Prognosis of HD is a complex task that requires experience andexpertise to predict in the early stage. Nowadays, heart failure is rising dueto the inherent lifestyle. The healthcare industry generates dense records ofpatients, which cannot be managed manually. Such an amount of data is verysignificant in the field of data mining and machine learning when gatheringvaluable knowledge. During the last few decades, researchers have used differentapproaches for the prediction of HD, but still, the major problem is theuncertainty factor in the output data and also there is a need to reduce theerror rate and increase the accuracy of evaluation metrics for HDP. However,this study largess the comparative analysis of diverse classification algorithmsgoing on two different heart disease datasets taken from the Kaggle repositoryand University of California, Irvine (UCI) machine learning repository tofind the best solution for HDP. Going through comparative analysis, tenclassifiers;LR, J48, NB, ANN, SC, Bagging, DS, AdaBoost, REPT, and SVmare evaluated using mAE, RAE, precision, recall, f-measure, and *** overall finding indicates that for the dataset taken from UCI, the SVmclassifier performs well as compared to other classifiers in terms of increasingaccuracy and reducing error rate that is 33.2631 for RAE, and 0.165 formAE, 0.841 for precision, 0.835 for recall, 0.833 for f-measure and 83.49%for accuracy. Whereas for dataset taken from Kaggle, the SC performs well interms of increasing accuracy and reducing error rate that is 3.30% for RAE,0.016 for mAE, 0.984 for precision, 0.984 for recall, 0.984 for f-measure, and98.44% for accuracy.

Social media provide digitally interactional technologies to facilitate information sharing and exchanging ***,in case of disasters,a massive corpus is placed on platforms such as *** accounts can benefit humanitarian organizations and agencies,but identifying the eyewitness Tweets related to the disaster from millions of Tweets is *** approaches have been developed to address this kind of *** recent state-of-the-art system was based on a manually created dictionary and this approach was further refined by introducing linguistic ***,these approaches suffer from limitations as they are dataset-dependent and not *** this paper,we proposed a method to identify eyewitnesses from *** experiment,we utilized 13 features discovered by the pioneer of this domain and can classify the tweets to determine the *** each feature,a dictionary of words was created with the Word Dictionary maker algorithm,which is the crucial contribution of this *** algorithm inputs some terms relevant to a specific feature for its initialization and then creates the words ***,keyword matching for each feature in tweets is *** a feature exists in a tweet,it is termed as 1;otherwise,***,for 13 features,we created a file that reflects features in each *** classify the tweets based on features,Naïve Bayes,Random Forest,and Neural Network were *** approach was implemented on different disasters like earthquakes,floods,hurricanes,and Forest *** results were compared with the state-of-the-art linguistic rule-based system with 0.81 F-measure *** the same time,the proposed approach gained a 0.88 value of *** results were comparable as the proposed approach is not ***,it can be used for the identification of eyewitness accounts.

Prevalence of Spinal and Bony Structural Disorders in Saudi Adult Using mRI in Different Genders

Background: magnetic resonance imaging is the primary imaging modality for the evaluation of spinal cord and spinal column disorder. Aims: to assess the prevalence of bony structure and spinal disorders in the Saudi population and to find a correlation between patient age and gender. material and methods: A retrospective study was conducted using magnetic resonance imaging in Al-Taif city from November 2020 to February 2021 at King Abdul-Aziz Specialist Hospital and King Faisal Hospital in Taif City, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to assess the prevalence of bony structure and spinal disorders in the Saudi population. The data was collected after gaining ethical approval from the directorate of health affairs in Taif’s administration of research and studies, and then analyzed using SPSS version 25 to determine the frequency and percentage of disorder. To check if there was a significant difference between the two groups, the Pearson’s chi square test was utilized. Results: One hundred young adults underwent mR examination of the spine. The results show that the most common age group affected by spinal disorders is over 50 years (53%), the most common bony structural spinal disorders are straightening 59%, followed by lordosis (20%), and the most common disc disorders are disc bulges (15%), and the most common degenerative changes are spondylo-degenerative changes (21%), and there is no significant correlation between genders and mRI findings (p-value). Conclusion: The study found that straightening is the most prevalent mRI-diagnosed spine disorder, followed by degenerative illnesses and that there is no significant association between gender and the type of mRI-diagnosed spinal disorders.

