Based on the second resources evaluation nationwide and latest statisticalresults made by CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, the three large oil companies, China presently has richnatural gas resource of 47 trillion cubic meters, the proven natural gas reserve is of 22 trillioncubic meters, and the recoverable reserve is of 14 trillion cubic meters. Of which, the final provennatural gas reserves in Sichuan, Ordos and Tarim Basin exceeds 3 trillion cubic meters, it isaround at one trillion cubic meters -three trillion cubic meters in Qaidam, East China Sea andYingge Sea Basins, close to one trillion cubic meters in Junggar and Southeast Hainan Basins, andexceeds 0.5 trillion cubic meters in Songliao, the Bohai Bay and the Pearl River Mouth Basin.

Native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis showed that two types of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) existed in yaks. Based on the electrophoresis characteristics of LDH isoenzymes, yak LDH variants were speculated to be the gene mutation on H subunit encoded by B gene. According to the mobility in electrophoresis, the fast-band LDH type was named LDH-Hf and the slow-band LDH type LDH-Hs. In order to reveal the gene alteration in yak LDH variants, total RNA was extracted from heart tissues of yaks with different LDH variants, and cDNAs of the two variants were reverse transcripted. Two variants of B genes were cloned by RT-PCR. Sequence analysis revealed that four nucleotides differed between LDH-Bf and LDH-Bs, which resulted in two amino acids alteration. By Deepview software analysis of the conformation of yak LDH1 variants and H subunit, these four nucleotides altered two amino acids that generated new hydrogen bonds to change the hydrogen bonds network, and further caused subtle conformational changes between the two LDH variants.

The energy saving of hydraulic excavators is always an essential *** energy recovery system can effectively recover the boom potential energy and rotational kinetic *** on the standard working cycle of hydraulic excavators,a dynamic programming(DP)control strategy for hybrid hydraulic excavators was proposed to recover the boom potential energy and rotational kinetic *** hybrid hydraulic excavator simulation model was built by Simulink *** simulation results indicated that the fuel consumption of hybrid hydraulic excavators using the DP control strategy was about 21.3%lower than that of the conventional hydraulic *** order to experimentally verify the simulation results,an experimental platform for hybrid hydraulic excavators was *** experimental results indicated that the fuel consumption of hybrid hydraulic excavators using the DP control strategy was about 18.9%lower than that of the conventional hydraulic *** paper shows that the DP control strategy applied to hybrid hydraulic excavators can recycle the boom potential energy and rotational kinetic energy,and reduce the fuel consumption of hybrid hydraulic excavators.

Nitrogen(N)priming is a microbially mediated biochemical process as affected by different incorporation ***,little information is known about the microbial mechanisms driving the response of N priming to co-operation of Chinese milk vetch(CMV,Astragalus sinicus L.)and different rates of chemical fertilizers in paddy soils in South ***,an anaerobic incubation experiment was conducted to study N priming effects(PE)and their relationships with soil microbial functional genes after CMV incorporation alone(M),co-incorporation of CMV with 100%(normal dosage)chemical fertilizers(MC100),and co-incorporation of CMV with 80% chemical fertilizers(MC80).Co-incorporation of CMV and chemical fertilizers enhanced the short-time scale(the first 20 d of incubation)positive PE of N,while no significant differences existed among the three treatments on day 60 or 90 of incubation(P>0.05).Compared with the M treatment,gross priming effect(GPE)in the MC100 and MC80 treatments significantly increased by 34.0% and 31.3%,respectively,and net priming effect(NPE)increased by 47.7% and 47.8%,respectively,during the first 20 d of incubation(P100 and MC80 treatments increased the gdhA gene abundance by 5.0% and 9.8%,increased the gdh2 gene abundance by 12.7% and 45.7%,and increased the nasB gene abundance by 9.5% and 41.4%,respectively,in comparison with the M treatment on day 20 of *** analyses indicated that soil microbial functional genes involved in N mineralization(gdhA and gdh2),assimilatory nitrate reduction(nasB),and nitrification(amoB)were significantly correlated with N priming under different incorporation practices during the incubation period(Phemical fertilizers can regulate soil microbial community functional gene structure,which may accelerate mineralization and assimilatory nitrate reduction and inhibit

＜正＞The retrofitted electro-hydraulic system for hydraulic robotic excavator and the model of electro-hydraulic proportional system is introduced. Base on which,the CARMA model（Controlled auto regression average model,*** model）of electro-hydraulic system for excavator is *** recursive least square（RLS） estimation fitting for excavator’s manipulator is developed,which is combining the forgetting factor algorithm with extended matrix Principle and recursion arithmetic for the estimation method are presented *** program flow chart is designed according to the above equations. Simulation is done by taking electro-hydraulic proportional system of boom as an *** is shown that the method for estimation can predict the output of object accurately.

The separation of he/H2using membrane technology has gained significant interest in the field of he extraction from natural gas. One of the greatest challenges associated with this process is the extremely close kinetic diameters of the two gas molecules, resulting in low membrane selectivity. In this study, we investigated the structure-performance relationship of metal-organic framework（MOF） membranes for he/H2separation through molecular simulations and machine learning approaches. By conducting molecular simulations, we identified the potential MOF membranes with high separation performance from the Computation-Ready Experimental（Co RE）MOF database, and the diffusion-dominated mechanism was further elucidated. Moreover, random forest（RF）-based machine learning models were established to identify the crucial factors influencing the he/H2separation performance of MOF membranes. The pore limiting diameter（PLD） and void fraction（φ）, are revealed as the most important physical features for determining the membrane selectivity and he permeability, respectively. Additionally, density functional theory（DFT） calculations were carried out to validate the molecular simulation results and suggested that the electronegative atoms on the pore surfaces can enhance the diffusion-based separation of he/H2, which is critical for improving the membrane selectivities of he/H2. This study offers useful insights for designing and developing novel MOF membranes for the separation of he/H2at the molecular level.

Recent studies have suggested that abnormal acidification of lysosomes induces autophagic accumulation of amyloid-βin neurons,which is a key step in senile plaque ***,resto ring normal lysosomal function and rebalancing lysosomal acidification in neurons in the brain may be a new treatment strategy for Alzheimer's *** acetylation/deacetylation plays a central role in lysosomal ***,we show that inhibiting the classic microtubule deacetylase histone deacetylase 6 with an histone deacetylase 6 shRNA or thehistone deacetylase 6 inhibitor valproic acid promoted lysosomal reacidification by modulating V-ATPase assembly in Alzheimer's *** rthermore,we found that treatment with valproic acid markedly enhanced *** clearance of amyloid-βaggregates,and ameliorated cognitive deficits in a mouse model of Alzheimer's *** findings demonstrate a previously unknown neuroprotective mechanism in Alzheimer's disease,in which histone deacetylase 6 inhibition by valproic acid increases V-ATPase assembly and lysosomal acidification.
