In vitro bench testing using patient-specific 3D models for percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation with Venus P-valve

Background:Due to the wide variety of morphology,size,and dynamics,selecting an optimal valve size and location poses great difficulty in percutaneous pulmonary valve implantation(PPVI).This study aimed to report our experience with in vitro bench testing using patient-specific three-dimensional(3D)-printed models for planning PPVI with the Venus ***:Patient-specific 3D soft models were generated using PolyJet printing with a compliant synthetic material in 15 patients scheduled to undergo PPVI between July 2018 and July 2020 in Central China Fuwai Hospital of Zhengzhou ***:3D model bench testing altered treatment strategy in all patients(100%).One patient was referred for surgery because testing revealed that even the largest Venus P-valve would not anchor *** the remaining 14 patients,valve size and/or implantation location was altered to avoid valve migration and/or compression coronary *** four patients,it was decided to chan.e the point anchoring because of inverted cone-shaped right ventricular outflow tract(RVOT)(n=2)or risk of compression coronary artery(n=2).Concerning sizing,we found that an oversize of 2-5 mm *** of the valve was dictated by the flaring of the in-and outflow portion in the pulmonary *** was successful in all 14 patients(absence of valve migration,no coronary compression,and none-to-mild residual pulmonary regurgitation[PR]).The diameter of the Venus P-valve in the 3D simulation group was significantly smaller than.that of the conventional planning group(36[2]vs.32[4],Z=-3.77,P<0.001).Conclusions:In vitro testing indicated no need to oversize the Venus P-valve to the degree recommended by the balloon-sizing technique,as 2-5 mm sufficed.

Genetic load and inbreeding are recognized as important factors to be considered in conservation *** levels of both can increase the risk of population extinction by negatively impacting fitness-related characters in many species of plants and animals,including humans(inbreeding depression).Genomic tech-niques are increasingly used in measuring and understanding genetic load and inbreeding and their importance in evolution and *** used whole genome resequencing data from two sibling grouse species in subarctic Eurasia to quantify *** found a large range of inbreeding measured as FROH(fraction of runs of homozygosity)in individuals from different populations of Chinese Grouse(Tetrastes sewerzowi)and Hazel Grouse(***).FROH estimated from genome-wide runs of homozygosity(ROH)ranged from 0.02 to 0.24 among Chinese Grouse populations and from 0.01 to 0.44 in Hazel *** from a population of Chinese Grouse residing in the Qilian mountains and from the European populations of Hazel Grouse(including samples from Sweden,Germany and Northeast Poland)were the most inbred(FROH ranged from 0.10 to 0.23 and 0.11 to 0.44,respectively).These levels are comparable to other highly inbred populations of *** Grouse from northern China and Chinese Grouse residing in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau showed relatively lower inbreeding *** of the ratio between deleterious missense mutations and synonymous mutations revealed higher levels in Chinese Grouse as compared to Hazel *** results are possibly explained by higher fixation rates,mutational melt down,in the range-restricted Chinese Grouse compared to the wide-ranging Hazel ***,when we compared the relatively more severe class of loss-of-function muta-tions,Hazel Grouse had slightly higher levels than.Chinese Grouse,a result which may indicate that purifying selection(purging)has been more efficient in Chinese Grouse on this class of mutations.

The aim of this study is to propose a photovoltaic(PV)module simulation model with high accuracy under practical working conditions and strong applicability in the engineering field to meet various PV system simulation *** previous model-building methods,this study combines the advantages of analytical and metaheuristic ***,the applicability of various metaheuristic algorithms is comprehensively compared and the seven parameters of the PV cell under standard test conditions are extracted using the double diode model,which verifies that the artificial hummingbird algorithm has higher accuracy than.other ***,the seven parameters under different conditions are corrected using the analytical *** terms of the correc-tion method,the ideal factor correction is added on the basis of previous methods to solve the deviation between simulated data and measured data in the non-linear ***,the root mean squared error between the simulated current data and the measured current data of the proposed model under three different temperatures and irradiance is 0.0697,0.0570 and 0.0289 A,respectively.

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia in China

Chronic lymphocytic leukemia(CLL)is 10-to 20-fold less common in han.Chinese in China compared with persons of predominately European descent translating to inci-dences of 0.2 to 0.6 per 10E+5 population/year vs.4.6 per 10E+5 population/year.[1-3] Reason(s)for this markedly lower incidence and therefore prevalence in China is unknown but is shared with the other Asian nationalities ***,Koreans,and others,.+-61 Studies of large cohorts of Chinese with CLL are relatively rare and there are no population-based studies in the mainland of *** seeming differences between CLL in Chinese and persons of predominately European descent are reported such as younger age at diagnosis,different background genotypes,increased frequency of IGHV mutation,different stereotype use and different mutation topographies.7 However,in general,most cases of CLL in han.Chinese are like CLL in persons of predominately European descent.

