＜正＞Objectives cerebral vasospasm was the dread complication of a raptured intracranial aneurysm.Worldwide effort has led to many promising experimental treatments but none were confirmed to be effective in clinical trials.Ecdysterone is a kind of insect steroid hormone.Our previous study showed that ecdysterone might prevent CVS in vitro.Even after all these studies,rare attempts have been made to test the effect of Eedysterone on VAFs,a processes known to play an important role in various pathogenic vascular conditions. Thus,we tested the hypothesis that Eedysterone could affect VAF’s characteristic and do effect in SAIl induced cerebral vasospasm.Methods 100μM OxyHb were used in the in vitro study to mimic the clinical situation,the effects of OxyHb on cells proliferation and migratio of cultured aortic smooth muscle cells was investigated.In the in vivo study,20 rabbits were equally divided into 4 groups:control group,SAH group,SAH/Nimodipine group and SAH/ecdysterone group.Changes of neurological function and cerebral angiogram of rabbits were observed after SAH.Results OxyHb increased the proliferation of VAFs at 24h.Ecdysterone co-treatment was something like to suppress proliferation.Cell cycle analysis indicated that EDS inhibited vascular advential fibroblasts from G1 to S progression.Results of migration assay showed that 100 μM OxyHb obviously prompt vascular advential fibroblasts migration and EDS would attenut this effect.In SAH/Nimodipine and SAH/ecdysterone groups,neural deficit, cerebral vasospasm and structural changes in basilar artery were alleviated with Nimodipine or ecdysterone treatment.Conclusions Ecdysterone could affect VAF’s characteristic and attenuate vasospasm after SAH.

目的比较远程指导验配角膜塑形镜与传统“面对面”验配方式的有效性与安全性,初步评估远程指导验配角膜塑形镜在青少年近视防控中的应用价值。方法采用前瞻性对照研究。纳入同一医师远程指导验配角膜塑形镜的近视患儿65例(122眼)为试验组,同期“面对面”验配的近视患儿71例(139眼)为对照组,配戴后1天、1周、1个月、3个月进行随访,比较两种验配方式的有效性(包括戴镜视力、戴镜球镜度数、镜片配适分级、裸眼视力、镜片偏心距离)和安全性(角膜上皮点状着色分级)。结果两组戴镜1d时戴镜视力、戴镜球镜度数及镜片配适分级,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组戴镜后1天、1周、1个月、3个月的裸眼视力、镜片偏心距离、角膜上皮点状着色分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论远程指导验配角膜塑形镜的有效性和安全性较好,在青少年近视防控中具有较高的应用价值。

Sprayable coating based on fluorinated silica nanocomposites with superhydrophobic and antibacterial properties for advanced concrete

The porous hydrophilic nature of concrete structures makes them highly susceptible to chemical attack and bacterial adhesion, and the durability of concrete structures gradually decreases. In this work, a kind of sprayable coating with superhydrophobic and antibacterial properties was developed, which was used for surface engineering of concrete via the hydrophilic property of concrete and capillary action. The treated surface of concrete exhibited significant superhydrophobicity, with a static water contact angle of 162.4°and a sliding angle of 5°.The water absorption values of the treated concrete samples in merged in deionized water and 3.5 wt% Na Cl solution for 7 days were measured as 1.85% and 2.71%, indicating the enhancement of water repellency by 72.03% and 80.11%, respectively. The antibacterial characterization revealed that the superhydrophobic coating enabled significantly reduced adhesion of bacteria, with the antibacterial rates of 84.57 ± 2.5% for E. coli and 90.43 ± 1.6% for S. epidermidis, respectively. The superhydrophobic coating provides hydrophobic protection for porous substrate structures and effectively reduce the corrosion damage of substrate materials, which is of practical significance for improving the durability of concrete structures.

