目的:天然沉积的结构性软土分布广泛,但能考虑结构性影响的大应变固结理论鲜有报道。本文考虑结构屈服压力随初始有效应力的变化及土体结构性对压缩与渗透特性的影响,建立结构性软土的大应变固结模型。研究结构性及初始有效应力对大应变固结性状的影响,并探讨结构性软土大、小应变固结性状的差异,以提高软土固结计算的精准度。创新点:1.建立考虑天然沉积软土结构性影响的一维大应变固结模型,且该模型能考虑结构屈服压力随初始有效应力的变化;2.分析天然结构性软土大、小应变固结性状的差异,为实际工程中的软土固结计算提供理论依据。方法:1.总结结构性软土对压缩和渗透特性的影响及结构屈服压力与初始有效应力间的关系;2.通过理论推导,构建考虑结构性影响的软体一维大应变固结模型(公式(15)和(16));3.通过对模型进行数值求解,分析软土结构性对大应变固结性状的影响,以及考虑结构性影响的大、小应变固结性状的差异。结论:1.大应变假定下结构性软土中超静孔压的消散速率要比小应变假定下快,且这种差异随着土层应变增大而增大;当应变值超过15%时必须采用大应变假定。2.如果土层的初始有效应力计算方法相同,则大、小应变不同假定下土层的最终沉降值是相同的。3.相同几何假定下,初始有效应力计算方法对超静孔压消散速率几乎无影响,但对沉降变形影响明显。4.大、小应变假定下固结性状间的差异随结构屈服压力的增大而减小。

目的:精密冲压工艺过程中环境变量的波动导致工件出现破裂和皱褶等缺陷。探讨精密冲压工艺过程中环境变量(工件材质、冲压速度、压力、模具间隙和温度变化等)对冲压质量的影响,研究适应性工艺设计方法,提高精密冲压工件的质量。创新点:1.通过马尔科夫模型方程,推导出环境变量与精密加工波动公差之间的关系;2.建立试验模型,成功模拟适应性冲压工艺过程。方法:1.通过实验分析,推导出冲压过程中的晶粒流动和强度变化对成型零件的尺寸公差波动产生较大的影响(图2和3);2.通过理论推导,构建环境变量与加工波动公差之间的关系,得到适应性的工艺参数调节方案(公式16);3.通过仿真模拟,运用适应性设计方法在精密冲压过程中对工艺参数进行适应性调节,验证所提方法的可行性和有效性(图5)。结论:1.精密冲压过程中工艺参数需要根据不同的环境变量进行调节;2.环境变量与加工波动公差之间存在映射关系,运用隐马尔科夫模型实现关联表征;3.运用适应性设计方法对精密冲压工艺参数进行调节,加工波动公差明显减小,工件质量得到提高。

A new method is presented to generate two-directional (2D) grid multi-scroll chaotic attractors via a specific form of the sine function and sign function series, which are applied to increase saddle points of index 2. The scroll number in the x-direction is modified easily through changing the thresholds of the specific form of the sine function, while the scroll number in the y-direction is controlled by the sign function series. Some basic dynamical properties, such as equilibrium points, bifurcation diagram, phase portraits, and Lyapunov exponents spectrum are studied. Furthermore, the electronic circuit of the system is designed and its simulation results are given by Multisim 10.

This paper deals with the problem of iterative learning control for a class of linear continuous-time switched systems in the presence of a fixed initial shift. here, the considered switched systems are operated during a finite time interval repetitively. According to the characteristics of the systems, a PD-type learning scheme is proposed for such switched systems with arbitrary switching rules, and the corresponding output limiting trajectories under the action of the PD-type learning scheme are given. Based on the contraction mapping method, it is shown that this scheme can guarantee the outputs of the systems converge uniformly to the output limiting trajectories of the systems over the whole time interval. Furthermore, the initial rectifying strategies are applied to the systems for eliminating the effect of the fixed initial shift. When the learning scheme is applied to the systems, the outputs of the systems can converge to the desired reference trajectories over a pre-specified interval. Finally, simulation examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

