Our modern society is facing major challenges such as reducing world hunger by increasing protein resources despite an increase in protein demands due to the presence of more and more human beings on the earth. Other challenges include reducing potential environmental degradation due to human activities and also due to livestock. In addition to that, some people are concerned by reducing potential discomfort of animals on modern farms or maybe avoiding killing animals to eat them.

选择体质健康、体重相近的1日龄四川白鹅、莱茵、朗德鹅和莱×川杂交鹅各40只,在相同的饲养管理条件下,对多项指标进行70d连续测定。试验结果,育雏率依上述顺序穴下同雪分别为72.5%、72.5%、97.5%和65.0%;70日龄体重分别为2985.00g、3280.00g、3295.00g和3550.00g;0～70日龄增重分别为41.43g、45.62g、45.86g和49.51g鸦腿肌率均达到20%以上(26.65%～22.07%)。

Change in volatile organic compounds (VOCs) of Camellia sinensis (L.) *** damaged by Iragoides fasciata Moore was studied in this *** from undamaged and damaged tea plant were collected by simultaneous distillation extraction and analyzed using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS) ,The result indicated that a total of 63 components,mainly esters,alcohols,hydrocarbons,ketones,heterocyclic compounds,aldehydes ,organic acids and ethers were found in undamaged twigs and leaves ,The relative amount of hydrocarbons is 5.83% while those from damaged ones 97.15%.Furthermore,32 new compounds were found,including 10 kinds of ester,5 of alcohol,5 of olefin ,4 of heterocyclic,3 of aromatic hydrocarbons,1 of alkane,1 of ketone ad 1 of *** results can lay a theoretical foundation for Screening infochemicals which can serve as a lure for natural enemies of insect and applying it to control of Iragoides fasciata Moore.

在室内对转基因水稻KMD1中的Cry1Ab毒蛋白经食物链在几种主要害虫及其捕食性天敌体内的积累进行了研究。结果表明 :无论是水稻孕穗期还是成熟期 ,二化螟Chilosuppressalis连续取食KMD1或取食KMD136h后移至对照品种秀水 11上取食不同时间后 ,幼虫体内的Cry1Ab含量均随取食时间延长逐渐下降。稻眼蝶Mycalesisgotama幼虫连续取食KMD1或在KMD1上取食两天后移至秀水 11上继续取食不同时间 ,体内的Cry1Ab含量也都随取食时间延长而下降 ,但下降速度较二化螟更快。取食KMD1的二化螟和稻眼蝶幼虫的粪便中均检测到较高浓度的Cry1Ab ,对照组中均无Cry1Ab。取食KMD1的二化螟幼虫血淋巴中检测到Cry1Ab ,含量为 3 5ng g。取食KMD1的褐飞虱Nilaparvatalugens、稻蚜Sitobionavenae以及饲喂取食过KMD1的二化螟或稻眼蝶幼虫的拟水狼蛛Piratasubpiraticus体内都含有一定浓度的Cry1Ab ,其中 ,拟水狼蛛体内的CrylAb含量以饲喂取食KMD1稻眼蝶幼虫的含量最高 ,约为饲喂取食KMD1二化螟幼虫的 6 0倍。这些结果表明Cry1Ab可以沿水稻害虫
