The recent advancements in vision technology have had a significant impact on our ability to identify multiple objects and understand complex *** technologies,such as augmented reality-driven scene integration,robotic navigation,autonomous driving,and guided tour systems,heavily rely on this type of scene *** paper presents a novel segmentation approach based on the UNet network model,aimed at recognizing multiple objects within an *** methodology begins with the acquisition and preprocessing of the image,followed by segmentation using the fine-tuned UNet ***,we use an annotation tool to accurately label the segmented *** labeling,significant features are extracted from these segmented objects,encompassing KAZE(Accelerated Segmentation and Extraction)features,energy-based edge detection,frequency-based,and blob *** the classification stage,a convolution neural network(CNN)is *** comprehensive methodology demonstrates a robust framework for achieving accurate and efficient recognition of multiple objects in *** experimental results,which include complex object datasets like MSRC-v2 and PASCAL-VOC12,have been *** analyzing the experimental results,it was found that the PASCAL-VOC12 dataset achieved an accuracy rate of 95%,while the MSRC-v2 dataset achieved an accuracy of 89%.The evaluation performed on these diverse datasets highlights a notably impressive level of performance.

Erosion as a natural process produces soils, which are very important natural resources for the fest land plant- and animal kingdoms. Loss of the soil cover reduces agricultural production, biodiversity, and the role of soil as a filter for infiltrating water to replenish the groundwater. It also threatens the food supplies. The knowledge of erosion rates of rocks and terrains is important for developing proactive measures to protect soils from erosion and loss. In this study, erosion rates of catchment areas were calculated based on dams’ catchment extensions and the sediment loads transported by flood flows into dams’ lakes. The study results show that the chemically, via floodwater, transported quantities of materials are negligible compared to the solid materials transported by the water. It calculates erosion rates ranging from 0.013 to 0.212 mm/yr (13 - 212 m/106 yr) for the different catchment areas. Erosion rates in Jordan are, generally, higher than those calculated for the different parts of the world ranging from 2.5 to 60 m/106 yr. This fact can be explained by the very steep topography, calcareous rock cover of the catchment areas and the barren rock exposures.

Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effects of foot reflexology on fatigue and sleep quality in school-aged children receiving ***:A quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design was *** children of ages 6-12 undergoing in-center hemodialysis were *** Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Inventory of Fatigue Symptom(IFS)scales were administered at *** then received 30 min of foot reflexology massage before hemodialysis sessions 3 days per week for 12 *** administration of the sleep and fatigue scales occurred after the intervention ***:Reflexology massage led to significant improvements in sleep quality components,including duration(0%-30%normal sleepers),efficiency(0%-50%>85%),latency(50%-0%>60 min),disturbances,and daytime *** mean PSQI score decreased from 18.2 to 9.7(P<0.05).Fatigue severity substantially decreased,with the mean IFS score improving from 105.7 to 64.1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foot reflexology is an effective nursing intervention for reducing fatigue and improving sleep quality in children on hemodialysis,warranting integration into routine care.

Drug susceptibility testing (DST) plays a pivotal role in TB patients’ management leading to the selection of most effective drugs. This study aimed to determine resistance patterns to first line anti-TB drugs in Mycobacterium tuberculosis isolates from re-treated patients from Sudan. A total of 239 sputum specimens were collected from smear positive re-treatment TB patients during the period from July 2009 to July 2010. Specimens were pre-treated according to Petroff method. The recovered isolates were tested for sensitivity to first line anti-TB drugs by the 1% proportion method. One hundred and forty three (143/239, 59.8%) mycobacterial isolates were successfully recovered. The majority (98.6%, 141/143) of the isolates were Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex strains. Two strains (2/143, 1.4%) were identified as RIF/INH-resistant MOTT, while fifty four isolates (38.3%, 54/141) were MDR. Multi- drug resistant Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (MDR-TB) among re-treatment patients from national referral centers for tuberculosis diagnosis and management was considerably high in the study isolates.

Stress Corrosion Cracking(SCC)process through which cracks occur in a variety of susceptible materials is a result of a combination of residual or applied stresses and *** oil and gas field,buried pipeline steels are made of low-alloy steels with a ferritic-pearlitic structure,such as *** dilute solutions,these materials are prone to SCC *** Near-neutral simulated soil solution(NS4)solution is established to imitate SCC conditions and subsequently became the industry requirement for crack growth experiments in the majority of *** strainassisted active crack pathways are considered while modelling SCC growth as an oxide film rupture and anodic dissolution ***’s been hypothesized that increasing the strain concentration can help with dissolution at the filmfree crack *** research focuses on estimating the SCC crack growth rate under various environmental conditions in oil and gas pipelines using finite element *** simulation is carried out using the J-integral theory in the COMSOL Multiphysics *** are performed to model the crack growth rate(CGR)using slip anodic dissolution(film rupture)*** plastic strain gradient is required to compute the SCC CGR(da/dt).Because the plastic strain located at crack tip increases proportionally to the crack length as it propagates,the CGR increases as the stress intensity factor(SIF)*** crack growth rates increase when constant loads are applied and as the temperature rises,and elevating the cathodic potential has a minimal influence on the propagation rate of cracks but raises the material yield strength and imparts brittle behavior to it.
