A study on the rare earth elements (REEs) of Redang Island marine sediments was conducted in August 2011 during the premonsoon season. bottom sediments were collected from 27 sampling stations on board UMT Discovery II vessel using a Smith McIntyre grab and analyzed for rare earth elements (REEs) using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Results showed that the REEs patterns in sediments reflected the source rock patterns with an overall order of abundance such as: light rare earth elements (LREE) > middle rare earth element (MREE) > high rare earth elements (HREE). The chondrite normalized patterns of REEs showed enrichment of LREEs over HREEs with La/Yb of 13.6 while the chondrite normalized value showed low (Gd/Yb)N ratios (2.12) which was illustrated in the flat HREE pattern. The chondrite normalized REE patterns of sediments showed the enrichment of LREE and depletion of HREE. From our findings, REEs concentrations in the study area were found to be of geogenic origins and the distributions were not influenced by anthropogenic sources.

近17年(1964～1980)我们治疗了1,895例食道癌。病变范围从咽下部至贲门,平均年龄为59.9岁,男女的比例为4∶1。肿瘤位置的分布为:咽下部126例(6.6％)、颈部44例(2.3％)、上纵隔140例(7.4％)、中1/31,021例(53.9％)、下1/3 367例(19.4％)、贲门189例(10.0％),另有8例部位不详。77.7％病变为鳞癌、腺癌占9.4％、退行发育癌为5.2％。只有24.1％病变局限于食道,探查病人中有24.2％纵隔淋巴腺受到侵犯,气管支气管浸润及气管食道癌发生率分别为25.9％及5.0％。我们对食道癌治疗的态度,无论何时有可能即做切除,共完成996例(52.9％),因局

Laser powder bed fusion(LPbF),like many other additive manufacturing techniques,offers flexibility in design expected to become a disruption to the manufacturing *** current cost of LPbF process does not favor a try-anderror way of research,which makes modelling and simulation a field of superior importance in that area of *** this work,various methods used to overcome challenges in modeling at different levels of approximation of LPbF process are *** efforts made towards a reliable and computationally effective model to simulate LPbF process using finite element(FE)codes are presented.A combination of ray-tracing technique,the solution of the radiation transfer equation and absorption measurements has been used to establish an analytical equation,which gives a more accurate approximation of laser energy deposition in powder-substrate *** this new analytical energy deposition model is used in in FE simulation,with other physics carefully set,it enables us to get reliable cooling curves and melt track morphology that agree well with experimental *** use of more computationally effective approximation,without explicit topological changes,allows to simulate wider geometries and longer scanning time leading to many applications in real engineering *** applications are herein presented including:prediction of printing quality through the simulated overlapping of consecutive melt tracks,simulation of LPbF of a mixture of materials and estimation of martensite inclusion in printed steel.

Lepidopteran stem borers are the most damaging pests of maize in Sub-Saharan Africa. Despite the growing importance of maize in the forest zone of Democratic Republic of Congo, no data is available regarding stem borer pest species present and their relative importance. It is thus important to gather information likely to guide future research in this area. This study was undertaken to catalogue stem borer pest species identity and assess their relative infestation levels on maize. Surveys were carried out in wild and cultivated habitats in Kisangani. Five species were collected on maize, i.e., Sesamia calamistis Hampson （1910）, Eldana saccharina Walker （1865）, busseola fusca Fuller （1901）, Chilo sp. Strand （1913）, and Mussidia nigrivenella Ragonot （1888）. In the wild habitats, Poenoma serrata Hampson, b. fusca and S. calamistis were collected on Pennisetum purpureum whereas Chilo sp. was collected on Panicum maximum. Our results suggest that P. maximum might affect the population dynamics of Chilo sp. whereas P. purpureum is expected not to influence the population dynamics of other stem borers owing to its scarcity in the interior of the forest.

Feasibility and accuracy of coronary imaging in elderly patients using the 64-row multi-detector computed tomography: a correlation study with conventional coronary angiography