The strict environmental regulations to overcome the drawbacks of consumption and disposal of non-renewable synthetic materials have motivated this *** physical,chemical,morphological,and thermal properties of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder obtained from the raw materials were examined in this *** physical properties analyzes of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder discovered that the moisture content,density,and water holding capacity were 9.70%,0.45 g/cm^(3),and 98.60%,***,the chemical composition analysis of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder revealed that the powder was significantly high in cellulose contents(34.35%)from other bio-peel *** crystallinity index of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder was 32.76%,according to further X-ray diffraction(XRD)*** thermal stability of Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder was examined using thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and found thermally stable at 204℃.The morphological study via scanning electron microscopy(SEm)showed a shriveled and irregular geometry *** Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder demonstrated the peak in the range representing the major functional groups responsible for pectin’s ***,the findings revealed that the Hylocereus Polyrhizus peel(HPP)powder has the potential for the development of biodegradable and renewable materials.

Lysine Lipoylation is a protective and conserved Post Translational modification(PTm)in proteomics research like prokaryotes and *** is connected with many biological processes and closely linked with many metabolic *** develop a perfect and accurate classification model for identifying lipoylation sites at the protein level,the computational methods and several other factors play a key role in this ***,most of the techniques and different traditional experimental models have a very high *** are time-consuming;so,it is required to construct a predictor model to extract lysine lipoylation *** study proposes a model that could predict lysine lipoylation sites with the help of a classification method known as Artificial Neural Network(ANN).The ANN algorithm deals with the noise problem and imbalance classification in lipoylation sites dataset *** the result shows in ten-fold cross-validation,a brilliant performance is achieved through the predictor model with an accuracy of 99.88%,and also achieved 0.9976 as the highest value of ***,the predictor model is a very useful and helpful tool for lipoylation sites *** of the residues around lysine lipoylation sites play a vital part in prediction,as demonstrated during feature *** wonderful results reported through the evaluation and prediction of this model can provide an informative and relative explanation for lipoylation and its molecular mechanisms.

L-Plastin deficiency produces increased trabecular bone due to attenuation of sealing ring formation and osteoclast dysfunction

Bone resorption requires the formation of complex, actin-rich cytoskeletal structures. During the early phase of sealing ring formation by osteoclasts, L-plastin regulates actin-bundling to form the nascent sealing zones(NSZ). Here, we show that L-plastin knockout mice produce osteoclasts that are deficient in the formation of NSZs, are hyporesorptive, and make superficial resorption pits in vitro. Transduction of TAT-fused full-length L-plastin peptide into osteoclasts from L-plastin knockout mice rescued the formation of nascent sealing zones and sealing rings in a time-dependent manner. This response was not observed with mutated full-length L-plastin(Ser-5 and-7 to Ala-5 and-7) peptide. In contrast to the observed defect in the NSZ, L-plastin deficiency did not affect podosome formation or adhesion of osteoclasts in vitro or in vivo. Histomorphometry analyses in 8-and 12-week-old female L-plastin knockout mice demonstrated a decrease in eroded perimeters and an increase in trabecular bone density, without a change in bone formation by osteoblasts. This decrease in eroded perimeters supports that osteoclast function is attenuated in L-plastin knockouts. micro-CT analyses confirmed a marked increase in trabecular bone mass. In conclusion, female L-plastin knockout mice had increased trabecular bone density due to impaired bone resorption by osteoclasts. L-plastin could be a potential target for therapeutic interventions to treat trabecular bone loss.

Previous research on media coverage of terrorism and its associated psychological consequences was explored internationally particularly after 9/11 attacks in the ***,the constructive role of resilience in this traumatic era has also been explored ***,some studies have been conducted on the effect of media coverage of national terrorism on people that have endured a nearby terrorist ***,knowledge about how the media coverage of terrorism,as a secondary source of evidence,can have devastated effects on native’s mental health and how resilience work in this relationship is rather *** example,it is possible that different cultures have their own coping strategies(resilience&spirituality)to be adopted as they perceive and respond to terrorism coverage on media ***,this study examines the moderated role of spirituality as an adaptive mechanism along with resilience as a mediating factor in the relationship between media coverage of terrorists’incidents and mental health concerns such as perceived stress,generalized anxiety and perceived fear among Pakistani *** show significant results as expected,people having high level of spirituality effectively cope with the media coverage of terrorist incidents by facing the situation with more resilient personality and therefore experience less mental health concerns compared to those with low level of spirituality.
