Two novel naphtho[1,2-c：5,6-c]bis（1,2,5-thiadiazole） and alkoxylphenyl substituted benzodithiophene based copolymers were developed as the donor materials for polymer solar cells. The resulting copolymers exhibit broad absorption bands in the range of 500--800 nm in thin films and deep highest occupied molecular orbital energy levels of-5.39 eV and -5.36 eV, respectively. The best device performance was achieved by PI, with an open-circuit voltage of 0.85 V, a short-circuit current density of 8.65 mA·cm^-2, a fill factor of 37.8%, and a power conversion efficiency of 2.78%.

Researchers have put significant efforts on developing versatile fluorescent polymeric systems due to their promising biological/biomedical labelling, tracking, monitoring, imaging, and diagnostic applications. However, complicated organic/polymeric synthesis or post-modification of these functionalized platforms is still a big obstacle for their further application and thereby provides clear motivation for exploring alternative strategies for the design and fabrication of easily available fluorescent systems. The marriage of supramolecular polymers and fluorescent imaging can provide a facile and dynamic manner instead of tedious and time-consuming synthesis due to the dynamic and reversible nature of noncovalent interactions. herein, based on water-soluble pillararene/paraquat molecular recognition, we successfully prepare two amphiphilic polypseudorotaxanes which can self-assemble into supramolecular polymersomes in water. These polymersomes can be reversibly destroyed and reformed by tuning the solution p H. Attributed to the aggregation-induced emission of tetraphenylethylene groups,intense fluorescence can be introduced into the obtained supramolecular polymersomes. Furthermore, p H-triggered release of an encapsulated water-insoluble drug(doxorubicin) from the self-assembled fluorescent supramolecular polymersomes is also investigated.

In the present study,samples of a titanium carbide nanoparticle-reinforced nickel alloy(Ni-TiC_(NP)composite)were irradiated with 1 MeV he ions at 700°*** evolution of he bubbles and nanohardness was characterized using transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and nanoindentation,*** images showed that the size and number density of he bubbles in the grains were affected by the he ion *** number density first increased significantly and then decreased with increasing ion dose,while the size exhibited an inverse ***,the swelling induced by he bubbles continuously increased with increasing ion *** bubbles also formed in the grain boundaries,interior of the TiC nanoparticles,and interfaces between the TiC nanoparticles and Ni *** measurements indicated a decrease in nanohardness after irradiation,which is attributed to the disappearance of intrinsic dislocation lines caused by he ion irradiation.

Silicon carbide nanoparticle-reinforced nickel-based composites（Ni–Si CNP）,with a Si CNPcontent ranged from1 to 3.5 wt%,were prepared using mechanical alloying and spark plasma *** addition,unreinforced pure nickel samples were also prepared for comparative *** characterize the microstructural properties of both the unreinforced pure nickel and the Ni–Si CNPcomposites transmission electron microscopy（TEM） was used,while their mechanical behavior was investigated using the Vickers pyramid method for hardness measurements and a universal tensile testing machine for tensile *** results showed an array of dislocation lines decorated in the sintered pure nickel sample,whereas,for the Ni–Si CNPcomposites,the presence of nano-dispersed Si CNPand twinning crystals was *** homogeneously distributed Si CNPwere found located either within the matrix,between twins or on grain *** the Ni–Si CNPcomposites,coerced coarsening of the Si CNPassembly occurred with increasing Si ***,the grain sizes of the Ni–Si CNPcomposites were much finer than that of the unreinforced pure nickel,which was considered to be due to the composite ball milling *** all cases,the Ni–Si CNPcomposites showed higher strengths and hardness values than the unreinforced pure nickel,likely due to a combination of dispersion strengthening（Orowan effects） and particle strengthening（Hall–Petch effects）.For the Ni–Si CNPcomposites,the strength increased initially and then decreased as a function of Si CNPcontent,whereas their elongation percentages decreased *** to all materials tested,the Ni–Si CNPcomposite containing 1.5% Si C was found more superior considering both their strength and plastic properties.

