Hierarchical and Distributed Optimal Control Strategy for Power and Power Quality of Microgrid Based on Finite-Time Consistency

Droop control is one of the main control strategies of islanded microgrid(MG),but the droop control cannot achieve reasonable power distribution of microgrid,resulting in frequency and voltage deviation from the rating value,which needs the upper control link to eliminate the deviation.However,at present,most layered control requires a centralized control center,which excessively relies on microgrid central controller(MGCC)and real-time communication among distributed generation(DG),which has certain limitations.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes a hierarchical distributed power and power quality optimization strategy based on multi-agent finite time consistency algorithm(MA-FTCA).Firstly,based on the first layer droop control,MA-FTCA is applied to introduce frequency and voltage compensation to stabilize the system frequency and voltage at the rated value.Secondly,in the third layer,the MA-FTCA is adopted to estimate the total active power and total reactive power spare capacity of the system,to realize the reasonable distribution of active power and reactive power output of each DG according to its proportion of spare capacity when the system load side changes.The control strategy proposed in this paper adopts a completely distributed control method and does not need a centralized control center in each layer of control.Finally,MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform is used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed optimization strategy.

One-step green method to prepare progressive burning gun propellant through gradient denitration strategy

Gradiently denitrated gun propellant(GDGP)prepared by a“gradient denitration”strategy is obviously superior in progressive burning performance to the traditional deterred gun propellant.Currently,the preparation of GDGP employed a tedious two-step method involving organic solvents,which hinders the large-scale preparation of GDGP.In this paper,GDGP was successfully prepared via a novelty and environmentally friendly one-step method.The obtained samples were characterized by FT-IR,Raman,SEM and XPS.The results showed that the content of nitrate groups gradiently increased from the surface to the core in the surface layer of GDGP and the surface layer of GDGP exhibited a higher compaction than that of raw gun propellant,with a well-preserved nitrocellulose structure.The denitration process enabled the propellant surface with regressive energy density and good progressive burning performance,as confirmed by oxygen bomb and closed bomb test.At the same time,the effects of different solvents on the component loss of propellant were compared.The result showed that water caused the least component loss.Finally,the stability of GDGP was confirmed by methyl-violet test.This work not only provided environmentally friendly,simple and economic preparation of GDGP,but also confirmed the stability of GDGP prepared by this method.

In quantum computing, the computation is achieved by linear operators in or between Hilbert spaces. In this work, we explore a new computation scheme, in which the linear operators in quantum computing are replaced by (higher) functors between two (higher) categories. If from Turing computing to quantum computing is the first quantization of computation, then this new scheme can be viewed as the second quantization of computation. The fundamental problem in realizing this idea is how to realize a (higher) functor physically. We provide a theoretical idea of realizing (higher) functors physically based on the physics of topological orders.

UAV penetration mission path planning based on improved holonic particle swarm optimization

To meet the requirements of safety, concealment, and timeliness of trajectory planning during the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) penetration process, a three-dimensional path planning algorithm is proposed based on improved holonic particle swarm optimization(IHPSO). Firstly, the requirements of terrain threat, radar detection, and penetration time in the process of UAV penetration are quantified. Regarding radar threats, a radar echo analysis method based on radar cross section(RCS)and the spatial situation is proposed to quantify the concealment of UAV penetration. Then the structure-particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is improved from three aspects.First, the conversion ability of the search strategy is enhanced by using the system clustering method and the information entropy grouping strategy instead of random grouping and constructing the state switching conditions based on the fitness function.Second, the unclear setting of iteration numbers is addressed by using particle spacing to create the termination condition of the algorithm. Finally, the trajectory is optimized to meet the intended requirements by building a predictive control model and using the IHPSO for simulation verification. Numerical examples show the superiority of the proposed method over the existing PSO methods.

Research on the Trajectory Tracking Control of a 6-DOF Manipulator Based on Fully-Actuated System Models

The multi-degree of freedom(muti-DOF)manipulator system is a complex control system with the strong coupling feature and high nonlinearity.In this paper,trajectory tracking control of a six-degree of freedom(6-DOF)manipulator based on fully-actuated system models and a direct parametric method is investigated.The fully-actuated system model of the 6-DOF manipulator is established by using the Denavit Hartenberg(DH)notation and Euler-Lagrange dynamics.A disturbance observer is constructed to solve the nonlinear uncertainties such as unmodeled dynamics and external disturbances.Then,a controller is designed using the direct parametric method to make the 6-DOF manipulator reach the desired position with high accuracy.After that,a switching control strategy is developed to suppress the peak value belonging to the controller.Simulation results reveal the effect of the proposed control approach.

