A Bronchopulmonary Onset of Candidemia Revealing a Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis

Candidemia is defined as being a yeast infection confirmed by the presence of at least one positive Candida blood culture. It is a life threatening infection causing high mortality. The clinical signs are generally compatible with the causative agent (whether there is a deep venous catheter or not). On the other hand and according to the 2012 Revised Chapel Hill Classification, granulomatosis with polyangiitis GPA is classified as a vasculitis associated with antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies ANCA. It is a systemic disease characterized by the anatomopathological aspect of granuloma. We report the case of a patient who presented an atypical and a very rare revealing mode of GPA which was a bronchopulmonary candidiasis complicated by candidemia. Despite its controversy, the combination in the acute phase of antifungal treatment based on intravenous voriconazole and glucocorticoid therapy has made it possible to control candidemia and calm vasculitis.

This paper aims to study the global stability of an Ebola virus epidemic *** this epidemic ended in September 2015,it devastated several West African countries and mobilized the international *** the recent cases of Ebola in the Democratic Republic of the Congo(DRC),the threat of the reappearance of this fatal disease ***,we are obligated to be prepared for a possible re-emerging of the *** this work,we investigate the global stability analysis via the theory of cooperative systems,and we determine the conditions that lead to global stability diseases free and endemic equilibrium.

The Finite element Approximation in Hyperbolic Equation and Its Application—The Pollution of the Water in the West of Algeria as an Example

Hyperbolic variational equations are discussed and their existence and uniqueness of weak solution is established over in the last six decades. In this paper the hyperbolic equations (strong formula) can be transformed into a Hyperbolic variational equations. In this research, we propose a time-space discretization to show the existence and uniqueness of the discrete solution and how we apply it in the transport problem. The proposed approach stands on a discrete L∞-stability property with respect to the right-hand side and the boundary conditions of our problem which has been proposed. Furthermore the numerical example is given for the pollution in the smooth fluid as water and we have taken the pollution of the water in the west of Algeria as an example.
