The administration time is a critical but long-neglected point in cell therapy based on macrophages because the incorrect time of macrophage administration could result in diverse outcomes regarding the same macrophage *** this work,the second near-infrared(NIR-II)fluorescence imaging in vivo tracking of M2 macrophages during a pro-healing therapy in the mice model of rotator cuff injury revealed that the behavior of administrated macrophages was influenced by the timing of their *** delayed cell therapy(DCT)group had a longer retention time of injected M2 macrophages in the repairing tissue than that in the immediate cell therapy(ICT)*** Keller-Segel model and histological analysis further demonstrated that DCT altered the chemotaxis of M2 macrophages and improved the healing outcome of the repaired structure in comparison with *** results offer a possible explanation of previous conflicting results on reparative cell therapy and provoke reconsideration of the timing of these therapies.

The use of machine learning to predict student employability is important in order to analyse a student’s capability to get a *** on the results of this type of analysis,university managers can improve the employability of their students,which can help in attracting students in the *** addition,learners can focus on the essential skills identified through this analysis during their studies,to increase their *** effectivemethod calledOPT-BAG(OPTimisation of BAGging classifiers)was therefore developed to model the problem of predicting the employability of *** model can help predict the employability of students based on their competencies and can reveal weaknesses that need to be ***,we analyse the relationships between several variables and the outcome variable using a correlation heatmap for a student employability ***,a standard scaler function is applied in the preprocessing module to normalise the variables in the student employability *** training set is then input to our model to identify the optimal parameters for the bagging classifier using a grid search cross-validation ***,the OPT-BAG model,based on a bagging classifier with optimal parameters found in the previous step,is trained on the training dataset to predict student *** empirical outcomes in terms of accuracy,precision,recall,and F1 indicate that the OPT-BAG approach outperforms other cutting-edge machine learning models in terms of predicting student *** this study,we also analyse the factors affecting the recruitment process of employers,and find that general appearance,mental alertness,and communication skills are the most *** indicates that educational institutions should focus on these factors during the learning process to improve student employability.

Chimp Optimization Algorithm(ChOA)is one of the most efficient recent optimization algorithms,which proved its ability to deal with different problems in various ***,ChOA suffers from the weakness of the local search technique which leads to a loss of diversity,getting stuck in a local minimum,and procuring premature *** response to these defects,this paper proposes an improved ChOA algorithm based on using Opposition-based learning(OBL)to enhance the choice of better solutions,written as ***,utilizing Reinforcement learning(RL)to improve the local research technique of OChOA,called *** way effectively avoids the algorithm falling into local *** performance of the proposed RLOChOA algorithm is evaluated using the Friedman rank test on a set of CEC 2015 and CEC 2017 benchmark functions problems and a set of CEC 2011 real-world *** results and statistical experiments show that RLOChOA provides better solution quality,convergence accuracy and stability compared with other state-of-the-art algorithms.

let （R,m） be a Noetherian local ring. Denote by N-dimnA the Noetherian dimension of an Artinian R-module A. In this paper, we give some characterizations for the ring R to satisfy N-dimRA = dim（R/AnnRA） for certain Artinian R-modules A. Then the existence of a co-localization compatible with Artinian R-modules is studied and it is shown that if it is compatible with local cohomologies of finitely generated modules, then the base ring is universally catenary and all of its formal fibers are Cohen-Macaulay.

Skeletal muscle has a robust regeneration ability that is impaired by severe injury,disease,and *** in a decline in skeletal muscle ***,improving skeletal muscle regeneration is a key challenge in treating skeletal muscle-related *** to their significant role in tissue regeneration,implantation of M2 macrophages(M2MФ)has great potential for improving skeletal muscle ***,we present a short-wave infrared(SWIR)fluorescence imaging technique to obtain more in vivo information for an in-depth evaluation of the skeletal muscle regeneration effect after M2MФ*** fluorescence imaging was employed to track implanted M2MФin the injured skeletal muscle of mouse *** is found that the implanted M2MФaccumulated at the injury site for two ***,SWIR fluorescence imaging of blood vessels showed that M2MФimplantation could improve the relative perfusion ratio on day 5(1.09±0.09 vs 0.85±0.05;p=0.01)and day 9(1.38±0.16 vs 0.95±0.03;p=0.01)post-injury,as well as augment the degree of skeletal muscle regencration on day 13 ***,multiple linear regression analyses determined that post-injury time and relative perfusion ratio could be used as predictive indicators to evaluate skeletal muscle *** results provide more in vivo details about M2MФin skeletal muscle regeneration and confirm that M2MФcould promote angiogenesis and improve the degree of skeletal muscle repair,which will guide the research and development of M2MФimplantation to improve skeletal muscle regeneration.

Recently, air quality has significantly improved in developed country, but that issue is of concern in emerging megacity in developing *** this study, aerosols and their precursor gas were collected by NILU filter pack at two distinct urban sites during the winter and summer in Osaka, Japan and dry and rainy seasons in Ho Chi Minh City(HCMC),*** aims are to investigate the contribution of water-soluble inorganic ions(WSIIs) to PM2.5, thermodynamic characterization and possible formation pathway of secondary inorganic aerosol(SIA).The PM2.5 concentration in Osaka(15.8 μg/m^3) is lower than that in HCMC(23.0 μg/m^3), but the concentration of WSIIs in Osaka(9.0 μg/m^3) is two times higher than that in HCMC(4.1 μg/m^3).Moreover, SIA including NH4^+, NO3^-and SO4^2-are major components in WSIIs accounting for 90% and 76%(in molar) in Osaka and HCMC,*** models were used to understand the thermodynamic characterization of urban ***, statistical analysis results indicate that very good agreement(R2> 0.8) was found for all species, except for nitrate aerosol in *** found that when the crustal species present at high amount, those compositions should be included in model calculation(*** the HCMC situation).Finally, we analyzed the characteristics of NH4^+– NO3^-– SO4^2-system.A possible pathway to produce fine nitrate aerosol in Osaka is via the homogeneous reaction between NH3 and HNO3, while nonvolatile nitrate aerosols can be formed by the heterogeneous reactions in HCMC.

In recent years,speech synthesis systems have allowed for the produc-tion of very high-quality ***,research in this domain is now turning to the problem of integrating emotions into ***,the method of con-structing a speech synthesizer for each emotion has some ***,this method often requires an emotional-speech data set with many *** data sets are very time-intensive and labor-intensive to ***,training each of these models requires computers with large computational capabilities and a lot of effort and time for model *** addition,each model for each emotion failed to take advantage of data sets of other *** this paper,we propose a new method to synthesize emotional speech in which the latent expressions of emotions are learned from a small data set of professional actors through a Flow-tron *** addition,we provide a new method to build a speech corpus that is scalable and whose quality is easy to ***,to produce a high-quality speech synthesis model,we used this data set to train the Tacotron 2 *** used it as a pre-trained model to train the Flowtron *** applied this method to synthesize Vietnamese speech with sadness and *** opi-nion score(MOS)assessment results show that MOS is 3.61 for sadness and 3.95 for *** conclusion,the proposed method proves to be more effec-tive for a high degree of automation and fast emotional sentence generation,using a small emotional-speech data set.
