Background: Vaccinations for animals are crucial for food production, animal welfare, public health, and animal health. They are an affordable way to stop animal sickness, increase food production efficiency, and lessen or stop the spread of zoonotic diseases to humans. Animal vaccines that are both safe and efficacious are vital to modern culture. The vaccine should induce a strong, protective and prolonged immune response against the antigenic factor. In order to achieve these goals, novel vaccination techniques and an efficient adjuvant are required to render the vaccine immunogenically protective and trigger a strong immune response. Aim: Our study aims to promote and enhance the immunogenicity against RVF virus disease through lyophilized inactivated RVF vaccine through induction of early cellular, high and prolonged humeral immunity in vaccinated animals using cabopol as stabilizer and Saponin or normal saline as a diluent at time of vaccination. Moreover, manufacturing of these vaccines is easy to be done. Results: The gained results revealed that RVF freeze-dried vaccine with Carbopol that reconstituted using Saponin elicited better immune response than that reconstituted using normal saline (NaCl). The cell mediated immune response as represented by lymphocyte blastogenesis and phagocytic activity were markedly increased with high levels when we used Saponin as a diluent than that in group vaccinated with vaccine diluted with NaCl, on the other side the humeral immune response in group vaccinated using the Saponin as diluent is more detected and stayed within the protective level till the end of 11th month post vaccination (1.5 TCID50) while the immune response induced after using normal saline as a diluent stayed within the protective level till the end of 10th month post vaccination (1.8 TCID50). In recent times,Internet of Things(IoT)and Cloud Computing(CC)paradigms are commonly employed in different healthcare *** gadgets generate huge volumes of patient data in healthcare domain,which can be examined on cloud over the available storage and computation resources in mobile *** Kidney Disease(CKD)is one of the deadliest diseases that has high mortality rate across the *** current research work presents a novel IoT and cloud-based CKD diagnosis model called Flower Pollination Algorithm(FPA)-based Deep Neural Network(DNN)model abbreviated as *** steps involved in the presented FPA-DNN model are data collection,preprocessing,Feature Selection(FS),and ***,the IoT gadgets are utilized in the collection of a patient’s health *** proposed FPA-DNN model deploys Oppositional Crow Search(OCS)algorithm for FS,which selects the optimal subset of features from the preprocessed *** application of FPA helps in tuning the DNN parameters for better classification *** simulation analysis of the proposed FPA-DNN model was performed against the benchmark CKD *** results were examined under different *** simulation outcomes established the superior performance of FPA-DNN technique by achieving the highest sensitivity of 98.80%,specificity of 98.66%,accuracy of 98.75%,F-score of 99%,and kappa of 97.33%.

AIM: To assess vitamin D (Vit D) abnormalities in hepatitis C infected patients and their relationship with interleukin (IL)-17, IL-23 and N-terminal propeptide of type Ⅲ pro-collagen (PⅢNP) as immune response mediators. METHODS: The study was conducted on 50 Egyptian patients (36 male, 14 female) with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection, who visited the Hepatology Outpatient Clinic in the Endemic Disease Hospital at Cairo University. Patients were compared with 25 ageand sexmatched healthy individuals. Inclusion criteria were based on a history of liver disease with HCV genotype 4 (HCV-4) infection (as new patients or under followup). Based on ultrasonography, patients were classified into four subgroups; 14 with bright hepatomegaly; 11 with perihepatic fibrosis; 11 with hepatic cirrhosis; and 14 with cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Total Vit D (i.e., 25-OH-Vit D) and active Vit D [i.e., 1,25-(OH) 2 -Vit D] assays were carried out using commercial kits. IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP levels were assayed using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay kits, while HCV virus was measured by quantitative and qualitative polymerase chain reaction. RESULTS: Levels of Vit D and its active form were significantly lower in advanced liver disease (hepatic cirrhosis and/or carcinoma) patients, compared to those with bright hepatomegaly and perihepatic fibrosis. IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP levels were markedly increased in HCV patients and correlated with the progression of hepatic damage. The decrease in Vit D and active Vit D was concomitant with an increase in viral load, as well as levels of IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP among all subgroups of HCV-infected patients, compared to normal healthy controls. A significant negative correlation was evident between active Vit D and each of IL-17, IL-23 and PⅢNP (r = -0.679, -0.801 and -0.920 at P < 0.001, respectively). Colored flame compositions have distinctive variety of applications ranging from military signaling,rocket tracking, and illuminating devices. Certain elements and compounds when heated to high temperature are able to emit unique wavelengths in the visible region. This study, reports on the development of novel colored flames that cannot be generated by emitting atomic/molecular species. This was achieved by using chromaticity of basic colored flames. Mixing of high quality primary colored flames including Blue, Yellow, and Red in proper ratio was conducted; any interfering incandescent emission resulted from MgO was eliminated using Al metal fuel. The spectral characteristics in terms of luminous intensity, and color quality were evaluated using digital luxmeter and UV-Vis. spectrometer *** quality mixed colored flames include violet, sweet pink, and marigold were developed. This study shaded the light on the state of the art for the real development of novel colored flame compositions and chromaticity of basic colored flames.

