各乡镇肥力差异较大,在烤烟生产过程中需因地制宜,科学施肥,科学管理,稳步提高土壤质量,从而推动烟草品质的提升和烟草产业的可持续发展。

The hydrogen embrittlement(HE)fracture of advanced high-strength steels used in lightweight automobiles has received increasing public attention.The source,transmission,and movement of hydrogen,characterization parameters,and test methods of HE,as well as the characteristics and path of HE fractures,are introduced.The mechanisms and modes of crack propagation of HE and hydrogen-induced delayed fracture are reviewed.The recent progress surrounding micro and macro typical fracture characteristics and the influencing factors of HE are discussed.Finally,methods for improving HE resistance can be summarized as follows:(1)reducing crystalline grain and inclusion sizes(oxides,sulfides,and titanium nitride),(2)controlling nano-precipitates(niobium carbide,titanium carbide,and composite precipitation),and(3)increasing residual austenite content under the reasonable tension strength of steel.