background Elderly patients generally have higher occurrence of coronary calcification, increased heart rate and difficulty with prolonged breath-holding. The aim of our study was to investigate the feasibility and accuracy of using 64-row multi-detector computed tomography (MDCT) in the assessment of coronary artery stenoses in elderly patients. Methods One hundred and fifty two patients with suspected or known coronary artery disease were divided into 4 groups according to their age (Group A: 40-49 years,n=34; Group b: 50-59 years, n=57; Group C: 60-69 years, n=48; Group D: 70 years and above; n=13). Coronary CT angiography (CTA) using a 64-row MDCT was performed and the findings were compared with that of conventional coronary angiography (CCA).Using axial images, multi-planar reconstructions (MPR) and maximum intensity projections (MIP), coronary segments of lumen diameter = 1.5mm were analyzed for the presence of significant stenosis (= 50% ). Results Percentages of poor image quality from coronary CTA preventing reliable correlations with CCA were 21%, 14%, 19% and 62% in Groups A to D respectively. Patients in Group D had significantly higher calcium scores compared with the other groups (P＜0.001). In patients where CTA images were of acceptable quality, percentages of accurate correlations with CCA were 89.8%, 93.4%, 86.6% and 78.0% for Groups A to D *** were no significant difference in serum creatinine, heart rate and contrast volume between the 4 groups. Conclusions The 64-row MDCT coronary angiography was less accurate and feasible for patients aged 70 years or above due to heavy coronary calcification and inability to perform a satisfactory breath-hold. However, a high diagnostic accuracy with the MDCT is possible in patients aged less than 70 years.

Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics and in-hospital outcomes of elderly South-East Asian patients undergoing primary pereutaneous coronary intervention （PPCI）. Methods From January 2009 to December 2012, 1268 patients （86.4% male, mean age of 58,4 ± 12.2 years） presented to our hospital for ST-elevation myocardial infarction （STEMI） and underwent PPCI. They were divided into two groups： elderly group defined as age _〉 70 years and non-elderly group defined as age 〈 70 years. Data were collected retrospectively on baseline clinical characteristics, door-to-balloon （D2b） time, angiographic findings, therapeutic modality and hospital course. Results The elderly group constituted 19% of the study population with mean age 76.6 ± 5.0 years. There was a higher proportion of female gender and ethnic Chinese patients in the elderly group when compared with the non-elderly group. The former was less likely to be smokers and have a significantly higher prevalence of hypertension. The mean D2b time was significantly longer in the elderly group. They also had a significantly higher incidence of triple vessel disease and obstructive left main disease. The use of radial artery access, glyeoprotein 2b/3a inhibitors and drug-eluting stents during PPCI were also significantly lower. In-hospital mortality was significantly higher in the elderly group. The rate of cardiogenic shock and inhospital complications were also significantly higher. Conclusions Our registry showed that in-hospital mortality rate in elderly South-East Asian patients undergoing PPCI for STEMI was high. Further studies into the optimal STEMI management strat- egy for these elderly patients are warranted.

Objective This study was initially designed to evaluate the effect of celecoxib on the regimen of 5-fluorouracil,epirubicin,and cyclophosphamide(FEC)combination,followed by docetaxel(T)in neoadjuvant *** unplanned preliminary review on safety was conducted after a halt of the study due to the concerned potential cardiovascular risk of using COX-2 *** We studied 23 consecutive cases of operable breast cancer having received four cycles of FEC(500 mg/m2,100 mg/m2,500 mg/m2)followed by four cycles of T(100 mg/m2)with concurrent celecoxib(400 mg twice daily)(group A)or same chemotherapy regimen but without concurrent celecoxib(group b).These combined chemotherapies were administered every 3 *** Chi-square test or Fisher's exact test were used to assess the difference in incidence of limiting hematological toxicites between *** 23 patients(group A:n=12;group b,n=11)received a total of 183 out of 184 planned treatment cycles;one(4%,1/23)of them omitted the fourth cycle of FEC owing to repeated incidences of febrile *** dose intensity(RDI)for FEC in group A(90%±11%)was higher than that in group b(80%±8%)while RDI for T was similar between group A(93%±8%)and group b(96%±9%).Of the first 91 treatment cycles of FEC,limiting hematological toxicity,severe neutropenia including febrile neutropenia,was significantly different between group A and b [(10.4%,5/48)vs.(32.6%,14/43),P=0.009].Other toxicities commonly observed in chemotherapy receiving patients were *** Neoadjuvant use of FEC followed by T with concurrent celecoxib appeared to be safe for treatment of operable invasive breast *** observed lower incidence of chemotherapy-induced neutropenia is possibly contributed by the administration of *** believe that further investigation might provide more evidence on the use of COX-2 inhibitors in breast cancer.

