3D super-resolution microscopy with nanometric resolution is a key to fully complement ultrastructural techniques with fluorescence ***,we achieve 3D super-resolution by combining the 2D localization of pMINFLUX with the axial information of graphene energy transfer(GEt)and the single-molecule switching by *** demonstrate≤2 nm localization precision in all 3 dimension with axial precision reaching below 0.3 *** 3D DNA-PAINt measurements,structural features,i.e.,individual docking strands at distances of 3 nm,are directly resolved on DNA origami *** and GEt represent a particular synergetic combination for super-resolution imaging near the surface such as for cell adhesion and membrane complexes as the information of each photon is used for both 2D and axial localization ***,we introduce local PAINt(L-PAINt),in which DNA-PAINt imager strands are equipped with an additional binding sequence for local upconcentration improving signal-to-background ratio and imaging speed of local clusters.L-PAINt is demonstrated by imaging a triangular structure with 6 nm side lengths within seconds.

the Grass Snake, Natrix natrix, is one of the non-venomous oviparous snakes of the family Colubridae, found in Mazandaran, a northern province of Iran. In order to study the spermatogenic cycle of this species in the area, sampling was done from April to November, and twenty-six male snakes were collected by hand during daylight hours. testes were extracted from the specimens, and were fixed and prepared for histological examination. the results indicated that the spermatogenesis started in early June, November. the mean body length of the specimens was reached its height in August and September, and ended in measured 636.21 mm, and the mean volume of testes was 524.54 rnm3 and 569.06 mm3 for the right and left ones, respectively, and the mean weight of the testes was 0.051 g Spermatogenesis in this species is aestival and sperms are stored for use in the year following production.

Previous studies on the Bufo viridis complex, which is distributed broadly across Iran, are incomplete and restricted to a few regions or a few samples. In this paper a new detailed study on the B. viridis complex in southern of Iran （from West to East） is presented. the analysis of 18 morphometric characters with univariate and multivariate methods reveals significant differences between three members of the B. viridis complex namely B. variabilis, B. luristanicus, and B. surdus distributed in southern part of Iran. Our result help to resolve an old taxonomic problem about B. surdus subgroup （taxa closely related to B. surdus） confirming that B. luristanicus and B. surdus are distinct species. Moreover, for the first time we report and describe karyotype details of B. luristanicus and B. surdus which confirmed that they are diploid. Karyological studies demonstrate that all toads from three mentioned species have 2n = 22 chromosomes. these chromosomes are arranged into two groups. First group has six large chromosomes and the second group is composed of five small chromosomes. these chromosomes are metacentric or submetacentric. the number of submetacentric chromosomes is different in three mentioned species of B. viridis complex. Neither sexual heteromorphism, nor secondary constriction was observed in any pairs of chromosomes.

the aim of the work was to determine the spatial distribution of activity in the forest on the area of the Forest Promotional Complex“Sudety Zachodnie”using mobile phone *** study identified the sites with the highest(hot spot)and lowest(cold spot)***,stand,demographic,topographic and spatial factors affecting the distribution of activity were also *** approaches were applied in our research:global and local Moran’s coefficients,and a machine learning technique,Boosted Regression *** results show that 11,503,320 visits to forest areas were recorded in the“Sudety Zachodnie”in *** most popular season for activities was winter,and the least popular was *** global and local Moran’s I coefficients,three small hot clusters of activity and one large cold cluster were *** with high values with similar neighbours(hot-spots)were most often visited forest areas,averaging almost 200,000 visits over *** fewer visits were recorded in cold-spots,the average number of visits to these areas was about 4,*** value of global Moran’s I was equal to 0.54 and proved significant positive spatial *** of Boosted Regression trees modeling of visits in forest,using tree stand habitat and spatial factors accurately explained 76%of randomly selected input *** variables that had the greatest effect on the distribution of activities were the density of hiking and biking trails and diversity of *** methodology presented in this article allows delineation of Cultural Ecosystem Services hot spots in forest areas based on mobile phone *** also allows the identification of factors that may influence the distribution of visits in *** data are important for managing forest areas and adapting forest management to the needs of society while maintaining ecosystem stability.

