从趋向补语的意义、句法形式、语言对比三个角度对在日本所发表的汉语动趋式的研究成果进行了综述中国学者和日本学者进行汉语研究时都是从语言事实出发,注重形式和意义之间的联系。与中国的研究成果相比,日本的动趋式研究也运用认知及配价理论而且多数注重具体的应用;不同之处是日本学者比较注重个别词的研究,另外以汉日对比为研究角度的成果比较多。

We report a case of Cronkhite-Canada syndrome(CCS)associated with myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS).A 54-year-old woman,diagnosed as MDS the prior year after evaluation of anemia,visited our hospital with the chief complaint of epigastric *** also had dysgeusia,alopecia,atrophic nail change,and pigmentation of the palm,all of which began several months *** tests revealed severe ***(CS)showed numerous,dense,red polyps throughout the colon and *** specimens showed stromal edema,infi ltration of lymphocytes,and cystic dilatation of the *** clinical manifestations and histology were consistent with *** prescribed corticosteroids,which dramatically improved her physical findings,laboratory data,and endoscopic fi *** is the first report of CCS in a patient with MDS.

AIM： To investigate the cumulative development incidence and predictive factors for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in hepatitis C virus （HCV） positive patients. METHODS： We studied 6150 HCV infected patients who were between 40-70 years old （HCV-group）. Another 2050 patients with hepatitis B virus （HBV） were selected as control （HBV-group）. The mean observation period was 8.0 ± 5.9 years in HCV-group and 6.3 ± 5.5 years in HBV-group. The primary goal is the development of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF） in both groups. The cumulative appearance rate of IPF and independent factors associated with the incidence rate of IPF were calculated using the Kaplan- Meier method and the Cox proportional hazard model. All of the studies were performed retrospectively by collecting and analyzing data from the patient records in our hospital. RESULTS： Fifteen patients in HCV-group developed IPF. On the other hand, none of the patients developed IPF in HBV-group. In HCV-group, the cumulative rates of IPF development were 0.3% at 10th year and 0.9% at 20th year. The IPF development rate in HCV-group was higher than that in HBV-group （P = 0.021）. The IPF development rate in patients with HCV or HBV was high with statistical significance in the following cases：（1） patients ≥ 55 years （P 〈 0.001）; （2） patients who had smoking index （package per day x year） of ≥20 （P = 0.002）; （3） patients with liver cirrhosis （P = 0.042）. CONCLUSION： Our results indicate that age, smoking and liver cirrhosis enhance the development of IPF in HCV positive patients.

We have examined acute effects of corticosterone (CORT) on N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptor-mediated Ca2+ signals in adult mouse hippocampal slices. We found so far that the 30 min preincubation of CORT induced a signifcant decrease of the peak amplitude of NMDA-induced Ca2+ elevation in the CA1 region. The membrane non-permeable bovine serum albumin-conjugated CORT also induced a similar effect in the CA1 region. Therefore the acute CORT effects should be induced via putative surface CORT receptors. A possible candidate is a classical intracellular glucocorticoid receptor (GR). To confirm this speculation, we here examined the effects of dexamethasone (DEX: an agonist of GR) and CORT with RU38486 (an antagonist of GR) on NMDA-induced Ca2+ signals. As a result, DEX induced a similar effect to the suppressive CORT effect in the CA1 region, and RU38486 inhibited the suppressive CORT effect. These results indicate that the surface CORT receptor should be GR bound to plasma mem- brane.

