This work reports that the flame oscillation induced by acoustic excitation can effectively suppress soot generation in Rijke-type *** the acoustic frequency is close to the natural frequency of the burner system,it can produce resonance resulting in intense oscillation of the *** relationship between the soot suppression efficiency and the acoustic field of standing wave at different flame positions is *** with that under self-excited oscillation,when there is external forced acoustic force introduced to the flame,oscillation combustion occurred in a lager zone in the glass *** fundamental cause of different soot suppression efficiency at different positions is that the standing wave acoustic field causes the particles to move at different speeds in different positions of the glass *** axial particle velocity difference results in the formation of acoustic vortexes and the change of the flame *** high particle velocity causes the air in the glass tube to turn into the turbulent condition and make the flame temperature *** results show that the surface growth rate of soot is reduced,while the oxidation rate of soot is enhanced,which result in the soot suppression under acoustic *** study can provide some reference for the practical application of oscillate combustion in soot suppression.

为探明温度对碳纤维导线分层力学特性的影响,考虑拐点温度,利用电热模块施加不同电压得到多种温度,并计算分析不同温度和拉断力条件下碳纤维导线的各层、各股和各截面应力应变分布.研究结果表明:拐点温度后,碳芯受到正向应力但铝绞线承受负向应力,使碳纤维导线失去了承担拉断力的作用;各股线的最大应力和应变均出现在线的两端,倒角位置的应力和应变结果略大于对应股线主体上的应力;碳纤维导线各个截面的最大应力均为正值,均出现在碳芯上,其靠近外力施加端截面的最大应力出现突然下降的现象;碳纤维导线更适用于各种温度条件,但应注意导线两端夹持位置和梯形截面中小截面的力学特性变化.

Immunosuppressive microenvironments present critical problems in clinical *** regulate the tumor immune microenvironment for enhancing antitumor effect,a combination of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)with chemotherapeutics has been applied *** this study,miriplatin(MiPt),the lipidic derivative of 5-fluorouracil(Fu-OA),as well as the programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)target si RNA(siPD-L1)were integrated into Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 nanoparticles(NPs)for *** vitro results showed that Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs could exhibit effective siRNA gene silencing and promote the phagocytosis of tumor cells by ***,in vivo results revealed that LipPt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs showed significantly higher anti-tumor efficiency than that of the physical mixing of Mi Pt,5-fluorouracil,and Lip@siPD-L1 NPs(delivery of siPD-L1 by liposomes).The best anti-tumor efficiency of Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs resulted from the synergistic immunotherapeutic effects of Mi Pt and siPD-L1 based on the inhibition of CD47 expression and the downregulation of PD-L1 in tumor cells,which elicited a robust anti-tumor immune response through the activation of macrophage phagocytosis and immune checkpoint *** Lip-Pt/Fu@siPD-L1 NPs provide a potential strategy for tumor chemo-immunotherapy.

The application of high-density and high-performance micro thermoelectric devices is still in its infancy,mainly restricted by the low performance of Bi_(2)Te_(3)-based thick film as well as the limited device *** this study,we proposed a dynamic regulation strategy to simultaneously strengthen the thermoelectric and mechanical properties for n-type Bi_(2)Te_(3)-based thick *** effects of growth temperature and time on thermoelectric properties have been firstly *** the thermoelectric properties exhibit consistent degradation with increasing thickness at static growth temperature,an effective rising temperature method is introduced to dynamically regulate the nucleation rate and growing diffusion ***,the grain refinement with compact texture structure leads to a relatively large carrier mobility(77.1 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1))and appropriate concentration(5.25×10^(19)cm^(-3))as well as further 12%improvement of power factor with an average value up to 12.0 mW·cm^(-1)·K^(-2)over a wide temperature ranging from 313 K to 453 ***,significant enhancement of mechanical property is also achieved with high elastic modules(56.03 GPa),hardness(0.63 GPa)and large energy dissipation capacity to prevent *** study provides a practical solution with dynamic temperature control to fabricate high-performance Bi_(2)Te_(3) thick films with enhanced mechanical property and pro-cessing feasibility for micro thermoelectric devices.

