To.ay the cycle time o. the product develo. is requ ir ed to.be sho.tened. At the same time the requirement o. the custo.ers beco.es mo.re and mo.e diverse and co.plex. The capability o. the develo. unit is limited b ecause o. the existence o. hetero.eneo.s systems and distributed enviro.ments. I n this paper, we bring fo.ward a new approach to.so.ve the problem in product de velo.ment process. We also.settle part key techno.o.ies in it. A great deal o. informatio. fro. all kinds o. so.rces in the distributed develo. ment process is interweaved. The so.utio. to.o.ganize the wo.kflo. and manage th e informatio. in the process is called fo. anxio.sly. We use a new approach that is asynchro.o.s and synchro.o.s co.pling product develo.ment approach based o. the netwo.k. The approach extends the develo. process fro. the time axis. Then t he activities in the process are o.ganized fro. the asynchro.o.s and synchro.o.s aspects. The state o. every activity projects at the ASN (active semantic netwo.rk). The ASN includes decisio. system, intelligent agent, user interface and net wo.k. The ASN decides the types and states o. the activities and deals with the co.ple relatio.ship amo.g them. The kno.ledge sto.ed in ASN is o.en to.all users thro.gh the relative interfaces. Every specialist keeps co.tact with their user s relying o. co.laborative platfo.m implements CSCW (co.puter suppo.t co.laborat ive wo.k) that integrated product/process design and develo.ment. The lack o. gl o.al co.municatio. in product develo.ment process can be prevented in the mo.t d egree. The key techno.o.ies that exist in the asynchro.o.s and synchro.o.s co.pling pro duct develo. approach include: integrated develo.ment structure, o.derly o.ganiz atio. o. informatio., transparent management o. process, agile transfer o. infor matio. and rapid proto.ype. The develo.ment process can be co.pleted quickly by these techno.o.ies. The techno.o.ies invo.ve wide co.tent. In this paper, we dis cuss so.e key tech

In rice, the characterizatio. o. o.EBP-89 is inducible by vario.s stress- o. ho.mo.e-stimuli, including ethylene, abscisic acid (ABA), jasmo.ate acid (JA), dro.ght and co.d. Here, we repo.t the investigatio. o. essential DNA regio. within o.EBP-89 promo.er fo. methyl jasmo.ic acid (MeJA) inductio.. PLACE analysis indicates that this promo.er sequence co.tains multiple po.ential elements in respo.se to.vario.s stimuli. First, we fused this promo.er with GUS gene and analyzed its expressio. under MeJA treatment thro.gh Agro.acterium infiltratio. mediating transient expressio. in to.acco.leaves. o.r results revealed that this chimeric gene co.ld be inducible by MeJA in to.acco.leaves. To.further de- termine the crucial sequences respo.sible fo. MeJA inductio., we generated a series o. deletio. pro- mo.ers which were fused with GUS repo.ter gene respectively. The results o. transient expressio. o. GUS gene driven by these mutant promo.ers sho. that the essential regio. fo. MeJA inductio. is po. sitio.ed in the regio. between -1200 and -800 in o.EBP-89 promo.er co.taining a G-bo. (?1127), which is distinct fro. the essential regio. co.taining ERE (?562) fo. ACC inductio.. In all, o.r finding is helpful in understanding the mo.ecular mechanism o. o.EBP-89 expressio. under different stimuli.

Recently, experiments have demo.strated that simple binary arithmetic and lo.ical o.eratio.s can be co.puted by the process o. self- assembly o. DNA tiles. In this paper, we sho. ho. the tile assembly process can be used fo. subtractio. and divisio.. In o.der to.achieve this aim, fo.r systems, including the co.parator system, the duplicator system, the subtractio. system, and the divisio. system, are pro- po.ed to.co.pute the difference and quo.ient o. two.input numbers using the tile assembly mo.el. This wo.k indicates that these systems can be carried o.t in po.yno.ial time with o.timal o.1) distinct tile types in parallel and at very lo. co.t. The Caledo.ian No.th Qilian o.o.enic belt lies between the No.th china plate and the Qaidam mi-cro.lates, and resulted fro. the co.lisio. amo.g the Qaidam micro.late, mid-Qilian blo.k and the No.th china plate. The o.o.en initiated fro. the rifting o. the Late protero.o.c Ro.inia, and then it experi-enced stages o. Cambrian rift basin and o.do.ician archipelagic o.eanic basin, and fo.eland basin during Silurian to.Early-Middle Devo.ian. The average ratio. o. Al/(Al+Fe+Mn), Al/(Al+Fe), δ Ce, Lan/ybn and Lan/Cen fro. cherts o. Cambrian Heicigo. Fo.matio. are 0.797, 0.627, 1.114, 0.994 and 1.034 re-spectively. In the NAS standardized REE distributio. pattern, the cherts fro. Xiangqianshan is slightly HREE enriched, and the cherts fro. Ganluci and Shiqingdo.g are plane. All o. these features indicated that Cambrian cherts o. the Heicigo. Fo.matio. o.iginated fro. a co.tinental margin rift backgro.nd. o. the co.trary, the average ratio. o. Al/(Al+Fe+Mn), Al/(Al+Fe), δ Ce, Lan/ybn, Lan/Cen o. the o.do.ician chert fro. Dakecha, Cuijiadun, Shihuigo., Lao.ushan, Heicigo., Mao.ao.han, Bianmago., Da-chadaban, Baiquanmen, Jiugequan and Angzanggo., are respectively 0.72, 0.58, 0.99, 1.09 and 0.96 respectively. Their NAS standardized REE distributio. patterns o. mo.t o.do.ician cherts are plane mo.e o. slightly HREE enriched. The REE distributio. pattern o. few samples o. cherts are slightly LREE enriched. Characteristics o. sedimentary geo.hemistry and tecto.ic evo.utio. demo.strated that the Cambrian-o.do.ician cherts, asso.iated with rift, o.eanic, island arc and back-arc vo.canic ro.ks, was no. fo.med in a typical abyssal o.eanic basin o. mid-o.eanic ridge. o. the co.trary, they fo.med in a deepwater basin o. co.tinental margin o. a archipelagic o.ean tecto.ic setting. Several Early Paleo.zo.c o.hio.ite belts in No.th Qilian and adjacent periphery Qaidam micro.late imply that an archipelagic o.ean during o.do.ician existed in the east o. pro-Tethys.

AIM:To.determine whether mito.ho.drial dysfunctio. resulting fro. high-fat diet is related to.impairment o. the pho.phatidylino.ito. 3-kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (Akt,also.kno.n as PKB) pathway. METHo.S:Rat mo.els o. no.alco.o.ic fatty liver were established by high-fat diet feeding. The expressio. o. to.al and pho.pho.ylated P13K and Akt proteins in hepatocytes was determined by Western blo.ting. Degree o. fat accumulatio. in liver was measured by hepatic triglyceride. Mito.ho.drial number and size were determined using quantitative mo.pho.etric analysis under transmissio. electro. micro.co.e. Renshen （Radix Ginseng）, Tianma （Rhizo.a Gastro.iae）, and yinxingye （Ginkgo.Leaf） in a propo.tio. o. 1 ： 2： 2. Fo.lo.ing co.ventio.al water extractio. techno.o.y, an extract （1 ： 20） was prepared. Six adult, male, New Zealand rabbits underwent intragastric administratio. o.
