Inflammatory diseases are key contributors to high mortality globally and adversely affect the quality of *** treatments include corticosteroids or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories that may cause systemic toxicity and biologics that may increase the risk of *** nanoparticles that bear not only the drug payload but also targeting ligands for delivery to inflammation sites at lowered systemic toxicity are established in the nanomedicine field,but their relatively large size often leads to systemic ***-based nanoparticles with intrinsic anti-inflammatory properties represent attractive *** are not only designed to be compact for crossing biological barriers(with the nanoparticle serving as a dual carrier and drug),but also support label-free tracking of their interactions with *** review commences with an outline of the common inflammatory diseases,inflammatory pathways involved,and conventional drug-loaded nanoparticles for ***,the review features the emerging applications of self-therapeutic metal-based nanoparticles(e.g.,gold,coper oxide,platinum,ceria,and zinc oxide)for managing inflammatory diseases in animals over the past three years,focusing on therapeutic outcomes and anti-inflammatory *** review concludes with an outlook on the biodistribution,long-term toxicity,and clinical translation of self-therapeutic metalbased nanoparticles.

Hafnium oxide thin films doped with different concentrations of yttrium are prepared on Si（100） substrates at room temperature using a reactive magnetron sputtering *** effects of Y content on the bonding structure,crystallographic structure,and electrical properties of Y-doped HfO2 films are *** x-ray photoelectron spectrum（XPS） indicates that the core level peak positions of Hf 4 f and O 1 s shift toward lower energy due to the structure change after Y *** depth profiling of XPS shows that the surface of the film is completely oxidized while the oxygen deficiency emerges after the stripping depths have *** x-ray diffraction and high resolution transmission electron microscopy（HRTEM） analyses reveal the evolution from monoclinic HfO2 phase towards stabilized cubic HfO2 phase and the preferred orientation of（111） appears with increasing Y content,while pure HfO2 shows the monoclinic phase *** leakage current and permittivity are determined as a function of the Y *** best combination of low leakage current of 10-7 A/cm^2 at 1 V and a highest permittivity value of 29 is achieved when the doping ratio of Y increases to 9 mol%.A correlation among Y content,phase evolution and electrical properties of Y-doped HfO2 ultra-thin film is investigated.

Memories regarding the history of the Second Sino-Japanese War （1931-1945） and World War il （1939-1945） have always been refreshed in the minds of contemporaries through the retelling of ＂historical war stories＂ in various forms including books, posters, films and other media presentations. However, these retellings are often criticised by some academics as distortion of historical facts. This is because many of the present generation of readers and audiences were not even born at the time the events happened. Thus, ＂historical facts＂ of this era are, in reality, very vague in people＇s minds and their ＂facts＂ are often simply a construction of frequently retold ＂historical war stories＂ mixed with imagination. This article will argue that even immediately after the end of both wars in 1945, fresh history memory was already distorted, with China being the main victim. Following the end of World War II, there was an extensive publication of books and periodicals about the war. However, through varied interpretations of primary sources and use of visual materials in different ways, various positions were created to suit specific needs for justification of China＇s desire to be part of the camp of world powers after 1945. Similar diverse positions were also used to make political arguments criticising both the Axis and Allied Powers for working toward different political ends.

Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD) is the most advanced and representative technique in the field of therapeutic endoscopy and has been used for the treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms,including early gastric *** major difference and advantage of ESD compared to existing endoscopic resection techniques,such as endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR) and polypectomy,are the width and depth of the *** developed cutting devices,distal attachable endoscopic accessories,and an advanced electrosurgical unit have helped to overcome the limitations of therapeutic endoscopy in terms of lesion size,location,presence of fibrotic scarring,and accompanying *** a result,the indications for ESD have been expanded from the classical indication for EMR and polypectomy,and there is now support for a further expansion of ESD *** present,the most critical factor to consider in the decision of whether to perform ESD is the probability of unexpected lymph node *** guidelines for ESD are continually being updated and *** this review,we discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the expanded guidelines,based on evidence found in the literature.

AIM： To correlate the clinical features of treated and untreated patients with irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） to the results of skin prick test （SPT） for food and inhalant allergens. METHODS： We recruited 105 subjects to form three different target groups： treated group （n=44） undergoing treatment for IBS, untreated group （n =31） meeting the Rome Ⅱ criteria without treatment for IBS, control group （n = 30） with no IBS symptoms. RESULTS： SPT results were different among the three groups in which SPT was positive in 17 （38.6%） treated patients, in 5 （16.1%） untreated patients and in 1 （3.3%） control （P〈0.01）. The number of positive SPTs was greater in the IBS group than in the control group （P〈 0.001）. The number of positive food SPTs was higher in the treated IBS group than in the untreated IBS group （P= 0.03）. CONCLUSION： Positive food SPT is higher in IBS patients than in controls.

