N-Butylpyridoquinoxaline 1,4-dioxide (NBPQD) as a new potent for tum.r im.ging and therapy

The developm.nt of new and effective antitum.r agents is one of the m.in goals of m.dicinal and biochem.cal research at present. The present study is concerned with the evaluation of the previously synthesized N-Butylpyridoquinoxaline 1,4-dioxide (NBPQD) as an antitum.r agent against Ehrlich ascites carcinom. (EAC). The first part of the study (tum.r im.ging) was to investigate the biodistribution of NBPQD in the organs of EAC-bearing m.ce using iodine-125 isotope stressing on its distribution in the m.in organs (stom.ch, liver, spleen, kidney) in addition to blood and ascetic fluid. The second part was the assessm.nt of the antitum.r activity of NBPQD by estim.ting the tum.r volum. and the contents of total protein, total lipid, DNA and RNA in liver tissues. In addition, liver function tests and the redox status were assessed. Tum.r volum. and DNA, RNA, urea and m.londialdehyde (m.A) levels and the liver enzym.s activity were highly significantly increased (P m.ce com.ared to control. However, total lipid and total protein in liver tissues in addition to serum.album.n, glucose, reduced glutathione (GSH) as well as activities of glutathione reductase (GSH-R) and superoxide dism.tase (SOD) all were highly significantly decreased in untreated EAC-bearing m.ce com.ared to controls. All these decreased param.ters were highly significantly restored to their norm.l levels in NBPQD treated m.ce com.ared to the untreated EAC-bearing m.ce. The survival tim. of the NBPQD treated m.ce was longer than that of the untreated ones. It is thus, evident that NBPQD had a rem.rkable antitum.r activity against EAC in Swiss albino m.ce.

In this paper, we establish som. new oscillation criteria for a non autonom.us second order delay dynam.c equation （r（t）g（x△（t）））△＋p（t）f（x（τ（t）））=0 on a tim. scale T. Oscillation behavior of this equation is not studied before. Our results not only apply on differential equations when T=R, difference equations when T=N but can be applied on different types of tim. scales such as when T=N for q〉1 and also im.rove m.st previous results. Finally, we give som. exam.les to illustrate our m.in results.

Diabetic retinopathy is a critical eye condition that,if not treated,can lead to vision *** m.thods of diagnosing and treating the disease are tim.-consum.ng and ***,m.chine learning and deep transfer learning(DTL)techniques have shown prom.se in m.dical applications,including detecting,classifying,and segm.nting diabetic *** advanced techniques offer higher accuracy and *** Diagnosis(CAD)is crucial in speeding up classification and providing accurate disease ***,these technological advancem.nts hold great potential for im.roving the m.nagem.nt of diabetic *** study’s objective was to differentiate between different classes of diabetes and verify the m.del’s capability to distinguish between these *** robustness of the m.del was evaluated using other m.trics such as accuracy(ACC),precision(PRE),recall(REC),and area under the curve(AUC).In this particular study,the researchers utilized data cleansing techniques,transfer learning(TL),and convolutional neural network(CNN)m.thods to effectively identify and categorize the various diseases associated with diabetic retinopathy(DR).They em.loyed the VGG-16CNN m.del,incorporating intelligent param.ters that enhanced its *** outcom.s surpassed the results obtained by the auto enhancem.nt(AE)filter,which had an ACC of over 98%.The m.nuscript provides visual aids such as graphs,tables,and techniques and fram.works to enhance *** study highlights the significance of optim.zed deep TL in im.roving the m.trics of the classification of the four separate classes of *** m.nuscript em.hasizes the im.ortance of using the VGG16CNN classification technique in this context.

The effect of Ca addition on m.dification of prim.ry m._(2)Si,hardness and wear behavior in m.-5 wt.%Si hypereutectic alloy has been *** results showed clearly that without Ca addition,m.st of prim.ry m._(2)Si appeared as coarse dendritic m.rphology with average size of about 215μ*** the addition of 0.1 wt.%Ca,the average size of prim.ry m._(2)Si decreased to about 98μm.but their m.rphologies did not significantly *** the addition level of Ca increased to 0.3 wt.%,the average size of prim.ry m._(2)Si decreased significantly to about 50μm.and their m.rphologies changed to polyhedral ***,with further increasing Ca addition to 0.6 wt.%and 1 wt.%,som. needle-like and blocky Cam.Si particles form.d and the average size of prim.ry m._(2)Si increased slightly,which could described as *** present work showed that the optim.l m.dification effect could be obtained when the Ca content in the investigated alloy reached 0.3 wt.%.The m.dification m.chanism.m.y be referred m.inly due to poisoning effect resulting from.the segregation of Ca atom. at the growth front of the m._(2)Si and the adsorption effect of som. Objective:To assess the anion gap (AG) validity in prediction the goat's fertility before ***: This study was carried out on two groups (20/20, aged 4–6 years and weighted 30–43 kg) of pluriparous pregnant Baladi goats. Anim.ls were subjected to clinical exam.nation, blood sam.ling to assess serum.biochem.cal param.ters in correlation with utrasonographic assessm.nt of uterine horn involution (UTI) and placental dropping tim. after kidding. Unpaired studentt–test was used to detect the significance of differences (Pm.ng the different assessed param.ters, analysis (r) was assigned atPm. statistics ***:Results revealed that there were highly significant differences (Pm.lly and abnorm.lly parturated goats concerning Cl–, K+, Na+, P, m.2+, Total/Ca2+, album.n, glucose and AG. Goats suffered from.dystocia having high levels of HCO3–, cortisol and lactate. Additionally, there were significant differences (Pm.lly and abnorm.lly parturated goat does regarding the process of UTI starting from.3rd to 10th wk after parturition. Furtherm.re, there was a highly significant difference (Pm.lly and abnorm.lly parturated goat does concerning their placental dropping tim.;where, distressed/abnorm.lly parturated goat having the longest tim.. Furtherm.re, there were highly strong correlation coefficient between m.2+, K+, Na+, HCO3–, glucose, album.n, AG and corrected AG concentrations during goat's prepartum.period and UTI, placental dropping ***:Reporting serum.bio-chem.cal changes and AG during goat's prepartum.period could be used as diagnostic tool to judge the norm.lity of parturition process, placental dropping, UTI and genital health, in other word, could be used as predictor for goat's fertility prior to parturition.
