In this study,we investigated the astronomical implications of Rastall gravity,particularly its behavior amidst a radiation field compared to Reissner-Nordström(RN)black *** found a crucial correlation between the dynamics of the accretion disk and the parameters Q and Nr,which properly reflect the influence of spacetime metrics on the disk’s *** electric charge Q causes contraction in the disk’s orbit due to enhanced gravitational effects,while higher Nr values lead to outward expansion,influenced by the attributes of the radiation ***,the charged black holes surrounded by radiation fields exhibit distinct visual disparities from RN black *** decreases and expansion occurs within the innermost stable circular orbit of the accretion disk with rising Nr *** study also reveals the process by which the accretion disk transitions from a conventional disk-like structure to a hat-like form at different observation angles,with the redshift effect gradually ***,the results of the considered Rastall gravity radiation field are consistent with the constraints of the gravitational lensing of the host galaxy on Rastall gravity parameters,thereby enhancing the consistency between theoretical predictions and actual observations.

In this work,a new treatment method combining ultrasonic vibration with FeCoNiCrCu high entropy alloy(HEA)coating was used to prepared Al/Mg bimetal through the lost foam compound *** effects of composite treatment involving ultrasonic vibration and HEA coating on interfacial microstructure and mechanical properties of Al/Mg bimetal were *** demonstrate that the interface thickness of the Al/Mg bimetal with composite treatment significantly decreases to only 26.99%of the thickness observed in the untreated Al/Mg *** HEA coating hinders the diffusion between Al and Mg,resulting the significant reduction in Al/Mg intermetallic compounds in the *** Al/Mg bimetal interface with composite treatment is composed of Al_(3)Mg_(2)and Mg_(2)Si/AlxFeCoNiCrCu+FeCoNiCrCu/δ-Mg+Al_(12)Mg_(17)eutectic *** interface resulting from the composite treatment has a lower hardness than that without *** acoustic cavitation and acoustic streaming effects generated by ultrasonic vibration promote the diffusion of Al elements within the HEA coating,resulting in a significant improvement in the metallurgical bonding quality on the Mg *** fracture position shifts from the Mg side of the Al/Mg bimetal only with HEA coating to the Al side with composite *** shear strength of the Al/Mg bimetal increases from 32.16 MPa without treatment to 63.44 MPa with ultrasonic vibration and HEA coating,increasing by 97.26%.

The long-term safety and effectiveness of once-daily tadalafil is crucial,but limited data are available in Chinese patients witherectile dysfunction(ED).In this post-marketing,multicenter,randomized,open-label trial with 2-year follow-up,635 ED caseswere randomized to receive daily oral tadalafil 2.5 mg or 5 mg for 3 months,of whom 580 continued once-daily tadalafil 5 mg for21 ***-emergent adverse events in the 12-month and 24-month period were similar,with the most common beingviral upper respiratory tract infection,upper respiratory tract infection,and *** improvement from baseline inthe International Index of Erectile Function-Erectile Function(IIEF-EF)score was detected at month 12(least squares mean[LSM]change:7.9,95%confidence interval[CI]:7.5–8.4,P<0.001)and was maintained to month 24(LSM change:8.6,95%CI:8.1–9.0,P<0.001).The proportions of patients regaining normal erectile function(IIEF-EF score≥26)were 43.7%and 48.0%at months 12 and 24,*** Assessment Questionnaire results showed improved erection function in 97.5%ofpatients and improved ability to engage in sexual activity in 95.9%of patients at month 12;these values were 96.1%and 95.0%at month 24,*** quality of sexual life score based on the Sexual Life Quality Questionnaire(SLQQ)was increased by52.2%at month 12 and by 55.3%at month 24(both P<0.001).The treatment satisfaction score determined by SLQQ(mean±standard deviation)was 62.4±21.0 at month 12 versus 65.9±20.2 at month ***-year daily application of tadalafil 5mg in Chinese men with ED showed a favorable safety profile and durable improvement in sexual performance and satisfaction.