大阵列BIB探测器由于其高量子效率和低暗电流而成为广泛的研究对象,特别是在空间应用方向。如2021年发射的詹姆斯韦伯太空望远镜,它已经进行了许多重要的天文观测。一个稳定、高效、轻量化的液氦温区低温系统对BIB探测器的运行至关重要。氦节流制冷机可取代传统的大容积液氦杜瓦,能满足空间液氦温区的制冷要求。为了同时提高4.2 K的制冷量并减轻重量,提出了一种0.3 W@4.2 K的大冷量轻量化的4.2K低温制冷系统。并且在现有0.1 W@4.1 K制冷量的低温系统上进行实验,验证了该系统的设计方法。在不同的冷却温度区采用不同的冷却方法,以实现冷却的高效性和轻便性。开发了一个新的集成斯特林制冷机,在80 K时提供高效的一级预冷,制冷量为15 W,重量仅为4.5 kg;二级预冷采用主动活塞调相的15 K脉管制冷机,制冷量为0.9 W。此多级低温制冷系统通过耦合氦气JT循环,可以在4.2 K时提供0.3 W的制冷量,输入功低于1.8 kW。此系统将为正在快速发展的红外天文观测所需的空间BIB探测器提供保障。

Based on the LINAC of BEPCII, a high-polarized, high bightness, energy-tunable, monoenergetic laser compton backscattering (LCS)gamma-ray source is under construction at IheP. The gamma-ray energy range is from 1 MeV to 111 MeV. It is a powerful and hopeful researchplatform to reveal the underlying physics of the nuclear, the basic particles and the vacuum or to check the exist basic physical models, quantumelectrodynamic (QED) theories. In the platform, a 1.064 mm Nd:YAG laser system and a 10.6 mm CO_(2) laser system are employed. All the triggersignals to the laser system and the electron control system are from the only reference clock at the very beginning of the LINAC to make sure thetemporal synchronization. Two optical transition radiation (OTR) targets and two charged-couple devices (CCD) are used to monitor and to alignthe electron beam and the laser beam. With the LCS gamma-ray source, it is proposed to experimentally check the gamma-ray calibrations, thephoton-nuclear physics, nuclear astrophysics and some basic QED phenomena.

High-spin states in^(189)Pt are populated through the heavy-ion fusion-evaporation reaction^(176)Yb(18O,5n)^(189)Pt at 87 MeV beam *** array consisting of 13 HPGe detectors is used in conjunction with the plunger device in *** lifetimes of two levels in the yrast band are determined by using the recoil distance Doppler shift *** transition quadrupole moments Qt are *** results show that the 17+/2 state has a much larger Qt value than that of the ground state,whereas the value deceases quickly with spin *** may contribute to the shape driving effect of the quasi-neutron from the i_(13/2)orbital.

光互连技术相比于电互连等传统通信技术具有带宽大、能耗低、抗干扰等系列优势,正在逐渐成为短距离、甚短距离数据终端间通信的重要手段和发展趋势.基于绝缘体上硅的片上光互连技术作为光互连在芯片尺度上的实现,在一系列复用技术的支持下得到了非常广泛的应用.智能设计方法具有原理直观、设计自由度高、材料兼容性好等优点.随着智能设计方法在片上光互连器件设计活动中的广泛应用,目前片上光互连器件逐渐呈现出超紧凑化、可调控化、系统集成化等重要发展趋势.本文首先归纳了几种目前最常用的片上光互连器件的智能设计方法,然后详细分析了智能化设计的片上光互连器件的几个重大研究进展与趋势,最后对未来智能化设计的片上光互连器件的发展进行了展望.

A prototype thick-GEM-based cooling storage ring external-target experiment(CEE) time projection chamber(TPC) is constructed and tested with the pulsed ultraviolet laser beams. The results indicate that the prototype TPC has a good performance in three-dimensional track resolution. In X direction the position resolution is about 0.2 mm, and in Y direction the position resolution is about 0.5 mm. The results also determine that the energy resolution is about 5.4%, which achieve the requirements of the CEE experiment and can be used to study the nuclear state equation and the quantum chromo dynamics.
