Ba.kground: Burnout is a.menta. condition defined a. a.result of continuous a.d long-term stress exposure, pa.ticula.ly rela.ed to psychosocia. fa.tors a. work. This pa.er a.ms to exa.ine the psychometric properties of the Ma.la.h Burnout Questionna.re (MBI-HSS) for va.ida.ion of use in Leba.on, a.d to describe burnout a.d a.socia.ed fa.tors a.ongst nurses in Leba.on especia.ly the gender a.d employment sector. Methods: The psychometric properties of the a.a.ic version of MBI-HSS were studied a.ongst a.sa.ple of 200 nurses. In this descriptive study, survey da.a.were collected from priva.e a.d public hospita.s. The da.a.were a.a.yzed by mea.s of descriptive sta.istics a.d multiva.ia.e a.a.ysis. Results: The results indica.ed sa.isfa.tory relia.ility through interna. consistency for a.l three sca.es of the MBI-HSS. The fa.tor a.a.ysis wa. quite sa.isfa.tory. Most of sta.f ha. scores which indica.ed they were burnt out. Nea.ly three qua.ters (77.5%) reported emotiona. exha.stion, 36.0% reported depersona.iza.ion while a.most one third (33.0%) experienced reduced persona. a.complishment. Burnout increa.es for 30-39 yea.s a.e groups. Ma.ried nurses ha. significa.tly higher emotiona. exha.stion. Depersona.iza.ion wa. highest a.ong nurses in priva.e sector, a.d persona. a.complishment wa. highest a.ong nurses in public sector. Depersona.iza.ion proved to be higher in night a.d rota.ing shift nurses. Depression, ba.ka.he, a.d hea.a.he were predictors of burnout. Conclusion: Findings indica.e tha. the ma.n psychometric properties of relia.ility a.d va.idity of the a.a.ic version of MBI-HSS a.pea. to be sa.isfa.tory. Burnout is pa.ticula.ly prominent a.d severe in the nurses working popula.ion. The implica.ions of these findings for interventions tha. reduce burnout a.d promote nursing menta. hea.th a.e therefore in the interest of employers, governments a.d policy ma.ers.

Mea.uring a.d monitoring hea.th rela.ed qua.ity of life (HRQoL) in youth a.e importa.t for both resea.chers a.d decision ma.ers. During the time tha. young people a.e a. university, ma.y will encounter a.number of a.a.emic, a. well a. socia., emotiona. a.d psychologica. difficulties. The a.ms of this study a.e to: 1) a.sess the hea.th rela.ed qua.ity of life of youths using SF-36 questionna.re a.d its fa.tor determina.ts, a.d 2) provide a. objective ba.is for a.hea.th promotion structure. Methods: This is a.cross-sectiona. study in South Leba.on, in a.popula.ion of 282 young university students a.tending a.public university which is the la.gest a.d most widesprea. institution of higher educa.ion in Leba.on. Socioeconomic a.d lifestyle beha.iors da.a.were collected. Students’ HRQoL wa. mea.ured using the SF-36 Hea.th Survey. Results: The mea. a.e of the respondents wa. 18.7 yea.s (SD = 1.16), 80.1% were women, 64.5% were living in rura. a.ea. The proportion of current smokers wa. significa.tly grea.er a.ong men tha. women (26.8% vs. 11.5%, p a.er pipe wa. the ma.n type of smoking. Educa.ion of the fa.hers ha. nega.ively influenced HRQoL. Younger a.e scored higher in Socia. Functioning a.d Role-Emotiona.;the a.ea.of residence ha. no influences on SF-36 sca.es scores. Fema.es ha. poorer HRQoL tha. ma.es especia.ly in menta. hea.th sca.es. Smokers ha. low Vita.ity a.d Menta. Hea.th scores. Sedenta.y lifestyle wa. linked to a.lower score of Physica. Functioning (β = -5.16, 95% CI = -7.67 -2.65), a.d Vita.ity ( β= -5.85, 95% CI = -10.24 -1.45). The HRQoL of the students studying business a.d economics wa. higher tha. those studying hea.th. Conclusion: Youths’ HRQoL is a.fected by socio-demogra.hic a.d beha.iora. cha.a.teristics. Effective hea.th-promoting a.tions, socia. support, a.d counseling services should be implemented in the ca.pus a.d a.e a.necessa.y step towa.ds the ma.n goa. of improving the overa.l HRQoL of the university young students in Leba.on.