Relationship between the Influence of Others’ Opinions on Taste during Co-Eating and the Empathy of Individuals

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether the opinions of people eating together affect the taste of the foods they eat. In addition, if the opinions of others influence taste for one of the people eating with them, are the others’ opinions related to the empathy of individuals? Finally, this study was also intended to consider whether the taste threshold changes depending on the opinions of others. Twelve healthy young women (aged 18.4 ± 0.8 years;mean ± SD) participated in the present study. The participants tasted bread under three conditions: 1) quiet condition: a participant ate with three quiet persons, 2) positive condition: a participant ate with three persons who were talking favorably about taste, and 3) negative condition: a participant ate with three persons who were talking negatively about the taste. The electrical taste threshold was tested before and after tasting the bread, and a visual analog scale (VAS) was completed immediately after the tasting. Before the first trial, participants were asked to complete the Interpersonal Reactive Index (IRI). In the positive condition, the taste score increased significantly compared with the negative condition. There was no significant relationship between taste and empathic concern. To our knowledge, taste changed according to the comments of other people who were eating together. However, the change in taste due to the other’s speech was not related to the individual’s empathy. The results of the present study suggest that people experience food as delicious when others eating with them comment about the food being “delicious,” and this tendency did not depend on individuals’ empathy.

Eating with Familiar Friends Decreases the Electrical Taste Threshold

Communal eating reportedly induces changes in food-related behaviors such as increased consumption and alleviation of indefinite complaints. Here, we examined the influence of intimacy with co-eaters on the palatability of the food and the physiological taste thresholds. The study was a single-blind crossover trial with 16 healthy women aged 18 - 19 years (two close friends × 8) as participants. We examined the effect of four preset conditions with regard to taste (condition 1 = tasting alone;condition 2 = tasting with a friend;condition 3 = tasting with three unfamiliar individuals;condition 4 = tasting with a friend and two unfamiliar individuals). Electrical taste thresholds were measured pre-and post-eating. The subjective evaluation of taste did not show any significant difference between the four conditions (p > 0.05). However, the electrical taste threshold significantly decreased when eating with close friends (p < 0.05). As a factor associated with the meal environment, co-eating with family or friends appears to influence tastiness;however, in the present study, it showed no effect on the perception of taste. Nevertheless, eating with friends significantly decreased the electrical taste threshold and enhanced the perception of taste. Decrease in the electrical taste threshold was observed only when eating with a close friend;it was not observed when eating with other people and showed no association with the total number of individuals co-eating.

Exploring the Possibility of Virtual Reality in Nursing Skills Education: A Preliminary Study Using a First-Person Video

Background: While demonstration videos from a third-person perspective have traditionally been used as teaching materials for nursing skills, first-person videos allow observers to experience how nursing educators move and what they see. In this pilot study, a first-person demonstration video for tracheostomy suctioning skills was shown to participants via a virtual reality (VR) head-mounted display (HMD), which we referred to as a VR teaching material (VR-TM). In an intervention experiment, we investigated the effects of the VR-TM on participants’ performance on the skill assessment test. Additionally, usability of the VR-TM was evaluated by questionnaire ratings. Methods: Thirty-six participants (nursing students) were assigned to three groups in the experiment: 1) VR group: the participants that viewed the VR-TM, 2) TR group: the participants that viewed a traditional demonstration video from a third-person perspective, and 3) NO group: the participants that received no intervention. Score changes in the skill assessments of participants before the intervention (pre-test) and after the intervention (post-test) were analyzed. After the experiment, all participants completed a faculty-designed questionnaire about the VR-TM usability. Results: The questionnaire ratings indicated that the participants evaluated the VR-TM favorably in terms of skill understanding and motivation to practice the skill. However, one-third of participants reported mild discomfort during the VR-TM. In regards to score changes in the skill assessment test, no significant difference between the VR and TR groups was identified, though the two groups produced greater score changes compared to the NO group. Conclusion: The combination of first-person video and the HMD might be promising as a teaching material for nursing skills, though further improvements are necessary.

Systems containing multiple graphics-processing-unit(GPU)clusters are difficult to use for real-time electroholography when using only a single spatial light modulator because the transfer of the computer-generated hologram data between the GPUs is *** overcome this bottleneck,we propose a rapid GPU packing scheme that significantly reduces the volume of the required data *** proposed method uses a multi-GPU cluster system connected with a cost-effective gigabit Ethernet *** tests,we achieved real-time electroholography of a three-dimensional(3D)video presenting a point-cloud 3D object made up of approximately 200,000 points.