Short- and medium-term reproducibility of gastric emptying of a solid meal determined by a low dose of ^(13)C-octanoic acid and nondispersive isotope-selective infrared spectrometry

AIM： to evaluate the reproducibility of a modified 13^C breath test-based measurement of solid phase gastric emptying （GE） within the frames of a simple-repeated measure study protocol. MEtHODS： twelve healthy subjects （6 females and 6 males, mean age 24.9＋0.7 years） were recruited to undergo three identical GE examinations. In six subjects the first two examinations were performed 2 d apart, and the third session was carried out at a median interval of 19.5 d （range 18 - 20 d） from the second one. In another six subjects the first two measurements were taken 20 d apart （median, range： 17-23 d）, whereas the third session took place 2 d after the second one. Probes of expiratory air collected before and during six hours after intake of a solid meal （378 kcal） labelled with 75 μL （68 mg） 13^C-octanoic acid, were measured for 13^CO2 enrichment with the nondispersive isotopeselective infrared spectrometry NDIRS apparatus. RESULtS： taking coefficients of variation for paired examinations into account, the short-term reproducibility of the GE measurement was slightly but not significantly better than the medium-term one： 7.7% and 11.2% for the lag phase （t-Lag）, 7.3% and 10.9% for the gastric half emptying time （t1/2）. the least differences in GE parameters detectable at P= 0.05 level in the 12 paired examinations were 9.6 and 15.6 min for t-Lag, 11.6 and 19.7 min for t1/2 by a two-day or two to three-week time gap, respectively CONCLUSION： the low-cost modification of the breath test involving a lower dose of 13^C-octanoic acid and NDIRS, renders good short- and medium-term reproducibility, as well as sensitivity of the measurement of gastric emptying of solids.

AIM: to find the most reproducible quantitative parameter of a standard 13C-methacetin breath test (13C-MBt). MEtHODS: twenty healthy volunteers (10 female, 10 male) underwent the 13C-MBt after intake of 75 mg 13C-methacetin p.o. on three occasions. Short-and medium-term reproducibility was assessed with paired examinations taken at an interval of 2 and 18 d (medians), respectively. RESULtS: the reproducibility of the 1-h cumulative 13C recovery (AUC0-60), characterized by a coefficient of variation of 10%, appeared to be considerably better than the reproducibility of the maximum momentary 13C recovery or the time of reaching it. Remarkably, as opposed to the short gap between consecutive examinations, the capacity of the liver to handle 13C-methacetin increased slightly but statistically significantly when a repeat dose was administered after two to three *** the AUC0-60, the magnitude of this fixed bias amounted to 7.5%. Neither the time gap between the repeat examinations nor the gender of the subjects affected the 13C-MBt reproducibility. CONCLUSION: 13C-MBt is most reproducibly quantified by the cumulative 13C recovery, but the exactitude thereof may be modestly affected by persistent stimulation of CYP1A2 on repeat examinations.

Compressive force sensors or pressure sensors are indispensable to tactile sensors in humanoid robots. It is investigated that low-cost electro-conducting rubber sheets are applied to the force sensor, of which the biggest problem is its poor reproducibility. It was found that the aluminum deposition by a vacuum evaporation method shows excellent characteristics but suffers deterioration by a radiation heating effect. the aluminum electrode was deposited by a sputtering method, known to have an advantage of a low-temperature method, and the reproducibility of the output was improved.

this study aims to develop a force sensor system with a pressure-sensitive conductive rubber (PSCR), which shows the decrease of electrical resistance when pressure is applied. the biggest obstacle of the sensor is a poor reproducibility in the characteristic between the force and the resistance of the PSCR, which derived from a hysteresis and time variant properties. In this paper, we propose one method for recognizing a magnitude of the force to the PSCR using frequency tables. the validity of the proposed method is confirmed on the basis of experimental results.