This study evaluated the effects of flavonoids from mulberry leaves(FML)on plasma biochemical indices,serum activities of lipid metabolism-related enzymes,fat morphology,fatty acid composition,and lipid metabolism in different adipose tissues of finishing *** used 120 Chinese hybrid barrows of Berkshire and Bama mini-pigs with an average initial body weight of 45.11±4.23 *** pigs were randomly assigned to five treatment groups and fed a control diet based on corn,soybean meal,and wheat bran or a control diet supplemented with 0.02%,0.04%,0.08%,or 0.16%*** experimental group had six replicates(pens),with four pigs per *** a 7-d adaptation period,the feeding trial was conducted for 58 *** and adipose tissue samples were collected from 30 pigs(one pig per pen)at the end of the *** results showed that FML supplementation significantly decreased the feed intake to body gain ratio,the plasma concentrations of total cholesterol and free fatty acids,and the serum activity of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase(linear or quadratic effects,Phe plasma triglyceride concentration(quadratic,P=0.07).Increasing FML supplementation increased the average daily gain and serum activities of lipoprotein lipase(linear and quadratic effects,Phe adipocyte area in the dorsal subcutaneous adipose(DSA)tissue of finishing pigs(linear,P=0.05)and increased the adipocyte area in the visceral adipose tissue(quadratic,Phe C20:1 content in DSA,abdominal subcutaneous adipose,and visceral adipose tissues of finishing pigs(Phe C18:3n3 and n-3 PUFA contents(Phe lipid metabolism genes were regulated by the PPARγ-LXRa-ABCA1 signaling pathway,and their expressions differed in different adipose *** findings suggest that FML improved growth performance,regulated lipid met

Neburon is a phenylurea herbicide that is widely used worldwide,but its toxicity is poorly *** our previous study,we found that neburon has strong aryl hydrocarbon receptor(AhR)agonist activity,but whether it causes reproductive toxicity is not *** the present study,zebrafish were conducted as a model organism to evaluate whether environmental concentrations of neburon(0.1,1 and 10μg/L)induce reproductive disorder in *** exposure to neburon for 150 days from embryo to adult,that the average spawning egg number in high concentration group was 106.40,which was significantly lower than 193.00in control *** result was mainly due to the abnormal male reproductive behavior caused by abnormal transcription of genes associated with reproductive behavior in the brain,such as *** proportions of spermatozoa in the medium and high concentration groups were 82.40%and 83.84%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 89.45%in control *** result was mainly caused by hormonal disturbances and an increased proportion of apoptotic *** hormonal disruption was due to the significant changes in the transcription levels of key genes in the hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axis following neburon *** treatment also significantly activated the AhR signaling pathway,causing oxidative stress damage and eventually leading to a significant increase in apoptosis in the exposed ***,these data filled the currently more vacant profile of neburon toxicity and might provide information to assess the ecotoxicity of neburon on male reproduction at environmentally relevant concentrations.

An efficient mass transfer process is a critical factor for regulating catalytic activity in a photocatalytic desulfurization ***,a phosphotungstic acid(HPW)active center is successfully composited with a quaternary ammonium phosphotungstate-based hexadecyltrimethylammonium chloride ionic liquid(CTAC-HPW)by the ion exchange method for the photocatalytic oxidative desulfurization of dibenzothiophene *** keggin structure of HPW and highly mass transfer performance of organic cations synergistically enhanced the photocatalytic activity towards the effective convertion of dibenzothiophene(DBT)with the excitation of visible *** deep desulfurization(he CTAC-HPW photocatalyst projects well selectivity to interference from coexisting compounds such as olefins and aromatic hydrocarbons and universality of dibenzothiophenes,for example,4-methyldibenzothiophene(4-MDBT)and 4,6-dimethyldibenzothiophene(4,6-DMDBT).Ultimately,a possible photocatalytic desulfurization mechanism is proposed according to the Gaschromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),proving that the final product is the corresponding *** trapping experiment and electron spin resonance(ESR)analysis confirmed that h^(+)and,COOH played critical roles in the oxidation *** work offers a practicable strategy for efficiently converting DBT to DBTO_(2) with added value.
