BACKGROUND Endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)has become a reliable method for predicting the invasion depth of early gastric cancer(EGC).However,diagnostic accuracy of EUS is affected by several *** particular,it is difficult to differentiate between T1a and T1b EGC through *** To confirm whether submucosal saline injection(SSI)could improve the accuracy of EUS in distinguishing T1a and T1b lesions in *** Twenty-four patients with EGC were examined by EUS and subsequently by SSI combined EUS to compare the degree of tumor ***,they underwent endoscopic or surgical resection within 7 *** diagnostic accuracy of EUS and SSI combined EUS was evaluated based on the final pathological findings *** injected into the submucosa acted as an echoic contrast enhancing agent and had the effect of distinguishing the mucosal and submucosal layers *** Of total 24 patients,23 were diagnosed with EGC(T1 cancer:13 as T1a,and 10 as T1b).Standard EUS identified 6 of 13 T1a cancer patients and 3 of 10 T1b cancer ***,EUS-SSI identified 12 of 13 T1a cancer patients and 6 of 10 T1b cancer *** this study,SSI combined EUS was more accurate than EUS alone in diagnosing T1a and T1b lesions of EGC(75.0%and 37.5%,respectively).CONCLUSION SSI improved the diagnostic accuracy of EUS in distinguishing between the T1a and T1b stages in EGC.

AIM To investigated the prognostic value of the neutrophillymphocyte ratio(NLR) in patients with acute pancreatitis and determined an optimal cut-off value for the prediction of adverse outcomes in these *** We retrospectively analyzed 490 patients with acute pancreatitis diagnosed between March 2007 and December 2012. NLRs were calculated at admission and 24, 48, and 72 h after admission. Patients were grouped according to acute pancreatitis severity and organ failure occurrence, and a comparative analysis was performed to compare the NLR between groups. RESULTS Among the 490 patients, 70 had severe acute pancreatitis with 31 experiencing organ failure. The severe acute pancreatitis group had a significantly higher NLR than the mild acute pancreatitis group on all 4 d(median, 6.14, 6.71, 5.70, and 4.00 vs 4.74, 4.47, 3.20, and 3.30, respectively, P < 0.05). The organ failure group had a significantly higher NLR than the group without organ failure on all 4 d(median, 7.09, 6.72, 6.27, and 6.24 vs 4.85, 4.49, 3.35, and 2.34, respectively, P < 0.05). The optimal cut-off value for baseline NLR was 4.76 in predicting severity and 4.88in predicting organ failure in acute pancreatitis. CONCLUSION Elevated baseline NLR correlates with severe acute pancreatitis and organ failure.

The smart phone market is continuously increasing and there are more than 6 billion of smart phone users worldwide with the aid of the 5G *** them Android occupies 87%of the market ***,the widespread Android smartphones has drawn the attention of the attackers who implement and spread ***,currently the number of malware targeting Android mobile phones is ever ***,it is a critical task to find and detect malicious behaviors of malware in a timely ***,unfortunately,attackers use a variety of obfuscation techniques for malware to evade or delay *** an obfuscation technique such as the class encryption is applied to a malicious application,we cannot obtain any information through a static analysis regarding its malicious ***,we need to rely on the manual,dynamic analysis to find concealed malicious behaviors from obfuscated *** avoid malware spreading out in larger scale,we need an automated deobfuscation approach that accurately deobfuscates obfuscated malware so that we can reveal hidden malicious *** this study,we introduce widely-used obfuscation techniques and propose an effective deobfuscation method,named ARBDroid,for automatically deobfuscating the string encryption,class encryption,and API hiding *** evaluation results clearly demonstrate that our approach can deobfuscate obfuscated applications based on dynamic analysis results.

