Authentication of the digital image has much attention for the digital *** image authentication can be verified with image watermarking and image encryption *** schemes are widely used to protect images against forgery attacks,and they are useful for protecting copyright and rightful *** on the desirable applications,several image encryption and watermarking schemes have been proposed to moderate this *** framework presents a new scheme that combines a Walsh Hadamard Transform(WHT)-based image watermarking scheme with an image encryption scheme based on Double Random Phase Encoding(DRPE).First,on the sender side,the secret medical image is encrypted using *** the encrypted image is watermarking based on *** combination between watermarking and encryption increases the security and robustness of transmitting an *** performance evaluation of the proposed scheme is obtained by testing Structural Similarity Index(SSIM),Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR),Normalized cross-correlation(NC),and Feature Similarity Index(FSIM).

Nowadays,the security of images or information is very *** paper introduces a proposed hybrid watermarking and encryption technique for increasing medical image ***,the secret medical image is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)***,the secret report of the patient is embedded into the encrypted secret medical image with the Least Signiﬁcant Bit(LSB)watermarking *** that,the encrypted secret medical image with the secret report is concealed in a cover medical image,using Kekre’s Median Codebook Generation(KMCG)***,the stego-image obtained is split into 16 ***,it is sent to the *** adopt this strategy to send the secret medical image and report over a network *** proposed technique is assessed with different encryption quality metrics including Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio(PSNR),Correlation Coefﬁcient(Cr),Fea-ture Similarity Index Metric(FSIM),and Structural Similarity Index Metric(SSIM).Histogram estimation is used to conﬁrm the matching between the secret medical image before and after *** results demonstrate that the proposed technique achieves good performance with high quality of the received medical image and clear image details in a very short processing time.

PURPOSE Oxidative stress is involved in all aspects of tumor development and progression, but it is also frequently involved in anti-cancer therapies. The link between oxidative stress(OS) and carcinogenesis is well known, but poorly understood. Furthermore, few studies on the role of OS in the development of HCC have been conducted;however, the relationship between OS and the pathogenesis of liver cancer is gaining attention. The aim of this study is to identify the genes responsible for the oxidative stress caused by aflatoxin B1(AFB1) exposure and their effects on liver *** and METHODS The expression profiles of AFB1 were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO), and differentially expressed genes(DEGs) were identified by the GEO2R tool. Up-and down regulated genes as a result of AFB1 exposure were selected, and a heatmap showing their expression level was visualized using srploot. The identified DEGs were then subjected to gene ontology(GO) and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) pathway enrichment analyses by using the Shing Go database for the determination of their biological functions and signaling pathways. This analysis helped in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying AFB1 toxicity. The reactive oxygen species related gene sets were downloaded from the GSEA database. Identification of common interacting genes between differentially expressed AFB1 related genes and ROS gene sets was visualized by a Venn diagram using Fun-Rich software. To study the interacting AFB1/ROS related genes in hepatocellular carcinoma patients, the HCCDB, UALCAN, and human protein atlas databases were. Use of Basal Serum Testosterone Level as Predictor for Poor Ovarian Response in Women with Unexplained Infertility Undergoing <i>In Vitro</i>Fertilization Cycle: Prospective Study

Background: Delayed pregnancy in women and marked increase in the numbers of older women who fail to respond to ovarian stimulation had been a significant issue. This study aims to assess the value of basal serum testosterone level as a predictor of ovarian response for induction of ovulation in women with unexplained infertility undergoing IVF (in vitro fertilization) cycle. Patients and Methods: A prospective study was conducted in Ain Shams University Maternity hospital Infertility Center during a period of time from October 2016 to June 2017. This study recruited 89 women. On day 2 or 3 of a spontaneous menstrual cycle of the included women within 3 months before fresh IVF cycle, basal hormonal (FSH, LH, estradiol, total testosterone) concentrations, AFC (antral follicle count) were performed. Using the Long-protocol for induction of ovulation, serial monitoring of ovarian response was assessed by transvaginal ultrasound. When the expected ovarian response was reached (at least three oocytes ≥ 17 mm), we gave trigger dose of HCG. Ultrasound guided oocyte aspiration was performed 34 - 36 hours later. Two to three days after oocyte aspiration, we transferred the embryos according to the patient’s age and the condition of embryos available. Biochemical pregnancy was considered if serum B-hCG test was positive at day 14 from embryo transfer, where all the data were correlated with serum testosterone level and ovarian response as 1 ry outcome. Results: There were significant positive correlations between testosterone and LH, Prolactin, AFC, Number of oocytes & Number of Embryos (0.014, 0.032, 0.023, 0.004, 0.033, p 0.001 respectively). Poor responders versus good responders as regards testosterone level (0.81 ± 0.47 versus 1.08 ± 0.45) Fertilized & pregnant cases had significantly higher testosterone than non-fertilized & non pregnant had (1.20 ± 0.45, 0.92 ± 0.47 p value 0.035, 0.021 respectively). The smart novel ratio difference spectrophotometric method was developed and validated for the determination of a binary mixture of Sodium cromoglicate (SCG) and Fluorometholone (FLU) in presence of benzalkonium chloride without prior separation. The results were compared to that of the conventional methods (dual wavelength and first derivative of ratio spectra). The suggested methods were validated in compliance with the ICH guidelines and were successfully applied for determination of SCG and FLU in their laboratory prepared mixtures and commercial ophthalmic solution. The novel method showed significant advantages over the conventional methods regarding simplicity, minimal data manipulation and maximum reproducibility and robustness;which enabled the analysis of binary mixtures with overlapped spectra for routine quality control testing with quite satisfactory.