脑胶质瘤是最常见的脑肿瘤,对脑胶质瘤的研究仍是当前的热点与难点。由于蛋白质组学技术具有大通量研究蛋白质组成和蛋白质差异的作用,已有研究将其用于胶质瘤特异性生物学标志物的鉴定、预后的评估、对治疗的反应及其生物学特性的研究中。本文就蛋白质组学技术的基本技术平台和在脑胶质瘤诊断、鉴别诊断、对治疗敏感性及反应和胶质瘤侵袭性研究中的进展作一综述。

目的探讨前次剖宫产手术时机对再孕阴道分娩母婴并发症的影响。方法回顾性分析本院收治的1034例足月剖宫产术后阴道分娩(VBAC)孕产妇资料。按前次剖宫产手术时机分为择期组(择期行剖宫产术)426例、第一产程组(第一产程行剖宫产术)278例、第二产程组(第二产程行剖宫产术)330例。分析前次剖宫产手术时机对VBAC孕产妇的产程、产后并发症及新生儿出生情况的影响。结果第二产程组子宫收缩乏力比例、产后24 h出血量、产后出血发生率及产后住院天数均大于择期组和第一产程组(P0.05)。3组间第二、第三产程时限、助产率、会阴裂伤率、产后尿潴留率、发热比例及新生儿1 min Apgar评分、新生儿窒息发生率及转入新生儿科比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论前次第二产程剖宫产手术孕产妇再孕阴道分娩时发生子宫收缩乏力及产后出血风险增加。

Associated factors of self-reported psychopathology and health related quality of life among men who have sex with men (MSM) with HIV/AIDS in Dalian, China: a pilot study

Background:Despite the availability of Anti-Retroviral Therapy(ART),the health-related quality of life(HRQoL)among HIV-positive men who have sex with men(HIVMSM)in China remains poor.This study aimed to explore the relationship between self-reported psychopathology and HRQoL among HIVMSM in Dalian,China.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted in 112 HIVMSM.Symptom check list 90(SCL 90):a measure of psychopathology and World Health Organization quality of life in HIV infection(WHOQOL-HIV-Bref):a measure of HRQoL were used.Correlation and multiple regression analysis were employed to explore the association between self-reported psychopathology and HRQoL in HIVMSM.Results:Out of the total 112 HIVMSM cases,9(8%)cases were homosexuals and 103(92%)ones were bisexuals.The participants who had low family income(P=0.001),perceived discrimination(P=0.001)and lack of regular attendance in medical follow-ups(P=0.014)reported poorer HRQoL than their counterparts.Somatization,obsession,depression,phobia and overall SCL 90 scores in self-reported psycholpathology had a negative impact on the domains of HRQoL among HIVMSM.Conclusions:Total quality of life was predicted by family income,perceived discrimination,and medical follow-up attendance.Self-reported psychopathology was negatively correlated with HRQoL in HIVMSM.The Strategies that target MSM focusing on linking and engaging HIV-positive patients in medical care is the key step to improve their HRQoL.More emphasis is needed on the newly diagnosed HIVMSM in Dalian in order to develop a more targeted intervention to prevent perceived discrimination and lack of proper medical follow-up services.Trial registration:The trial registration number does not require for this manuscript.The study is cross-sectional design that do not involve intervention at all,it is not a clinical trial.

The effect of hematoma puncture drainage before decompressive craniectomy on the prognosis of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage with cerebral hernia at a high altitude

Purpose:Rapid decompressive craniectomy(DC)was the most effective method for the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH)with cerebral hernia,but the mortality and disability rate is still high.We suspected that hematoma puncture drainage(PD)+DC may improve the therapeutic effect and thus compared the combined surgery with DC alone.Methods:From December 2013 to July 2019,patients with HICH from Linzhi,Tibet and Honghe,Yunnan Province were retrospectively analyzed.The selection criteria were as follows:(1)altitude≥1500 m;(2)HICH patients with cerebral hernia;(3)Glascow coma scale score of 4-8 and time from onset to admission≤3 h;(4)good liver and kidney function;and(5)complete case data.The included patients were divided into DC group and PD+DC group.The patients were followed up for 6 months.The outcome was assessed by Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score,Kaplan-Meier survival curve and correlation between time from admission to operation and prognosis.A good outcome was defined as independent(GOS score,4-5)and poor outcome defined as dependent(GOS score,3-1).All data analyses were performed using SPSS 19,and comparison between two groups was conducted using separatet-tests or Chi-square tests.Results:A total of 65 patients was included.The age ranged 34-90 years(mean,63.00±14.04 years).Among them,31 patients had the operation of PD+DC,whereas 34 patients underwent DC.The two groups had no significant difference in the basic characteristics.After 6 months of follow-up,in the PD+DC group there were 8 death,4 vegetative state,4 severe disability(GOS score 1-3,poor outcome 51.6%);8 moderate disability,and 7 good recovery(GOS score 4-5,good outcome 48.4%);while in the DC group the result was 15 death,6 vegetative state,5 severe disability(poor outcome 76.5%),4 moderate disability and 4 good recovery(good outcome 23.5%).The GOS score and good outcome were significantly less in DC group than in PD+DC group(Z=-1.993,p=0.046;χ2=4.38,p=0.043).However,there was no significant difference regarding the survival cu