Objective:The current study investigated the efficacy of total ethanolic extract and various fractions of Gazania rigens to protect against carbon tetrachloride-induced liver and kidney damage in rats and evaluated their antioxidant ***:The antioxidant activity of the total extract and fractions(petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,and aqueous)of Gazania rigens was examined using 2,2’-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging and phosphomolybdate assays,and their total phenolic and flavonoid contents were *** hepatoprotective and nephroprotective potentials were studied at a dose of 300 mg/kg for six consecutive days followed by induction of hepatorenal injury using carbon tetrachloride single dose(1.5 mL/kg,1:1 v/v in olive oil,intraperitoneal)the next ***:The results revealed the potent hepato and nephroprotective effects of ethyl acetate and aqueous fractions by significantly(P<0.01 or P<0.001)reducing the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,total bilirubin,creatinine,urea,triglycerides,cholesterol,and lactate dehydrogenase,along with elevated serum albumin *** improvement of hepatic and renal antioxidant capacities and catalase activities,together with the prominent reduction of hepatic and renal malondialdehyde contents,were confirmed by histopathological ***:The potent hepatoprotective and nephroprotective effects of the total extract and different fractions of Gazania rigens may be attributed to the presence of highly phenolic and flavonoid compounds along with their complementary antioxidant scavenging properties.

As a critical food crop,sweetpotato(Ipomoea batatas(L.)Lam.)is widely planted all over the world,but it is deeply affected by Sweetpotato Virus Disease(SPVD).The present study utilized short tandem target mimic(STTM)technology to effectively up-regulate the expression of laccase(Ib LACs)by successfully inhibiting the expression of mi *** upstream genes in the lignin synthesis pathway were widely up-regulated by feedback regulation,including phenylalanine ammonialyase(PAL),4-coumarate-Co Aligase(4 CL),hydroxycinnamoyl Co A:shikimatetransferase(HTC),caffeicacid O-methyltransferase(COMT),and cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase(CAD).Meanwhile,the activities of PAL and LAC increased significantly,finally leading to increased lignin *** deposition in the cell wall increased the physical defence ability of transgenic sweetpotato plants,reduced the accumulation of SPVD transmitted by Bemisia tabaci(Gennadius),and promoted healthy sweetpotato *** results provide new insights for disease resistance breeding and green production of sweetpotato.

We report on low-cost fabrication and high-energy density of full-cell lithium-ion battery (LIB) ***-hierarchical electrode architectures of Li2SiO3/TiO2@nano-carbon anode (***@nano-C) and high-voltage olivine LiMnPO4@nano-carbon cathode (LMPO@nano-C) are designed for half-and full-system LIB-CR2032 coin cell *** the basis of primary architecture-power-driven LIB geometrics,the structure keys including three-dimensional (3D) modeling superhierarchy,multiscale micro/nano architectures and anisotropic surface heterogeneity affect the buildup design of anode/cathode LIB *** hierarchical electrode surface topologies enable continuous in-/out-flow rates and fast transport pathways of Li+-ions during charge/discharge *** stacked layer configurations of pouch LIB-types lead to excellent charge/discharge rate,and energy density of237.6 Wh *** the most promising LIB-configurations,the high specific energy density of hierarchical pouch battery systems may improve energy storage for long-driving range of electric ***,the anisotropic alignments of hierarchical electrode architectures in the large-scale LIBs provide proof of excellent capacity storage and outstanding durability and *** full-system LIB-CR2032 coin cell models maintain high specific capacity of～89.8%within a long-term life period of2000 cycles,and average Coulombic efficiency of99.8%at 1C rate for future configuration of LIB manufacturing and commercialization challenges.
