Automatic straightening process is a nonlinear process, and affected by manyfactors. The straightening technology CAM system has been designed and built up to straightenshafts, which mainly consists of the straightening technology's database and the model ofstroke-controlled precise straightening calculation model. The operational test of the CAM systemhas been passed.

A rapidly solidified Al-2.5Ti-2.5Fe-2.5Cr (mass fraction in percent) alloywas prepared by melt spinning. As-quenched and as-annealed microstructures were studied by X-raydiffractometry (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), high-resolution transmission electronmicroscopy (HREM) and energy dispersive spectrum (EDS) analysis. The microhardness of the alloy atdifferent annealing temperatures was measured. The results obtained indicate that the microhardnessof the rapidly solidified Al-2.5Ti-2.5Fe-2.5Cr alloy does not vary with different annealingtemperatures. The as-quenched microstructure of the alloy includes two kinds of dispersed primaryphases: Al_3Ti and Al_(13)(Cr, Fe)_2. After annealing at 400 deg C for 10 h, the stable phaseAl_(13)Fe_4 appears in the microstructure.

This paper discusses the relationship between self-access learning and oral English *** proposes that self-access learning should be integrated with topic-based oral English *** holds that oral English teaching is a dynamic interaction among students,teachers,tasks and *** interaction is essential in achieving the teaching result,so the teacher should motivate the students’ learning *** designing three stages of application,namely,pre-class preparation,operating the course and post-class monitoring mechanism,the author want to,against the background of the reform of College English teaching,establish the self-accessible learning mechanism suited to promote the oral ability of college students,enhance their overall speaking performance,promote their autonomous monitoring of speaking and set up positive attitudes towards involvement in speaking English actively,automatically,initiatively and creatively.

From the viewpoint of market behavior to a certain software development company, it's very important to decide the suitable price to deploy its product. Especially face to the opponents who sale the congener product in the current market. According to the requirement of market economy and software engineering, accurate estimation of software price and its amount of sales are useful to a certain software provider to build a proper development project and software products' target parameters. Here we analysis the factors which affect the price of the congener software product in the same market, and calculate the weight of these factors to it's price on the current market. With the help of principles of the non cooperative games, we built a model base on AHP methods. Use this model, we can get the optimal price to release our software product and the biggest turnover. At the end of this paper, we use a numerical example to explain how to use our model.

By means of the determinantal formulae for inverse and reciprocal differences with coincident data points, the limiting case of Thiele's interpolating continued fraction expansion is studied in this paper and given numerical example shows that the limiting Thiele's continued fraction expansion can be determined once for all instead of carrying out computations for each step to obtain each convergent as done in [3].

The wettability and bonding in Ni/Ti(C, N) systems with multiple carbide additions were studied by sessile drop technique and vacuum brazing technique, respectively. The phase characterizations of substrates and fracture surfaces were conducted by XRD. The microstructures at metal/ceramic interfaces and fracture surfaces were observed via SEM in back scattered mode and second electron mode, respectively. Furthermore, an X-ray energy-dispersive spectrometer (EDS) attached to SEM was used to study the elements diffusion in interfacial regions. The results reveal that diffusion and dissolution mechanism controlled reactive wetting takes place in the system in high temperature wetting. Results also show that the contact angles decrease with multiple carbide additions, and the effect of multiple carbide additions is stronger than that of single additions. Binary neural networks (BNNs) have important value in many application *** adopt linearly separable structures,which are simple and easy to implement by *** a BNN with single hidden layer,the problem of how to determine the upper bound of the number of hidden neurons has not been solved well and *** paper defines a special structure called most isolated samples (MIS) in the Boolean *** prove that at least 2 n 1 hidden neurons are needed to express the MIS logical relationship in the Boolean space if the hidden neurons of a BNN and its output neuron form a structure of AND/OR *** the paper points out that the n -bit parity problem is just equivalent to the MIS ***,by proposing a new concept of restraining neuron and using it in the hidden layer,we can reduce the number of hidden neurons to n .This result explains the important role of restraining neurons in some ***,on the basis of Hamming sphere and SP function,both the restraining neuron and the n -bit parity problem are given a clear logical meaning,and can be described by a series of logical expressions.

In this article, a new type of Cu-Ti3SiC2 composite powder prepared using the electroless plating technique was introduced. The initial Ti3SiC2 particles are 11 μm in diameter on an average. The Cu plating was carried out at middle temperature （62-65℃） with the application of ultrasonic agitation. The copper deposition rate was determined by measuring the weight gain of the powder after plating. It has been found that the pretreatment of Ti3SiC2 powder is very important to obtain copper nanoparticles on the surface of Ti3SiC2 The optimum procedure before plating aimed to add activated sites and the adjustment of the traditional composition of the electroless copper plating bath could decelerate the copper deposition rate to 0.8 gm/h. X-ray diffraction （XRD） indicates that the chemical composition of the plating layer is copper. SEM images show that the surface of the Ti3SiC2 particles is successfully coated with continuous copper layer. The wetting property between the copper matrix and Ti3SiC2 can be improved so as to increase the interfacial strength.
