2D MXenes are attractive for energy storage applications because of their high electronic ***,it is still highly challenging for improving the sluggish sodium(Na)-ion transport kinetics within the MXenes ***,a novel nitrogen-doped Ti3C2Tx MXene was synthesized by introducing the in situ polymeric sodium dicyanamide(Na-dca)to tune the complex terminations and then utilized as intercalation-type pseudocapacitive anode of Na-ion capacitors(NICs).The Na-dca can intercalate into the interlayers of Ti3C2 Tx nanosheets and simultaneously form sodium tricyanomelaminate(Na3TCM)by the catalyst-free *** as-prepared Ti3C2Tx/Na3TCM exhibits a high N-doping of 5.6 at.%in the form of strong Ti-N bonding and stabilized triazine ring ***,coupling Ti3C2Tx/Na3 TCM anode with different mass of activated carbon cathodes,the asymmetric MXene//carbon NICs are *** is able to deliver high energy density(97.6 Wh kg-1),high power output(16.5 kW kg-1),and excellent cycling stability(≈82.6%capacitance retention after 8000 cycles).

Photodynamic therapy (PDT) and ferroptosis therapy have received extensive attention in breast cancer treatment. PDT induced apoptosis of tumor cells by producing a large amount of reactive oxygen species (ROS) under laser irradiation. Differently, ferroptosis therapy exerts its antitumor effect by inducing excessive accumulation of lipid peroxides on tumor cell membranes. Based on that, ROS produced by PDT may promote ferroptosis in tumor cells, and ferroptosis therapy is expected eliminate apoptosis-resistant tumor cells. Therefore, a synergistic ferroptosis-photodynamic therapy will be more effective and more potential in breast cancer treatment. Considering PDT has the characteristic of producing ROS, and neutrophil has a natural tendency to ROS, a neutrophil-mimetic hybrid liposome (CR-NML) was designed for co-delivery of the photosensitizer ce6 and the ferroptosis inducer RSL3. CR-NML targeted tumor through the ROS tendency of neutrophil and the enhanced permeability and retention (EPR) effect of liposome, then induced both apoptosis and ferroptosis in tumor cells, which increased ROS level and finally realized ROS cascade amplification. The synergistic ferroptosis-photodynamic therapy demonstrated significant therapeutic efficacy in 4T1 tumor bearing mice, which provided a promising strategy for breast cancer treatment.

The effect of the ce content on the oxidative dehydrogenation of propane over CrOy-ceO2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts

A series of CrOy(17.5 wt%)-ceO2(X wt%)/γ-Al2O3 catalysts(X=0,0.5,2,5,8)with various ce contentswere prepared by a wetness impregnation method and were applied to the dehydrogenation of propane to propylene at 550℃ and 0.1 *** prepared catalysts were characterized by BET,H2-TPR,O2-TPD,XPS,XRD,SEM-EDS and Raman *** the prepared catalysts,the 17.5Cr-2ce/Al catalyst with the largest amount of lattice oxygen exhibited the best catalytic performance for the dehydrogenation of propane to propylene with lattice *** decreased presence of oxygen defects and reducibility were the factors responsible for the improved dehydrogenation activity of the *** ceO2 layer could inhibit the evolution of lattice oxygen(O2^−)to electrophilic oxygen species(O2^−),and the oxygen defects on the catalyst surfacewere *** inhibited lattice oxygen evolution prevented the deep oxidation of propane or propylene,the average COx selectivity decreased from 24.41%(17.5Cr/Al)to 5.71%(17.5Cr-2ce/Al),and the average propylene selectivity increased from 60.15%(17.5Cr/Al)to 85.05%(17.5Cr-2ce/Al).

Training deep neural networks(DNNs)requires a significant amount of time and resources to obtain acceptable results,which severely limits its deployment in resource-limited *** paper proposes DarkFPGA,a novel customizable framework to efficiently accelerate the entire DNN training on a single FPGA ***,we explore batch-level parallelism to enable efficient FPGA-based DNN ***,we devise a novel hardware architecture optimised by a batch-oriented data pattern and tiling techniques to effectively exploit ***,an analytical model is developed to determine the optimal design parameters for the DarkFPGA accelerator with respect to a specific network specification and FPGA resource *** results show that the accelerator is able to perform about 10 times faster than CPU training and about a third of the energy consumption than GPU training using 8-bit integers for training VGG-like networks on the CIFar dataset for the Maxeler MAX5 platform.