Thrombospondin-2 promotes the proliferation and migration of glioma cells and contributes to the progression of glioma

Background:Gliomas,especially high-grade gliomas,are highly malignant with a poor prognosis.Although existing treatments have improved the survival rate of patients with glioma,the recurrence and mortality rates are still not ideal.The molecular mechanisms involved in the occurrence and development of glioma are still poorly understood.We previously reported that thrombospondin-2(TSP2)expression was increased in tumor specimens from rat models,promoting excitatory synapse formation.However,little is known about the effect of TSP2 on the biological characteristics of glioma.Methods:Glioma and cerebral cortex tissues were collected from 33 patients,and the expression of TSP2 in them was analyzed.Next,the proliferation and migration of TSP2 on glioma cells were analyzed in vitro.At last,a glioma transplantation model was constructed to explore the growth of TSP2 on glioma in vivo.Results:The expression of TSP2 in surgical glioma specimens was increased compared to that in the normal cortex.Interestingly,the TSP2 protein level was higher in high-grade glioma(HGG,World Health Organization(WHO)grades 3-4)than in low-grade glioma(LGG,WHO grades 1-2)tissues.Exogenous addition of the TSP2 protein at an appropriate concentration promoted the migration of glioma cells but did not significantly affect their proliferation.Surprisingly,overexpression of TSP2 promoted both the migration and proliferation of cultured glioma cells.Moreover,in vivo experimental data implied that overexpression of TSP2 in C6 cells promoted the malignant growth of gliomas,while knockout of TSP2 slowed glioma growth.Conclusions:TSP2 promotes the migration and proliferation of glioma cells,which may provide new ideas for blocking glioma progression.

目的:探讨白细胞介素4诱导蛋白1(interleukin-4 induced 1 protein, IL4I1)在卵巢癌中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:基于TCGA、GTEx数据库,分析IL4I1基因在卵巢癌组织与正常卵巢组织中的表达差异,从HPA数据库获得免疫组化图像,采用RNA-seq检测IL4I1在卵巢癌中的表达水平。使用Kaplan-Meier plotter绘制IL4I1的生存分析图以解读其对卵巢癌患者预后的作用。使用GSEA探索IL4I1相关的生物学功能和信号通路。利用TIMER数据库和CIBERSORT算法分析IL4I1的表达与免疫细胞浸润水平的相关性。结果:IL4I1在卵巢癌组织中表达增加(P<0.001),并与卵巢癌患者较差的无进展生存期相关(P<0.05);GSEA结果提示,IL4I1可能参与调节IL6-JAK-STAT3、PI3K-AKT-MTOR通路。TIMER分析结果提示,IL4I1表达水平与B细胞(r=0.190,P<0.05)、CD4~+T细胞(r=0.289,P<0.05)、中性粒细胞(r=0.373,P<0.05)、树突状细胞(r=0.322,P<0.05)浸润水平成正相关。结论:IL4I1在卵巢癌中高表达,它可能通过PI3K-AKT-MTOR、IL6-JAK-STAT3通路促进卵巢癌的发生和发展,并与卵巢癌肿瘤免疫具有一定关联,具有作为卵巢癌诊断和治疗靶点的潜力。
