The full cycle from embryogenic callus(EC)induction to field evaluation of regenerated plants is reported for the first time for banana cv.“Datil”(Musa AA).Immature male flowers were used for EC induction on a modified M1 culture *** ideal type of EC was obtained in the presence of 4.5μM and 9.0μM 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D).Embryogenic cell suspensions were established in both concentrations of 2,4-D;however,only the suspensions from ideal callus(IC)formed with 4.5μM of 2,4-D were regenerated.A histological study revealed the formation of structurally different cell masses during the regeneration phase of cv.“Datil”.The embryos germination was characterized by the growth cellular aggregates,indicating the possible occurrence of secondary *** and acclimatization of the plants were carried out in a normal manner as observed for other *** evaluation of the plants’genetic stability was based on observation of morphological *** the vegetative growth phase,6.61%of the plants presented drooping leaves and deformed *** traits,however,did not affect further plant growth during flowering and harvest *** produced fruits were of good *** the present study indicates that this cultivar may be stable genetically.

背景人血白蛋白（humansfffumalbumin，HSA）是阿片类药物的重要载体。然而，结合位点的位置仍不明确。在本研究中，我们通过使用多种生化和生物物理技术来揭示阿片类．白蛋白的相互作用，包括：①结合位点的位置；②纳洛酮的结合位点是否和吗啡相同；③阿片受体激动剂和全麻药的结合位点是否相同。方法运用洗脱色谱法来确定阿片类药物和人血白蛋白广域的相互作用，运用色氨酸内源荧光反应确定它们局域的相互作用。用等温滴定量热法来确定阿片类受体激动剂、拮抗剂以及全麻药的重叠的竞争结合位点。用自动对接计算来预测可能的结合位点和评估研究的结果。结果运用洗脱色谱法来检测结合的人血白蛋白，发现纳洛酮、吗啡、芬太尼的保留时间延长，但仍短于丙泊酚的时间。吗啡或芬太尼并不影响纳洛酮抑制色氨酸内源荧光反应。丙泊酚和氟烷与人血白蛋白相互作用的热效应能够被吗啡、纳洛酮和芬太尼不同程度的显著改变。这和直接结合研究的结果相一致，这些结果表明阿片类药物和全麻药共享结合位点。在白蛋白上唯一的色氨酸附近发现一个独特的纳洛酮结合位点，吗啡与之不结合。结论和丙泊酚相比，阿片类药物与白蛋白的相互作用较弱。纳洛酮在白蛋白上有一个不与其他阿片受体激动剂共享的直接位点。

Introduction: Degeneration of the cervical spine (CDSD) prevalence is nearly 90% by the 7th decade. This is the first research that compares the outcomes between the Anterior Approach (AA) and Posterior Approach (PA) to cervical myelopathy (CM) in the elderly. Materials and Methods: A retrospective observational study of electronic health records at the Hospital Central Sur de Alta Especialidad (HCSAE), PEMEX from January 2010 to May 2020 with patients older than 60 years submitted to cervical surgery. For the analysis we elaborated two groups according to the surgical approach: AA vs PA;we analyzed the trans-operative behavior, the immediate outcome, and after 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year. Results: As a total of 145 patients, the prevalence of CM in elderly was the 63.8% with a median age of 69 (64 - 75) years. We found statistical differences in strength outcome only in the P3m (p = 0.011), for sensitivity we found major prevalence of affection in the PA group. We didn’t report a significant difference in the Neck Disability Index (NDI) at all measures, but the PA presented a major incapacity. The Nurick scale results were significant in all stages (p . This research work aims to contribute in increasing the fruit set in citrus, given its importance in determining fruit yield. The authors evaluated the effects of phytohormones (auxins, gibberellins and cytokinins) in the mooring and features of orange fruit in cultivars Washington navel and Thomson (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osb.). The experiment was established in a split plot randomized complete block design with five treatments and four replications. Flower tissue samples were stored in liquid N until the extraction of gibberellins and the identification and quantification of GA3. The results showed statistically significant difference (P ≤ 0.05) between treatments in the number of fruits retained 129 d after flowering and the percentage of final tie. GA3 content ranged, on a dry weight basis, from 1.66 mg?g-1 in the control to 20.79 mg·g-1 in the high dose. The mean dose (32.2 mg·L-1 auxins, gibberellins 32.2 mg·L-1 and 83.2 mg·L-1 cytokinins) caused the largest increase in fruit set.