These days,data is regarded as a valuable asset in the era of the data economy,which demands a trading platform for buying and selling ***,online data trading poses challenges in terms of security and fairness because the seller and the buyer may not fully trust each ***,in this paper,a blockchain-based secure and fair data trading system is proposed by taking advantage of the smart contract and matchmaking *** proposed system enables bilateral authorization,where data trading between a seller and a buyer is accomplished only if their policies,required by each other,are satisfied *** can be achieved by exploiting the security features of the matchmaking *** guarantee non-repudiation and fairness between trading parties,the proposed system leverages a smart contract to ensure that the parties honestly carry out the data trading ***,the smart contract in the proposed system does not include complex cryptographic operations for the efficiency of onchain ***,these operations are carried out by off-chain parties and their results are used as input for the on-chain *** system also uses an arbitration protocol to resolve disputes based on the trading proof recorded on the *** performance of the protocol is evaluated in terms of off-chain computation overhead and on-chain gas *** results of the experiments demonstrate that the proposed protocols can enable the implementation of a cost-effective data trading system.

Association between statin therapy and the risk of stroke in patients with moyamoya disease:a nationwide cohort study

Background and objective Knowledge regarding the pharmacological treatment for moyamoya disease(MMD),a chronic and progressive cerebrovascular disease conferring greater stroke risk,is *** the present study,whether statin therapy is associated with a reduced risk of stroke in patients with MMD was *** This was a retrospective cohort study in which the occurrence of stroke in patients with newly diagnosed MMD was investigated using the nationwide health insurance database in Korea from January 2007 to March 2021.A multivariable Cox proportional hazards regression model was constructed for stroke,in which statin therapy after MMD diagnosis was treated as a time-dependent *** was done for sex,age,presence of comorbidities,concurrent stroke,revascularisation surgery and treatment with *** The present study included 13373 newly diagnosed patients with MMD;40.8%had a concurrent stroke at the time of MMD *** the mean follow-up of 5.1±3.3 years,631 patients(4.7%)suffered a stroke event(haemorrhagic stroke:458 patients,ischaemic stroke:173 patients).Statin therapy after MMD diagnosis was significantly associated with a reduced risk of stroke(adjusted HR 0.74;95%CI 0.60 to 0.91,p=0.004).In the secondary outcome analysis,the risk of haemorrhagic stroke(adjusted HR 0.74;95%CI 0.58 to 0.95,p=0.018)and ischaemic stroke(adjusted HR 0.75;95%CI 0.52 to 1.08,p=0.124)were reduced with the statin *** statins was also associated with a lower risk of all-cause mortality(adjusted HR 0.47;95%CI 0.33 to 0.67,p<0.001).Conclusion In patients with MMD,statin therapy was associated with a reduced risk of subsequent *** findings indicate statin treatment may be beneficial for patients with MMD,however the results should be confirmed in randomised controlled trials.

The mechanical behavior of a magnesium alloy E-form under bending was investigated using the elasto-visco-plastic polycrystal model(ΔEVPSC) and its finite element(FE) implementation(ΔEVPSC-FE) developed in jeong et al. and jeong and Tomé. The crystallographic orientation distribution(COD) obtained from X-ray diffraction was used to represent the initial texture, and the Voce hardening parameters were calibrated by fitting the uniaxial tension and the compression flow stress curves. A quasi-static FE analysis of a miniaturized V-bending operation was conducted using the ΔEVPSC-FE model. The bending induced an inhomogeneous stress response along the through-thickness and the lateral directions, which was well captured by the model. Moreover, the predictive capability of the model was validated by comparing with various experimental results such as(1) force vs. displacement curves;(2) the through-thickness variations in the twin volume fraction;and(3) the changes in crystallographic texture as a function of displacement. Additional bending simulation was performed using an isotropic texture, the result of which suggests that the potential improvement in bendability of the magnesium alloy is attainable by weakening the initial texture. Moreover, the simulation results imply that the crystallographic texture, which may affect the twin activation across the thickness direction, plays a significant role in the shifting direction of the neutral layer.

In this paper, we demonstrate the low-power functionality of silicon nanowire （SiNW）-assembled inverters on bendable plastics. Our bendable inverters are capable of operating at supply voltages as low as 0.8 V with a switching （or standby） power consumption of -0.2 nW （or -6.6 pW）. The low-power inverting operation with a voltage gain of -18 is attributable to the near-ideal characteristics of the component transistors that have selectively thinned SiNW channels and exhibit low, symmetrical threshold voltages of 0.40 and -0.39 V and low subthreshold swing values of 81 and 65 mV/dec. Moreover, mechanical bendability reveals that the inverting operation has good, stable fatigue properties.