The enhanced diffusion in materials under irradiation plays an important role in the long-term microstructural evolution. In this work, the self-ion irradiation in nickel was used as a model system to study the effect of radiation-enhanced diffusion on the implanted ion profiles. Initially, the depth profiles of vacancies and implanted ions for nickel self-ion irradiation with ion energies up to 15 MeV were computed by the high-efficiency Monte Carlo code IM3D(Irradiation of Materials in 3 D). The results are in good agreement with those predicted by SRIM(Stopping and Range of Ions in Matter).Then, diffusion coefficients as functions of temperature and damage rate were obtained, and the depth-dependent diffusion coefficients at various temperatures and damage rates were also illustrated. For this purpose, we used a temperature-dependent effective sink concentration for nickel, which was estimated from the available experimental investigations on the damage structures of irradiated nickel. At length, case studies on the time evolution of implanted ion profiles under the condition of nickel selfirradiation were performed and discussed based on Fick’s second law. The results help to understand the fundamental diffusion properties in ion irradiation, especially under higher-dose irradiation.

Nitrogen(N)priming is a microbially mediated biochemical process as affected by different incorporation ***,little information is known about the microbial mechanisms driving the response of N priming to co-operation of Chinese milk vetch(CMV,Astragalus sinicus L.)and different rates of chemical fertilizers in paddy soils in South ***,an anaerobic incubation experiment was conducted to study N priming effects(PE)and their relationships with soil microbial functional genes after CMV incorporation alone(M),co-incorporation of CMV with 100%(normal dosage)chemical fertilizers(MC100),and co-incorporation of CMV with 80% chemical fertilizers(MC80).Co-incorporation of CMV and chemical fertilizers enhanced the short-time scale(the first 20 d of incubation)positive PE of N,while no significant differences existed among the three treatments on day 60 or 90 of incubation(P>0.05).Compared with the M treatment,gross priming effect(GPE)in the MC100 and MC80 treatments significantly increased by 34.0% and 31.3%,respectively,and net priming effect(NPE)increased by 47.7% and 47.8%,respectively,during the first 20 d of incubation(Phe gdhA gene abundance by 5.0% and 9.8%,increased the gdh2 gene abundance by 12.7% and 45.7%,and increased the nasB gene abundance by 9.5% and 41.4%,respectively,in comparison with the M treatment on day 20 of *** analyses indicated that soil microbial functional genes involved in N mineralization(gdhA and gdh2),assimilatory nitrate reduction(nasB),and nitrification(amoB)were significantly correlated with N priming under different incorporation practices during the incubation period(Phemical fertilizers can regulate soil microbial community functional gene structure,which may accelerate mineralization and assimilatory nitrate reduction and inhibit

Yarn-based flexible strain sensors with advantages in wearability and integrability have attracted wide ***,it is still a big challenge to achieve yarn-based strain sensors with a wide linear strain range,low hysteresis,and durability synchronously that can be used for full range detection of human body ***,a new structure,double-threaded conductive yarn with rhythmic strain distribu-tion,is reported to markedly widen the linear strain range of microcrack-based stretchable strain sensors.A new method of winding and thermally adhering hot-melt filaments on the surface of the elastic fiber is used to achieve double-threaded yarn(DTY)with rhythmic strain *** proposed strategy,the integration of heterogeneous materials,is reported to significantly reduce the mechanical hysteresis of composite *** strain distribution of the DTY during stretching causes multi-level micro-cracks in different regions of the carbon nanotube(CNT)conductive layer deposited on the surface of the ***,the sensing performance of DTY-based strain sensor can be adjusted by designing the structural *** final prepared flexible strain sensor has the advantages of a wide linear strain range(100%),great sensitivity(GF=12.43),low hysteresis,rapid response(158 ms),high repeatability(>2000 cycles at 50%strain),and hydrophobicity,*** sensor can monitor human motion repeatedly and stably well,and shows great advantages in flexible wearable devices.