Enhancing the quality of junctions is crucial for optimizing carrier extraction and suppressing recombination in semiconductor devices. In recent years, metal halide perovskite has emerged as the most promising next-generation material for optoelectronic devices. However, the construction of high-quality perovskite junctions, as well as characterization and understanding of their carrier polarity and density,remains a challenge. In this study, using combined electrical and spectroscopic characterization techniques,we investigate the doping characteristics of perovskite films by remote molecules, which is corroborated by our theoretical simulations indicating Schottky defects consisting of double ions as effective charge *** a post-treatment process involving a combination of biammonium and monoammonium molecules, we create a surface layer of n-type low-dimensional perovskite. This surface layer forms a heterojunction with the underlying 3D perovskite film, resulting in a favorable doping profile that enhances carrier extraction. The fabricated device exhibits an outstanding open-circuit voltage(VOC) up to 1.34 V and achieves a certified efficiency of 19.31% for single-junction wide-bandgap（1.77 eV） perovskite solar cells, together with significantly enhanced operational stability, thanks to the improved separation of carriers. Furthermore, we demonstrate the potential of this wide-bandgap device by achieving a certified efficiency of 27.04% and a VOCof 2.12 V in a perovskite/perovskite tandem solar cell configuration.

Rosa roxburghii seeds are by-products of Rosa roxburghii processing， and their protein hydrolysates (RTSPHs) were found to possess a variety of biological activities. This study aimed to rapidly identify pancreatic lipase (PL) and cholesterol esterase (CE) inhibitory peptides in Rosa roxburghii seeds protein (RTSPHs) and to elucidate their molecular mechanisms by combining peptidomics and virtual screening. The simulated intestinal environment worsened the peptide's inhibition of PL but catalyzed the inhibition of CE. The fraction less than 3 kDa in RTSPHs was found to have the highest PL/CE inhibitory activity， among which 17 promising inhibitory peptides were identified and screened by peptidomics and virtual screening. LFCMH， RIPAGSPF， and YFRPR showed good inhibitory abilities against both PL and CE. Molecular docking showed that peptides inhibited PL and CE mainly by hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions with residues in the active site and surface loop. Inhibition kinetic revealed that the peptides were competitive and mixed-type inhibitors of PL/CE. Further， the three peptides， LFCMH， RIPAGSPF， and YFRPR， could effectively inhibit 3T3-L1 preadipocytes differentiation， increase high-density lipoprotein cholesterol content and decrease low-density lipoprotein cholesterol content. This study suggests that combining peptidomics with virtual screening is an effective strategy for rapid screening of PL/CE inhibitory peptides.

Ammonium dinitramide(ADN),which has the advantages of high energy density,no halogen and low characteristic signal,is not only considered as a new high-energy oxidizer that is expected to replace the traditional oxidizer ammonium perchlorate(AP)in solid propellants,but also a good performance explosive in ***,due to the strong hygroscopicity of ADN,its application in solid propellants and explosives is greatly *** the hygroscopicity of ADN is the key to realize the wide application of *** this paper,we systematically review the research progress of anti-hygroscopic strategies of ADN *** surface coating methods are focusing on solvent volatilization,solvent-non-solvent,melt crystallization and atomic layer deposition *** characteristics of the different methods are compared and analyzed,and the basis for the classification and selection of the coating materials are introduced in *** addition,the feasibility of material for surface coating of ADN is evaluated by several compatibility analysis *** is highly expected that the liquid phase method(solvent volatilization method,solvent-non-solvent method)would be the promising method for future ADN coating because of its effective,safety and facile ***,polymer materials,are the preferred coating materials due to their high viscosity,easy adhesion,good anti-hygroscopic effect,and heat resistance,which make ADN weak hygroscopicity,less sensitive,easier to preserve and good compatibility.