目的:本研究采用数据挖掘(Data-Mining)技术和循证医学方法对2011年1月至2020年12月现代针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床文献进行分析处理,对现代临床文献中的针灸常用穴位进行频次分析与关联分析,整理并总结探讨针灸治疗LDH的常用穴位与经脉的选取规律,并筛选出其RCT研究,系统评价针灸治疗LDH的疗效,评估其治疗的有效性、临床操作安全性,以为临床上LDH的针灸治疗提供参考及指导,以期提高临床治疗的可行性与有效率。方法:1.针灸治疗LDH临床选穴规律研究本研究采用电脑与人工手动检索的方式,经过系统检索与筛选后,对近十年国内外发表针灸治疗LDH的临床RCT现代文献进行收集,并建立“针灸治疗LDH临床文献数据库”。运用数据挖掘系统对所纳入的针灸处方进行分析处理,总结出针灸治疗LDH的临床选穴运用规律。2.针灸治疗LDH的临床疗效评价在(1)的基础上,严格按照本研究制定的纳入文献排除标准,对符合要求的临床随机对照试验文献进行收集,运用Ro b对所纳入的文献进行评估,然后使用Revman5.4软件分析其结果的有效性与安全性,最后用通用证据质量分级网页(***)中GRADEpro GDT对所纳入文献的结局指标进行证据质量评级。结果:1.针灸治疗LDH数据挖掘结果(1)纳入521条针灸处方,排除阿是穴后,共选用125个腧穴,总频次4605次。单个腧穴使用频次和支持度前5位的腧穴分别是环跳(401次/76.97%)、委中(401次/76.97%)、肾俞(334次/64.11%)、阳陵泉(311次/59.69%)、夹脊穴(297次/57.01%)。(2)腧穴配伍关联规则分析,以“环跳-委中”与“委中-环跳”腧穴配伍使用次数最多,其支持度分别是76.78%与75.82%,置信度为85.50%与86.58%。置信度百分比较高的腧穴配伍还有“委中-肾俞”(82.28%)、“环跳-阳陵泉(90.65%)”以及“委中-阳陵泉(86.77)”。(3)针灸治疗LDH的阳经使用频率为93.5%,阴经的使用总频率为6.5%。经脉运用频次和支持度前5位分别是足太阳膀胱经(使用2325次,用穴40个,占总频次50.49%)、足少阳胆经(使用1062次,用穴16个,占总频次23.06%)、经外奇穴(使用357次,用穴6个,占总频次7.75%)、督脉(使用338次,用穴10个,占总频次7.34%)及足阳胃经(使用181次,用穴17个,占总频次3.93%)。(4)腧穴所在部位运用频次和支持度前5位分别是下肢部(使用2739次,用穴59个,占总频次60%)、背部(使用1686次,用穴31个,占总频次36.61%)、胸腹部(使用98次,用穴15个,占总频次2.13%)、上肢部(使用55次,用穴14个,占总频次1.19%)及头面部(使用27次,用穴6个,占总频次0.59%)。(5)特定穴运用频次和支持度前5位分别是五输穴(使用1235次,用穴27个)、下合穴(使用809次,用穴6个)、背俞穴(使用714次,用穴9个)、八会穴(使用520次,用穴5个)及原穴(使用123次,用穴4个)(6)纳入521条针灸处方中,针灸疗法治疗LDH采用了不同的选穴治疗方案,其中以三部配穴(257次,占总频次49.33%)治疗方案的使用次数最多。2.针灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症系统评价结果经过严格的筛选,阅读全文后最终纳入研究文献16篇,总纳入1642例病例,其中试验组有827例病例,对照组有815例病例,Meta-分析分析结果显示:(1)总有效率:针灸疗法优于非针灸疗法[RR=1.20,95%CI=(1.15,1.24),Z=7.80,P<0.0001],其中○1针刺+灸法组疗效优于中药组[RR=1.33,95%CI=(1.04,1.72),Z=2.23,P=0.03]。○2温针灸组疗效优于中药组[RR=1.45,95%CI=(1.24,1.69),Z=4.72,P<0.00001]。○3单纯针刺组疗效优于西药组[RR=1.36,95%CI=(1.09,1.68),Z=2.78,P=0.005]。○4电针组较西药组在改善疗效方面更好[RR=1.08,95%CI=(0.98,1.19),Z=1.48,P=0.14]。○5温针灸组疗效优于牵引组[RR=1.18,95%CI=(1.12,1.24),Z=6.42,P<0.00001]。○6单纯针刺组疗效优于牵引组[RR=1.15,95%CI=(1.04,1.27),Z=2.73,P=0.006]。○7电针组较牵引组在改善疗效方面更佳[RR=1.12,95%CI=(0.88,1.42),Z=0.94,P=0.35]。(2)疼痛视觉评分VAS方面:针灸疗法在降低疼痛视觉评分VAS方面更具优势[MD=-1.90,95%CI
