Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections in children: An overview of systematic reviews and Meta-analyses

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate and summarise the evidence from published Meta-analyses/systematic reviews (MAs/SRs) of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infections (RRTIs) and to provide a scientific basis for the clinical treatment of RRTIs with ***: Studies were retrieved from Chinese and English databases including the China National Knowledge Infrastructure， Wanfang database， China Science and Technology Journal Database， SinoMed， PubMed， Web of Science， the Cochrane Library and EMbase from their establishment date to March 2023. Involved studies were screened， extracted， and evaluated for quality by two researchers independently. The a measurement tool to assess systematic reviews (AMSTAR) 2 scale was used for methodological quality evaluation， as well as the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) 2020 statement for report quality evaluation， the risk of bias in systematic reviews (ROBIS) tool for risk of bias， and the grading of recommendations， assessment， development and evaluation (GRADE) quality assessment tool for evidence ***: Twenty MAs/SRs studies were included， including analyses of 274 original studies involving 38 335 patients with RRTIs. The AMSTAR 2 scale evaluation results showed that 19 studies were of very low quality and one of moderate quality. The ROBIS evaluation results showed that 11 MAs/SRs were at high risk and nine at low risk of bias. The PRISMA 2020 report quality showed the included studies had scores between 23.5 and 35.5， among them one with high quality， 17 with moderate quality and two with low quality. High-purity germanium(HPGe)detectors,which are used for direct dark matter detection,have the advantages of a low threshold and excellent energy *** surface passivation of HPGe has become crucial for achieving an extremely low energy *** this study,first-principles simulations,passivation film preparation,and metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)capacitor characterization were combined to study surface *** calculations of the energy band structure of the -H,-OH,and -NH_(2) passivation groups on the surface of Ge were performed,and the interface state density and potential with five different passivation groups with N/O atomic ratios were accurately analyzed to obtain a stable surface *** on the theoretical calculation results,the surface passivation layers of the Ge_(2)ON_(2) film were prepared via magnetron sputtering in accordance with the optimum atomic ratio *** microstructure,C-V,and I-V electrical properties of the layers,and the passivation effect of the Al/Ge_(2)ON_(2)/Ge MOS were characterized to test the interface state *** mean interface state density obtained by the Terman method was 8.4×10^(11) cm^(-2) eV^(-1).The processing of germanium oxynitrogen passivation films is expected to be used in direct dark matter detection of the HPGe detector surface passivation technology to reduce the detector leakage currents.

Rechargeable magnesium-metal batteries(RMBs)have gained much attention due to their abundant resources as well as high ***,the high charge density of Mg^(2+)is one of the main reasons for the slow kinetics performance of RMBs,and modulation of the charge density is an important strategy to improve the kinetics and electrochemical performance of ***,we report on the conductive polymer polyaniline(PANI)for RMBs,which is found to have excellent kinetics and high discharge voltage when storing MgCl^(+).In the storage of MgCl^(+),PANI exhibits a high average discharge voltage platform is 2.3 V ***^(2+)/Mg,which is higher than that in storage of Mg^(2+).We demonstrated the reversible intercalation/de-intercalation of MgCl^(+)in PANI accompanying with the reversible transformation between the quinone ring(C–C,–N=)and the benzene ring(C=C,–NH–)during charging and *** functional theory calculation reveals that PANI exhibit higher voltages(2.25 V vs.1.82 V)along with lower diffusion energy barriers(1.27 eV vs.1.55 eV)for MgCl^(+)storage compared to Mg^(2+)*** work refines the storage mechanism of PANI in RMBs and provides new guidelines for the application of PANI in RMBs.

Large-aperture Telescope Tracking Control Based on Time-synchronization Strategy

A time-synchronization strategy for packetized transmission of target position about a large-aperture telescope observation control system has been proposed in this *** with the existing telescope tracking strategy,the target position packing and sending strategy based on the time synchronization method proposed in this paper has the advantages of high stability and ***,the telescope tracking observation control method was elaborated in this paper,including the motion pattern during telescope ***,the strategy for packetizes transmission of target positions based on time-synchronization is established and lists the detailed ***,the performance of the tracking strategy is verified using the 2.5 m telescope for the simulated uniform speed star and the blind-tracking fixed star HIP 31216,*** test results show that the accuracy root mean square of the tracking strategy proposed in this paper is less than 0".02 at 30 minutes,and the performance is much better than the design requirement of 0".*** most important advantage of this tracking strategy is that the telescope can guarantee normal tracking for a certain period of time even if the hardware or software of the host computer is abnormal.

The Fabrication and Detection Performance of High Sensitivity Au-Ag Alloy Nanostar/Paper Flexible Surface Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Sensors

Au-Ag alloy nanostars based flexible paper surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensors were fabricated through simple nanostar coating on regular office paper,and the surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy detection performances were investigated using crystal violet dye ***-Ag nanostars with sharp tips were synthesized via metal ions reduction *** electron microscope images,X-Ray diffraction pattern and energy dispersive spectroscopy elemental mapping confirmed the nanostar geometry and Au/Ag components of the ***-Vis-NIR absorption spectrum shows wide local surface plasmon resonance induced optical *** addition,finite-difference time-domain simulation shows much stronger electromagnetic field from nanostars than from sphere *** effect of coating layer on Raman signal intensities was discussed,and optimized 5-layer coating with best Raman signal was *** Au-Ag nanostatrs homogeneously distribute on paper fiber *** detection limit is 10-10 M,and the relationship between analyte concentrations and Raman signal intensities shows well linear,for potential quantitative *** calculated enhancement factor is 4.795×10^(6).The flexible paper surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy sensors could be applied for trace chemical and biology molecule detection.

High-temperature proton exchange membranes(HT-PEMs) possess excellent thermal and outstanding electrochemical stability, providing an avenue to realize high-temperature proton exchange membranes fuel cells(HT-PEMFCs) with both superior power density and long-term durability. Unfortunately, polybenzimidazole(PBI), a typical material for conventional HT-PEMs, fails to compromise the high nonaqueous proton conductivity and high mechanical properties, thus hindering their practical *** efficient nonaqueous proton conduction is crucial for HT-PEMFC, and many insightful research works have been done in this area. However, there still lacks a report that integrates the host-guest interactions of phosphoric acid doping and the structural stability of polymers to systematically illustrate modification strategies. Here, we summarize recent advancements in enhancing the nonaqueous proton conduction of HT-PEMs. Various polymer structure modification strategies, including main chain and side group modification, cross-linking, blocking, and branching, are reviewed. Composite approaches of polymer, including compounding with organic porous polymers, filling the inorganic components and modifying with ionic liquids, etc., are also covered in this work. These strategies endow the HT-PEMs with more free volume, nanophase-separated structure, and multi-stage proton transfer channels, which can facilitate the proton transportation and improve their performance. Finally, current challenges and future directions for further enhancements are also outlined.
