目的探讨微载体6复合脂肪干细胞(Microcarrier 6-ADSC)治疗肛瘘的疗效,为肛瘘微创化治疗探索新途径。方法采用日本大耳兔建立兔肛瘘模型,造模成功后随机分成4组:Microcarrier 6-ADSC复合组、ADSC治疗组、手术组和对照组,每组6只,病理HE染色观察不同治疗方法的效果。结果Microcarrier 6-ADSC复合组和ADSC治疗组的瘘管组织中有散布的横纹肌细胞和上皮组织,少量淋巴细胞聚集在微载体6周围,在ADSC治疗组中可见到脂肪细胞聚集;对照组可见肉芽组织和淋巴细胞浸润并可见大量坏死组织。与手术组相比,Microcarrier 6-ADSC复合组和ADSC治疗组的治愈时间明显缩短(P<0.05);结论Microcarrier 6有利于ADSC的多向分化,可为ADSC的生存提供良好环境,促进瘘管的愈合。

Adjuvants can increase the control efficacy of diseases and insect pests by changing the physico-chemical properties of *** of the aviation spray adjuvants are versions of ground *** insecticide sprays with unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV),have problems such as relatively low droplet deposition rate and poor ***,wettability research and optimization tests for aviation spray adjuvants are *** present study screened 12 spray adjuvants using physico-chemical property *** adjuvants were applied to improve the droplet deposition and control efficacy in maize borers controlling by *** selected spray adjuvants were Po2(a hyperbranched polymer adjuvant)and VO3(a vegetable oil adjuvant).Results showed that,(1)When Po2 was added in water-dispersible granules(WGs)at volume rate of 12 L/hm2,the dynamic surface tension(DST)of WGs was decreased by 37.41%,and the maize leaves were covered by droplets 100%,the droplet deposition was increased by 104%and maize borer control was increased by 46%;(2)VO3 decreased the surface tension of ultra-low-volume(ULV)formulation by 12.02%and the maize leaves were covered by droplets 100%.The effect of VO3 on improving the droplet deposition and control efficacy at 12 L/hm2 with ULV was not ***,the addition of aviation spray adjuvant to improve the wettability of WGs significantly improved the droplet deposition and control efficacy but it had no significant effect on the ULV formulation.

Transition-metal chalcogenides(TMCs)materials have attracted increasing interest both for fundamental research and industrial *** all these materials,two-dimensional(2D)compounds with honeycomb-like structure possess exotic electronic ***,we report a systematic study of TMC monolayer AgTe fabricated by direct depositing Te on the surface of Ag(111)and *** intrinsic defects are observed and studied by scanning tunneling microscopy,indicating that there are two kinds of AgTe domains and they can form gliding ***,the monolayer AgTe can serve as the template for the following growth of Te ***,some Te atoms are observed in the form of chains on the top of the bottom Te *** findings in this work might provide insightful guide for the epitaxial growth of 2D materials for study of novel physical properties and for future quantum devices.

The ultrathinβ-Sn(001)films have attracted tremendous attention owing to its topological superconductivity(TSC),which hosts Majorana bound state(MBSs)for quantum ***,β-Sn(001)thin films have been successfully fabricated via phase transition ***,the understanding of structural phase transition ofβ-Sn(001)thin films is still ***,we report the direct growth of ultrathinβ-Sn(001)films epitaxially on the highly oriented pyrolytic graphite(HOPG)substrate and the characterization of intricate structural-transition-induced *** morphology was obtained by using atomic force microscopy(AFM)and low-temperature scanning tunneling microscopy(STM),indicating a structure-related bilayer-by-bilayer growth *** ultrathinβ-Sn film was made of multiple domains with various *** high-symmetric and distorted superstructures were observed in the atomic-resolution STM images of these *** formation mechanism of these superstructures was further discussed based on the structural phase transition ofβtoα-Sn at the atomic-scale *** work not only brings a deep understanding of the structural phase transition of Sn film at the two-dimensional limit,but also paves a way to investigate their structure-sensitive topological properties.

为探究飞防助剂类型与杀虫剂的混配方式对水稻二化螟防治效果的影响,本研究以杀虫剂(10%甲维∙茚虫威SC、5%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC和0.8%鱼藤酮SC)、飞防助剂(有机硅助剂、矿物油助剂和卵磷脂助剂)、施药液量(21、24和27 L/hm^(2))为因素设计了3因素3水平的L9(34)正交试验,通过方差分析(ANO⁃VA)方法对各因素的显著性水平进行了分析。结果表明,在本研究的试验条件下,施药后第14天,杀虫剂对水稻二化螟防治效果有显著性影响(P<0.05),飞防助剂对水稻二化螟防效有极显著影响(P<0.01);在设定的施药液量范围内(21~27 L/hm^(2)),施药液量对水稻二化螟防效无显著性影响。混配方式7(0.8%鱼藤酮SC、有机硅助剂和27 L/hm^(2)施药液量)具有较好的速效性与持效性,施药后第14天的防效达81.45%;混配方式4(5%氯虫苯甲酰胺SC、有机硅助剂和24 L/hm^(2)施药液量)持效性显著,施药后第14天的防效为79.30%。本研究成果可为防治水稻二化螟的药液混配方式提供参考。