Although a variety of regimens are available for the treatment of atopic dermatitis（AD）, severe adverse reactions and unpopular costs often limit their usage. In contrast, certain inexpensive, naturally-occurring ingredients are proven effective for AD with fewer side effects. The beneficial effects of these ingredients can be attributed to inhibition of cytokine and chemokine expression, IgE production, inflammatory cell infiltration, histamine release, and/or the enhancement of epidermal permeability barrier function. Since herbal medicines are widely available, inexpensive and generally safe, they could be valuable alternatives for the treatment of AD, particularly for those patients who are not suitable for the utilization of immune modulators. In this review, we summarize the therapeutic benefits of natural ingredients for the treatment of AD and the mechanisms of their actions.

Structure damage identification and alarming of long-span bridge were conducted with three-dimensional dynamic displacement data collected by GPS subsystem of health monitoring system on Runyang Suspension ***,the effects of temperature on the main girder spatial position coordinates were analyzed from the transverse,longitudinal and vertical directions of bridge,and the correlation regression models were built between temperature and the position coordinates of main girder in the longitudinal and vertical directions;then the alarming indices of coordinate residuals were conducted,and the mean-value control chart was applied to making statistical pattern identification for abnormal changes of girder dynamic coordinates;and finally,the structural damage alarming method of main girder was *** results show that temperature has remarkable correlation with position coordinates in the longitudinal and vertical directions of bridge,and has weak correlation with the transverse *** 3%abnormal change of the longitudinal coordinates and 5%abnormal change of the vertical ones caused by structural damage are respectively identified by the mean-value control chart method based on GPS dynamic monitoring data and hence the structural abnormalities state identification and damage alarming for main girder of long-span suspension bridge can be realized in multiple directions.

A novel polystyrene-poly(hydroxamic acid)interpenetrating network resin(PS-PHA IPNs)was successfully synthesized by suspension polymerization and interpenetrating network *** effects of various experimental parameters,including pH,contact time and initial concentrations of rare earth ions on the adsorption capacity were discussed in *** the condition of pH 4.0(La^(3+)),1.0(ce^(3+))and 3.0(Y^(3+)),respectively,PS-PHA IPNs can reach equilibrium adsorption in 6 h and get maximum adsorption capacities(1.08,1.43 and 1.36 mmol/g).The adsorption process of PS-PHA IPNs for La(Ⅲ),ce(Ⅲ)and Y(Ⅲ)ions can be described by liquid membrane diffusion,particle diffusion and chemical *** adsorption process is a spontaneous and endothermic process and can be better simulated by Langmuir adsorption *** studies of SEM-EDS indicate that rare earth ions are adsorbed on the surface of PS-PHA *** transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)analysis further prove that rare earth ions are chemisorbed on the surface of PS-PHA *** results reveal that the as-prepared PS-PHA IPNs is a promising adsorbent for adsorption of rare earth ions due to their higher adsorption capacity than other adsorbents.

Fertilization is a process involving multiple steps that lead to the final fusion of one sperm and the oocyte to form the *** of the steps,acrosome reaction(ar),is an exocytosis process,during which the outer acrosome membrane fuses with the inner sperm membrane,leading to the release of acrosome enzymes that facilitate sperm penetration of the egg *** ar has been investigated for decades,the initial steps of ar in vivo,however,remain largely unknown.A well elucidated model holds the view that ar occurs on the surface of the zona pellucida(ZP),which is triggered by binding of sperm with one of the ZP glycosylated protein,***,this model fails to explain the large number of‘falsely’acrosome-reacted sperms found within the cumulus layer in many species *** the emerging evidence of cross-talk between sperm and cumulus cells,the potential significance of ar in the cumulus oophorus,the outer layer of the egg,has been gradually *** we review the acrosome status within the cumulus layer,the cross-talk between sperm and cumulus cells with the involvement of a novel spermreleased factor,NYD-SP8,and re-evaluate the importance and physiological significance of the ar in the cumulus in fertilization.

How to engineer single nanocrystal to achieve multiple functions is still a huge *** this work,a novel highly doped rare earth nanocrystal NaErF_(4)@NaGdF_(4)@NaDyF_(4)(Er@Gd@Dy)was designed and fabricated,which exhibits various performances by itself,including the longitudinal(T1)and transverse relaxation time(T2)double-mode magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),upconversion luminescence and down-shifting *** irradiation of 808 nm near-infrared(NIR)light,the upconverted red light can indirectly activate the photo sensitizer ce6 conjugated on the surface of nanocrystals for photodynamic therapy(PDT).In vivo experiments demonstrate that the nano materials can eradicate notably primary tumors without obvious systematic *** addition,the longitudinal and transverse relaxation rates of Er@Gd@Dy are 24.83 and 319.86(mmol/L)^(-1)/s,respectively,which are superior to those of the nanocrystals reported ***,the nanocrystals have the ability to generate NIR-Ⅱlight located at 1530 nm,favorable in bioimaging in deeper *** a consequence,this new nanoplatform will advance the improvement of multimodal imaging guided tumor diagnosis and treatment.