AIM： TO examine the diagnostic yield of colorectal neoplasia at computed tomographic colonoscopy （CTC） as well as the feasibility of contrast enhanced CTC in patients with gastric cancer. METHODS： To examine the incidence of colon polyp we selected postoperative 188 gastric cancer patients, which we refer to as the ‘colon polyp survey group’. To examine the feasibility of CTC for early detection of colon cancer or advanced colon adenoma, we selected 47 gastric cancer patients （M：F 29：18, mean age 53.8 years）, which we call the ‘CT colonoscopy group’. All the 47 patients underwent successive CTC and colonoscopy on the same day. RESULTS： Totally 109 colon polyps were observed from 59 out of 188 gastric cancer patients, the inddence rate of colon polyps in gastric cancer patients being 31.4%. The sensitivity of CTC in detecting individuals with at least 1 lesion of any size was 57.1%, the specificity was 72.7%, the positive predictive value was 47.1%, and the negative predictive value was 71.9%. When the cutoff size was decreased to 6 mm, the sensitivity and specificity were 80.0% and 92.9%, respectively, with positive and negative predictive values of 57.1% and 97.5%, respectively. Only one patient was classified as false negative by virtual colonoscopy. CONCLUSION： The diagnostic yield of colorectal polyp was 31.4% in patients with gastric cancer, and contrast enhanced CTC is an acceptable tool for the detection of synchronous colorectal advanced adenoma and postoperative surveillance of gastric cancer patients.

提出一种针对独立微网的超级电容/蓄电池混合储能系统(HESS)的容量优化方法。运用经验模态分解技术,将一段记录完全的非平稳风功率分解成为若干固有模态函数(IMF)。在各固有模态函数的瞬时频率—时间曲线的基础上,通过"分频频率"将原始风功率分解成高频与低频2部分,并分别采用HESS中的超级电容和蓄电池来平抑风功率的高频、低频波动分量。平抑后输入负荷侧的功率平滑度可通过平滑度指标量化。采用神经网络模型优化HESS的容量,通过成本和平滑度指标之间的折中实现HESS的容量优化配置。基于某风电场实测数据的仿真实验验证了所提方法的有效性。

Quantum machine learning(QML)is a rapidly rising research eld that incorporates ideas from quantum computing and machine learning to develop emerging tools for scientic research and improving data *** to efciently control or manipulate the quantum system is a fundamental and vexing problem in quantum *** can be described as learning or approximating a unitary *** the success of the hybrid-based quantum machine learning model proposed in recent years,we investigate to apply the techniques from QML to tackle this *** on the choi–Jamiołkowski isomorphism in quantum computing,we transfer the original problem of learning a unitary operator to a min–max optimization problem which can also be viewed as a quantum generative adversarial ***,we select the spectral norm between the target and generated unitary operators as the regularization term in the loss *** by the hybrid quantum-classical framework widely used in quantum machine learning,we employ the variational quantum circuit and gradient descent based optimizers to solve the min-max optimization *** our numerical experiments,the results imply that our proposed method can successfully approximate the desired unitary operator and dramatically reduce the number of quantum gates of the traditional *** average delity between the states that are produced by applying target and generated unitary on random input states is around 0.997.

BACKGROUND Cetuximab in combination with oral fluoropyrimidine(FP)remains controversial in metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC).In view of the regional variation in the tolerability of FP,we conducted a retrospective analysis to compare oral FP with infusional FP in combination with cetuximab in Chinese *** To compare the efficacy and safety profile of cetuximab in combination with oral FP and infusional FP in Chinese population in the real-world *** A retrospective cohort study was done to analyse consecutive patients with Kras wild-type mCRC who received first-line treatment with cetuximab and FP-based chemotherapy in our unit from January 2010 to December ***-five eligible patients were *** median follow-up of our cohort was 65.0 *** The median progression-free survival(mPFS)and median overall survival(mOS)of the entire cohort were 9.66 mo(95%CI:7.72–12.5)and 25.8 mo(95%CI:18.7–35.6),*** oral FP and infusional FP,there was no statistical significant difference in the mPFS[9.79 mo(95%CI:7.49–12.7)vs 9.63 mo(95%CI:6.34–13.4);P=0.72]and mOS[25.8 mo(95%CI:15.2–35.6)vs 26.3 mo(95%CI:18.7–41.2);P=0.63].Grade 3 or above adverse events were reported in 28.4%of patients,being similar with oral and infusional FP,and included 10.5%of neutropenia and 2.1%of diarrhoea *** The current analysis demonstrates comparable efficacy and safety profiles of cetuximab in combination with oral and infusional FP in Chinese *** results expand treatment options for Chinese patients and invite revision of existing treatment guidelines to incorporate oral FP-based chemotherapy plus cetuximab.
