Flexural performance of joints is critical for prefabricated *** study presents a novel channel steel-bolt(CB)joint for prefabricated subway ***-scale tests are carried out to investigate the flexural behavior of the CB joint under the design loads of the test-case *** addition,a three dimensional(3D)finite element(FE)model of the CB joint is established,incorporating viscous contact to simulate the bonding and detachment behaviors of the interface between channel steel and *** on the 3D FE model,the study examines the flexural bearing mechanism and influencing factors for the flexural performance of the CB *** results indicate that the flexural behavior of the CB joint exhibits significant nonlinear characteristics,which can be divided into four *** illustrate the piecewise linearity of the bending moment-rotational angle curve,a four-stage simplified model is proposed,which is easily applicable in engineering *** study reveals that axial force can enhance the flexural capacity of the CB joint,while the preload of the bolt has a negligible *** flexural capacity of the CB joint is approximate twice the value of the designed bending moment,demonstrating that the joint is suitable for the test-case station.

Polyoxymethylene dimethyl ethers(OMEs)with physical properties similar to those of diesel has received significant attention as green additives for soot emission ***,series of SO_(4)^(2-)/ZrO_(2)-TiO_(2)catalysts were developed for OMEs production from dimethoxymethane(DMM)and1,3,5-trioxane through sequential formaldehyde monomer insertion into C-O bond of *** Lewis but Bronsted acid sites were identified to be active for the decomposition of 1,3,5-trioxane into formaldehyde unit,however,both of them are effective for the chain propagation of DMM via formaldehyde unit insertion into C-O *** studies indicated each chain growth step exhibited the same parameters and activation barrier on corresponding Bronsted and Lewis acid sites due to the same reaction mechanism and very similar chemical structure of ***,the catalytic stability investigation suggested the deactivation behavior was derived from the carbon deposition,and the decay factor could be exponentially correlated with the amount of coke accumulation.

Proteo-transcriptomic profiles reveal key regulatory pathways and functions of LDHA in the ovulation of domestic chickens(Gallus gallus)

Background In poultry, the smooth transition of follicles from the preovulatory-to-postovulatory phase impacts egg production in hens and can benefit the poultry industry. However, the regulatory mechanism underlying follicular ovulation in avians is a complex biological process that remains *** Critical biochemical events involved in ovulation in domestic chickens(Gallus gallus) were evaluated by transcriptomics, proteomics, and in vitro assays. Comparative transcriptome analyses of the largest preovulatory follicle(F1) and postovulatory follicle(POF1) in continuous laying(CL) and intermittent laying(IL) chickens indicated the greatest difference between CL_F1 and IL_F1, with 950 differentially expressed genes(DEGs), and the smallest difference between CL_POF1 and IL_POF1, with 14 DEGs. Additionally, data-independent acquisition proteomics revealed 252 differentially abundant proteins between CL_F1 and IL_F1. Perivitelline membrane synthesis, steroid biosynthesis, lysosomes, and oxidative phosphorylation were identified as pivotal pathways contributing to ovulation regulation. In particular, the regulation of zona pellucida sperm-binding protein 3, plasminogen activator, cathepsin A, and lactate dehydrogenase A(LDHA) was shown to be essential for ovulation. Furthermore, the inhibition of LDHA decreased cell viability and promoted apoptosis of ovarian follicles in *** This study reveals several important biochemical events involved in the process of ovulation, as well as crucial role of LDHA. These findings improve our understanding of ovulation and its regulatory mechanisms in avian species.

为了研究船舶推进器低频宽带辐射噪声的激励源特性,本文采用相关方法对一模型十叶桨在格栅湍流下产生的脉动推力宽带谱进行了计算,评估了不同工况下脉动推力中各成分的相对量级,与实验测试结果的对比验证了计算方法的可靠性。并从螺旋桨的运行工况、来流特性和桨叶自身几何参数3个方面入手对宽带非定常力演变特性进行了研究,结果表明:相似工况下叶频宽带峰幅值与转速的二次方近似成线性关系;临界积分尺度与桨叶数呈反比;纵倾无法降低宽带非定常力,而多项式的侧斜角分布较线性分布对于叶频宽带峰的控制效果更好。

在过去的几十年里,由于许多工业问题和相关新技术的发展,颗粒和颗粒流的静电学得到了越来越多的关注。颗粒-颗粒和颗粒-壁面之间发生碰撞从而产生静电。静电的发生会受多种因素的影响,随着颗粒与壁面之间的接触会在它们的表面产生静电荷的积累,静电量可以达到饱和状态。本文分别综述了气力输送颗粒系统中的静电发生及静电平衡,着重分析了颗粒与壁面之间接触带电的两种方式(碰撞带电和摩擦带电)、颗粒流模式及受力情况,讨论了颗粒带电过程所受的影响因素,包括外界条件(温度、相对湿度)、颗粒几何条件(尺寸、形状、接触面积、粗糙度)以及受力条件(摩擦力、常压)等。此外,对气力输送颗粒系统中静电的数值计算作了简单介绍。最后,为澄清气力输送颗粒系统中静电发生的机理,对单颗粒发生静电的物理机制进行了分析。根据对相关研究结果的总结,发现由于碰撞或摩擦造成的电荷转移的工作机制尚未完全明了,这些问题将在未来逐步得到解决。

现有居住型街区更新实践尚缺乏一个全龄友好的整体性框架来统筹社区发展的“社会—经济—空间”联动转型问题。回顾全球全龄友好型城市建设的兴起及在我国街区层面的实践,引入生命周期理论,构建一个“主体对象—更新要素”的居住型街区更新研究框架,探究街区更新的要素体系和实施路径。研究发现:时空环境、社会关联和个人能动是实现街区全龄友好的关键要素,更新实施可从经济和社会两个维度展开;街区更新的内容不仅包括物质空间更新,还包括活动营建和机制建设;存量型街区国土空间详细规划需重点关注居民需求画像、更新要素分类和行动指南制定。

老旧小区微更新具有空间治理和社区治理的双重内涵,需考虑多元主体的协同治理。文章借助公共管理学中的SFIC模型,建构起“协同要素-协同过程-协同结果”的分析框架,并通过上海的案例分析,剖析并比较了3种微更新治理模式,探究老旧小区改造面临的治理失调问题。研究发现:在政府深度主导的治理路径依赖下,上海老旧小区微更新对行政资源和公共财政的依赖特征显著。各级政府掌握着决策领导权,居民参与具有象征性特点,社区公约等非正式制度缺失。微更新治理仅具有形式上的协同,在居民自治能力、社区治理结构、社区更新制度和协商平台构建等方面存在缺憾。议事平台的创设和常态化运作有助于社区社会网络构建和社会资本培育,推动更新过程协同。提升社区居民自主更新的能力、拓宽社会力量参与的途径是提升老旧小区协同治理水平的重要途径。