该文基于海南某小型光伏电站测试项目,收集p型和n型2种光伏组件在2021年的发电量数据,对比分析这2种组件在不同月份下的单瓦日均发电量,验证n型光伏组件相较于p型组件发电效率方面的优越性。在光伏电站实际工作条件下测试辐照度和温度对2种组件发电性能的影响,结果表明:n型光伏组件弱光性能更好;在高温条件下有更多的发电量增益,证明n型光伏组件的热稳定性更好,与理论上n型光伏组件功率温度系数更小相符。通过研究2种组件在不同天气下的直流功率,发现n型光伏组件在辐照度突降的情况下也保持优越的发电性能。

Verification of two-dimensional LBM-DEM coupling approach and its application in modeling episodic sand production in borehole

The lattice Boltzmann method(LBM)is implemented in the Particle Flow Code(PFC)as a pore-scale CFD module and coupled with the particulate discrete element assemblage in PFC using an immersed boundary *** implementation of LBM and LBM-PFC coupling is validated with the analytical solutions in a couple of hydrodynamics and fluid-particle interaction problems,i.e.,the accuracy of LBM as a CFD solver is verified by solving chan.el flow driven by a pressure gradient for which the closed-form solution is also derived;the accuracy of LBM-PFC coupling is validated by solving flow across a cylinder,Taylor-Couette flow,Karman vortex street,and fluid flow through a cylinder *** demonstrate potential applications of this coupling code,a perforation cavity subjected to axial fluid flush is then tested,showing that the collapse and reconstruction of sand arch in the perforation cavity can be reproduced in this coupling *** developed system is ready for exploring more complicated physical issues involved in sand production.

The Chinese Grouse(Tetrastes sewerzowi) and Hazel Grouse(T. bonasia) are sibling species that are well-adapted to harsh high-altitude and latitude habitats. In the current study, we sampled and sequenced 29 Chinese Grouse(n=16) and Hazel Grouse(n=13) from eight locations in China, Sweden,Germany, and northeast Poland to analyze population genetic diversity and structure, introgression, and local adaptation.

针对双面光伏组件建立一种耦合模型,可用于模拟双面光伏组件在实际运行过程中的输出特性。采用视角系数法建立便于模拟背面辐照度的二维辐照度模型,提出一种简化计算方法来求解七参数电学模型,并根据能量守恒的非稳态热学模型来估计电池温度。之后通过输入参数的传递,对耦合模型进行求解,并通过实验数据验证模型的准确性。结果表明:辐照度模型可对不同天气条件下双面光伏组件辐照度进行模拟,晴天时更准确,均方根误差仅为6.9%;采用简化方法求解的七参数电学模型,求解结果与实测值较吻合,在最大功率处的功率偏差仅为0.4 W;所建立的耦合模型可对双面光伏组件单日输出功率及年度发电性能进行评估,模拟结果与实测数据吻合较好。

Novel Chromone Derivatives from Marine Fungus Aspergillus versicolor Isolated from the Sponge Xestospongia exigua

From the marine sponge Xestospongia exigua, fungal isolates of Aspergillus versicolor (Vuill)Triab were obtained. Isolation and purification of ethyl acetate extracts from culture filtrates of the fungus led to yield six new chromone derivatives namely aspergione A, aspergione B, aspergione C, aspergione D. aspergione E, aspergione F. The structures of all the new compounds were established on the basis of extensive spectroscopy (UV, MS, H-1 and C-13 NMR, COSY, HMQC and HMBC) analysis.

Four Novel Hydropyranoindeno-Derivatives from Marine Fungus Aspergillus versicolor

From the cultured filtrates of fungus Aspergillus versicolor, isolated from marine sponge Xestospongia exigua, four novel secondary metabolites, namely aspergillone 1, aspergillodiol 2, aspergillol 3 and 12-acetyl-aspergillol 4, have been isolated by column chromatographic separation. The structures of all the new compounds are established on the basis of extensive 2D NMR spectroscopy in conjugation with MS, UV spectral analysis. The basic structure pattern of those compounds possessed an hydroindenoisopyran nucleus.
