Computation of Impact Factor of High-Speed Railway Bridge by KTX Train Riding Test

The design live load of railway is divided into common railway and high-speed railway separately inKorea. Accordingly, the Korean design specification of railway specifies the impact factor for common railway and high-speed railway respectively. The impact factor for high-speed railway is based on Eurocode. Since the impact factor criteria inKoreawere established by adopting those of the Eurocode and without dedicated investigation relying on research results reflecting the domestic circumstances, thorough examination should be implemented on these criteria. Therefore the evaluation of impact factor based on field tests is required. Both dynamic and static vertical displacements are necessary to compute the impact factor. The dynamic response can be obtained from the measurement of deflection of the bridge slab crossed by the firstKoreahigh-speed train (KTX, Korea Train eXpress) running at high-speed. The main difficulties encountered are in obtaining static response because static response corresponds to the response of the bridge when the train remains immobile on the bridge or crosses the bridge at speed slower than5 km/hr. This study introduces the static response derived by applying the moving average method on the dynamic response signal. To that goal, field measurements was conducted under train speeds of5 km/hr and ranging from100 km/hr to300 km/hr on Yeonjae Bridge located in the trial section of the Gyeonbu High-Speed Railway Line before its opening. The validity of the application of the moving average method is verified from comparison of measured static response and derived static response by moving average method. Moreover, evaluation is conducted on the impact factor computed for a bridge crossed by the KTX train running at operational speed.

辣椒(Capsicum annuum)是美洲最古老的驯化作物之一,在全世界被广泛种植。本研究对CM334(墨西哥地方品种)进行了全基因组测序和组装(覆盖度为186.6×),同时还对另外两个栽培种和一个野生种分别进行了重测序和从头(de novo)测序。结果表明辣椒基因组大小约为番茄的4倍,辣椒基因组上存在大量gypsy转座子和花椰菜病毒家族元件的积累。结合转录组综合分析认为,辣椒素合成酶基因表达模式的改变及新功能化是导致辣椒素生物合成的原因,研究还发现辣椒与番茄在乙烯合成及果实成熟调控方面存在明显不同的分子模式。辣椒参考基因组的发布为辣椒营养品质和药用价值的改善提供了重要平台。

ASSOCIATION BETWEEN ACUPUNCTURE NEEDLING SENSATION(DE-QI) AND LOCAL SKIN BLOOD FLOW IN HEALTHY SUBJECTS:A SINGLE-BLIND, RANDOMIZED CONTROLLED TRIAL

Objective: De-qi refers to sensations generated by needle insertion into an acupuncture ***-qi sensation is believed to be associated with treatment effects of acupuncture with the increase of local blood flow, although some patients may feel these sensations *** study aimed to assess the association between the strength of de-qi sensation and local skin blood flow in healthy ***: Forty-five healthy subjects were randomized into real acupuncture(RA) group(n=15), Park-sham acupuncture(SA) group(n=15) and non-needling control(CO) group(n=15).A single acupuncture session was conducted on the right LI4 point with manual stimulation and 10-minute needle ***-qi sensation was assessed immediately after the removal of needling by the Southampton needle sensation *** skin blood flow recording within 2 cm in diameter of ipsilateral LI4 area was performed intermittently from just before the intervention to the end of the trial by the laser Doppler blood perfusion *** between the change of skin blood flow and strength of De-qi was ***: Median change of local skin blood flow from baseline to post-treatment was 48.85, 48.20 and 0.59 arbitrary unit(AU) in RA, SA and CO groups, *** total sensation score was 10, 3 and 0 of 51 points, *** significant correl ation between total sensation score and change of skin blood flow in the RA and SA groups was observed(0.105 9 of Spearman’s rho, P=0.57).Conclusion: The data suggest that there is no association between De-qi sensation and local skin blood flow after acupuncture in healthy *** role of De-qi sensation for physiological changes and clinical outcomes should be further investigated in future acupuncture trials.

AIM:To evaluate diagnostic value ofα-fetoprotein (AFP)-L3 and prothrombin induced by vitamin K absence-Ⅱ(PIVKA-Ⅱ)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC). At present,natural orifice specimen extraction surgery(NOSES)has attracted more and more attention worldwide,because of its great advantages including minimal cutaneous trauma and post-operative pain,fast post-operative recovery,short hospital stay,and positive psychological ***,NOSES for the treatment of gastric cancer(GC)is still in its infancy,and there is great potential to improve its theoretical system and clinical ***,several key points including oncological outcomes,bacteriological concerns,indication selection,and standardized surgical procedures are raised with this innovative ***,it is necessary to achieve an international consensus to regulate the implementation of GC-NOSES,which is of great significance for healthy and orderly development of NOSES worldwide.

通过13N-NH3 PET检测冠脉血流储备和相对血流储备以诊断冠心病

目的使用13N-NH，PET显像检测冠脉血流储备（CFR）和相对血流储备（RFR），分析两者之间的关系以诊断冠心病。方法69例稳定性心绞痛患者在2周内接受13N—NH，PET显像和cT冠脉造影（CTA），必要时还行介入冠脉造影（CAG）。通过13N-NH，PET显像检测心肌血流（MBF）、CFR、RFR和相关冠脉供血区域的冠脉血管阻力（CVRref）。采用CTA和CAG评价冠脉明显狭窄（SS）和弥漫性动脉粥样硬化（DA）。比较有和无SS和DA的各冠状动脉的PET检测功能参数。结果有SS和DA的冠状动脉其负荷态MBF显著降低，有SS的冠脉其RFR显著降低，而CFR没有降低。有DA的冠脉其CFR显著降低，而RFR没有降低。在没有SS的冠脉中，有DA的其CFR显著降低，但在有SS的冠脉中，无论有无DA，CFR都相近。相反，无论有无DA，存在SS的冠脉其RFR显著降低。CFR和RFR在24例中（35％）呈不一致的弱正相关性（r=0．269）。在CFR和RFR不一致的冠脉中，CFR降低而RFR正常的冠脉其DA的发生率高于CFR正常而RFR降低的冠脉（75％比25％，P=0．028）。有DA的冠脉其CVR。显著升高，表明DA与潜在的微血管病变具有相关性。结论心肌血流灌注PET显像测定CFR和RFR为诊断CAD提供了更丰富的信息。