Prenatal Diagnosis of Right Dominant Heart in Fetuses： A Tertiary Center Experience over a 7-year Period

Background： Right dominant heart （RDH） in fetuses can occur with a number of cardiac as well as noncardiac anomalies. Analysis of the enlargement of the right cardiac chamber in the fetus remains a major challenge for sonographers and echocardiographers. The aim of this study was to report the experience with prenatal diagnosis of RDH in the fetuses over a 7-year period. Methods： Fetuses with prenatal diagnosis of RDH from July 2009 to July 2016 were evaluated in two different categories： according to the gestational age, Group I （n = 154, second trimester） and Group II （n = 298, third trimester）; and according to the fetal echocardiography diagnosis, Group A （n = 452, abnormal cardiac structure） and Group B （n = 90, normal cardiac structure）. Differences in categorical variables were assessed by Chi-square exact test and continuous variables were evaluated by independent Student＇s t-test or Mann Whitney U-test depending on parametric or nonparametric nature of the data. Results： Over a 7-year period, 452 fetuses were referred for the assessment of suspected RDH. Left-sided obstructive lesions were observed most frequently in the fetuses with RDH. When comparing Group I with Group II and Group A with Group B, the latter groups exhibited significant differences in the right/left ventricle （RV/LV） ratio （1.435 vs. 1.236, P = 0.002; 1.309 vs. 1.168, P = 0.047）, RV width Z-score （1.626 vs. 1.104, P〈 0.001; 1.553 vs. 0.814, P= 0.014）, and above ＋2 cutoff percentages （14.3% vs. 22.5%; P= 0.038; 21.5% vs. 12.2%, P = 0.046）. Multivariable logistic regression revealed no variables associated with perinatal survival. Conclusions： The study demonstrates that RDH warrants careful attention to the possible presence of a structural cardiac anomaly, especially left-sided obstructive lesions. A diagnosis of RDH is best supported by a combination of the RV Z-score and RV/LV ratio. Most of the fetuses with RDH and structurally normal hearts had favorable outcomes.

Reliability analysis of torpedo loading based on fractional-order optimization model

A fractional-order cumulative optimization GM(1,2)model based on grey theory is proposed to study the relationship between torpedo loading and working reliabilities.In this model,the average relative error function related to order and background value is established.Taking the average relative error function as the objective function,the optimal value of the two parameters is obtained through the optimization method,and the minimum value of the average relative error is determined.The calculation example shows that this method can greatly improve the accuracy of the model and more accurately reflect the relationship between torpedo loading and working reliabilities compared with the traditional GM(1,2)model.

An Effective Platform for SARS-CoV-2 Prevention by Combining Neutralization and RNAi Technology

At present,the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic is a global health crisis.Scientists all over the globe are urgently looking forward to an effective solution to prevent the spread of the epidemic and avoid more casualties at an early date.In this study,we establish an effective platform for the prevention of SARS-CoV-2 by combining the neutralization strategy and RNAi technology.To protect normal cells from infection,the customized cells are constructed to stably express viral antigenic receptor ACE2 on the cell membrane.These modified cells are used as bait for inducing the viral entry.The transcription and replication activities of viral genome are intercepted subsequently by the intracellular sh RNAs,which are complementary to the viral gene fragments.A pseudotyped virus reconstructed from the HIV lentivirus is utilized as a virus model,by which we validate the feasibility and effectiveness of our strategy in vitro.Our work establishes an initial model and lays the foundation for future prevention and treatment of various RNA viruses.

MéNéTRIER＇S disease （MD） is a rare diseasecharacterized by hypertrophy of gastricfolds, and nausea, emesis, abdominal painand peripheral oedema are the mainmanifestations. Hypochlorhydria and hypoalbuminemiaare also common.1 MD is always misdiagnosed due to itsrarity. Especially, the symptoms caused by hypoalbuminemia,for example, pleural effusions or ascites,make the correct diagnosis more difficult.

Damage evolution mechanism of rock-soil mass of bedrock and overburden layer slopes based on shaking table test

This paper aims to investigate the seismic motion characteristics of bedrock and overburden layer slope with the prototype model taken from slopes in the Zheduo Mountain in Northwest Plateau of Sichuan Province,China.Based on dimensional analysis and similarity principle,two model tests with different slope angles were carried out.A transfer function analysis method was proposed to interpret the results from shaking table tests.After eliminating trend terms and signal filtering,the time-domain acceleration was transformed into frequency domain.Then the transfer function was calculated by an average periodic chart.The variation of transfer function from different positions was analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient,and the least square iteration method was used for modal analysis.The effect of seismic intensity on the dynamic response was highlighted.It is found that the transfer function obviously changes when the slopes are destroyed.Results from modal analysis show that the natural frequency decreases with the increase of the excitation intensity,and the damping ratio increases due to slope damage.