临界型发育性髋关节发育不良(BDDH)是介于成人发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)和正常髋关节之间的一种特殊类型,其临床诊断和治疗一直存在争议,是运动医学和保髋外科的热点与难点。为进一步提高BDDH诊疗的规范性,由中华医学会运动医疗分会的青年学组和髋关节运动创伤工作委员会、中国康复医学会修复重建外科委员会保髋学组、中国医师协会骨科医师分会保髋学组、国家骨科与运动康复临床医学研究中心、解放军总医院骨科医学部运动医学科共同发起,采用推荐意见分级的评估、制订及评价(GRADE)体系和国际实践指南报告规范(RIGHT)遴选出临床最为关注的13个问题,最终形成38条循证医学推荐意见,旨在提高BDDH诊疗实践的科学性并最终提升以患者为中心的医疗服务质量。

Ovarian cancer is one of the most common causes of cancer-related death in women. Adnexal masses are frequently diagnosed during reproductive age and often require surgical removal. The risk of malignancy when dealing with a complex adnexal mass should be defined prior to surgery and several scoring systems may be useful for this purpose. Laparoscopic management of ovarian tumours allows a minimally invasive approach with respect to several oncological assumptions. In the last decade concerns have been raised regarding the risk of cyst rupture and tumour spillage as a consequence of the laparoscopic technique itself both in early and advanced stages of ovarian cancer. Although limited data have been reported in the literature on the use of minimally invasive techniques in ovarian cancer, the clear benefits of this approach must be balanced with the potential hazards in different clinical situations. Laparoscopic staging in borderline tumours and presumed early-stage ovarian cancer performed by alaparoscopic oncologist seems to be safe and effective when compared to laparotomy. The precise role of laparoscopy in patients with more advanced cancer is still to be defined, and the risk of suboptimal surgery should never outweigh the potential benefits of minimally invasive surgery. Thus, a tailored prediction of optimal laparoscopic debulking is mandatory in these patients.

Today burns are one of the 20 leading causes of disease, with high incidence. Males are the most affected with 52% and the age group most often is 1-4 years [1]. Therefore is necessary to provide a good choice of dressing (healing material that is painless during application) used like an aid in burns treatment, a dressing has to be cost effective, easy to use and accessible, with minimal side effects, antimicrobial and non- toxic. This investigation is focused to synthesize structures matrices of plants with activity pharmacological like chromogenic glycosides such catapol and aucubin who are presents in plantain leaves [2]. These glycosides have shown to have anti-inflammatory effects, bacteriostatic and healing in wounds and burns treatment. An important part is the characterization of the matrices by spectrophotometric analysis using UV-Visible, FTIR, XRD, SEM and EDS, showing that ZnO has a hexagonal crystal form type, the particle size is approximately of 200 nm average.

Post-fire Behavior of Ordinary Concrete Reinforced with Short Steel Fibers

Concrete is a widely used material in civil construction and may be submitted to high working temperatures under various circumstances. Many factors influence the behavior of this material at high temperatures, which usually leads to the evaporation of the hydrated cement. The dehydrated cement undergoes a contraction, simultaneously with the thermal expansion of the inert fraction of the material. As a consequence of these conflicting expansions and contractions, the material cracks and its strength and modulus of elasticity decrease significantly. On the other hand, the addition of short metallic fibers to the material increases its toughness, probably due to its action on the cracking behavior of the composite. It is thus expected that a concrete containing metallic fibers should maintain its original properties even after exposure to elevated temperatures. This paper presents an evaluation of the influence of steel fibers on the microstructure and toughness of concretes submitted to high temperatures. The bending behavior, under strain rate control, of concretes with a strength of 30 MPa and containing short steel fibers, submitted to a previous treatment at 500 °C, was analyzed. It was observed that, after both heat treatments, the addition of metallic fibers to concrete was able to maintain the pseudo-ductility and load-carrying capacity of this composite material.
