Chronic pollution in aquatic ecosystems can lead to many adverse effects,including a greater susceptibility to pathogens among resident ***(TFS)is a strobilurin fungicide widely used in Asia to control soybean ***,it has the potential to enter aquatic ecosystems,where it may impair fish resistance to viral *** explore the potential environmental risks of TFS,we characterized the antiviral capacities of fish chronically exposed to TFS and subsequently infected with spring viraemia of carp virus(SVCV).Although TFS exhibited no significant cytotoxicity at the tested environmental concentrations during viral challenge,SVCV replication increased significantly in a time-dependent manner within epithelioma papulosum cyprini(EPC)cells and zebrafish exposed to 25μg/L *** showed that the highest viral load was more than 100-fold that of the *** biochemical assays indicated that autophagy was induced by TFS,and associated changes included an increase in autophagosomes,conversion of LC3-II,accumulation of Beclin-1,and degradation of P62 in EPC cells and *** addition,TFS markedly decreased the expression and phosphorylation of mTOR,indicating that activation of TFS may be associated with the mTORmediated autophagy *** study provides new insights into the mechanism of the immunosuppressive effects of TFS on non-target aquatic hosts and suggests that the existence of TFS in aquatic environments may contribute to outbreaks of viral diseases.

Offline handwritten mathematical expression recognition is a challenging optical character recognition(OCR)task due to various ambiguities of handwritten symbols and complicated two-dimensional *** work in this area usually constructs deeper and deeper neural networks trained with end-to-end approaches to improve the ***,the higher the complexity of the network,the more the computing resources and time *** improve the performance without more computing requirements,we concentrate on the training data and the training strategy in this *** propose a data augmentation method which can generate synthetic samples with new LaTeX notations by only using the official training data of ***,we propose a novel training strategy called Shuffled Multi-Round Training(SMRT)to regularize the *** the generated data and the shuffled multi-round training strategy,we achieve the state-of-the-art result in expression accuracy,i.e.,59.74%and 61.57%on CROHME 2014 and 2016,respectively,by using attention-based encoder-decoder models for offline handwritten mathematical expression recognition.

The prediction of the fragment velocity distribution of a cylindrical cased charge with end caps is one of the key issues to assess the damage efficiency of the warhead. However, limited work has been conducted to predict the fragment velocity distributions along the axis of cylindrical cased charges with end caps. This paper presents a study of the velocity distribution of fragments caused by the explosion of a cylindrical cased charge with end caps. The fragment velocity distribution and the end cap velocity were determined by an X-ray radiography method, and the axial fragment distribution was determined by witness plates. It was found that the velocities of fragments, especially near the edge, were increased when the end caps were added, and the position of maximum velocity is closer to the non-detonation end. The fragment velocities were increased, and the fragment projection range was decreased with the increase of the thickness of the end cap. A formula for fragment velocity distributions of a cylindrical cased charge with end caps, which is based on Huang’s formula, was proposed by the theoretical analysis and data fitting and validated experimentally. The results indicate that the proposed formula is accurate in predicting the fragment velocity distribution along the axis of a cylindrical cased charge with end caps detonated at one end.