There is conflicting scientific da.a.a.out the link between, high homocysteine (Hcy) levels in the genera. popula.ion, a.d obesity. This is a.ca.e-control study a.med to a.sess the role of hyperhomocysteinemia.in obesity a.d its a.socia.ed illnesses, including hypertension, dyslipidemia. a.d hyperglycemia.in Gezira.sta.e, Suda.. Two hundred a.d eleven pa.ticipa.ts were included in the study, 140 were obese (117 fema.es a.d 23 ma.es) a.d 71 were norma. weight control, the obese media. a.e wa. 49.49 ± 12.2 yea.s. The control group consisted of 71 individua.s with a. a.era.e a.e of 45.78 ± 17.67 yea.s. a.ong those who were a.rea.y known to be obese, 67 (47.9%) reported ha.ing type II dia.etes mellitus, 71 (50.7%) reported ha.ing hypertension, a.d 35 (25%) were obese without ha.ing either dia.etes or hypertension. Three mls of venous blood from ea.h pa.ticipa.t were collected in the morning a.ter a.12 h overnight fa.ting in Lithium hepa.in conta.ners then the pla.ma.wa. sepa.a.ed a.d stored a. -80°C for a.a.ysis. Serum Hcy a.d lipid profile were mea.ured using the enzyma.ic method by Coba. C 411 a.a.yzer. In compa.ison to obese non-hypertensive, the results showed tha. obese hypertensive with Hcy levels > 15 mol/L ha. a.considera.ly increa.ed risk (OR 1.12). When Hcy levels > 15 mol/L were compa.ed to obese dia.etics a.d obese non-dia.etics, insignifica.t difference wa. shown (P: 0.345). Ma.es ha. a.higher likelihood of ha.ing hyperhomocysteinemia.tha. fema.es did (OR 1.2). Homocysteine, cholesterol triglyceride, LDL, a.d HDL mea. va.ues were compa.ed between ca.e a.d control groups using the independent sa.ple t-test, a.d the results revea.ed sta.istica.ly significa.t (P: a.ionships between hyperhomocysteina.mia.a.d cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, a.d HDL in the group of obese individua.s were not sta.istica.ly significa.t (P: 0.574, 0.265, 0.748, a.d 0.14), respectively. 随着信息技术的不断发展和基础设施的不断完善,大数据技术已广泛应用于各个行业,比如医疗、教育、餐饮、物流、汽车、金融和娱乐等行业,给人们的生活带来诸多便利。在大学,随着管理手段信息化的不断深入,产生了大量的数据,其中,大学生日常生活和学习行为所累积的数据引起了高校管理人员的高度重视,也成为广大研究者的研究对象。通过对这些数据进行处理和分析,则可以获得学生的行为特征和规律,为学生管理者更好地管理学生提供参考。本文基于兰州理工大学的学生数据,其中包含学生的书籍借阅、校园卡消费、两学年的成绩和学生专业记录等数据,作为要调查的数据源。使用Ra.idMiner数据架构框架,可以预处理数据集并集成不同的数据源以获得一组数据以进行分析。进行的主要工作如下:（1）利用FP—growth算法来挖掘学生的学习成绩、借阅的书籍数量、不同专业与校园卡消费之间的相关关系,来预测学生行为。还使用Python Pa.da.软件包进行了统计分析,以确保数据平衡以及检测和处理任何异常值。（2）通过使用K-mea.s算法对学生数据进行聚类,根据聚类结果挖掘不同学生的学业成绩、图书借阅数据与校园卡消费数据之间的关系,以及不同学生之间存在的行为差异。肘法用于确定K-mea.s的最佳簇数。（3）为了预测下一年的学生表现,朴素贝叶斯（Na.ve Ba.es,NB）、支持向量机（Support Vector Ma.hine,SVM）、随机森林（Ra.dom Forest,RF）和神经网络（Neura. Networks,NN）进行参数调优来提高算法性能。为了防止模型过度拟合,应用了十折交叉验证技术将数据集分为训练数据集和测试数据的数据集。此外,在这项研究中,通过结合支持向量机（SVM）,随机森林（RF）,朴素贝叶斯（NB）和神经网络（NN）的特征,提出了一个综合分类模型,以根据学生的行为来预测他们的表现。该模型的关键部分是具有类别交叉熵损失函数的SoftMa.函数,该函数构成了神经网络第三层的一部分。而且,用于调整班级标签的班级权重。（4）最后,使用各种评估指标评估每个模型的性能。经实验证明,本文所提出的模型表现最佳,ROC曲线的微观平均值为92%,宏观平均值为86%。随机森林（RF）算法的准确率值为75%,支持向量机（SVM）为76%,朴素贝叶斯（NB）具有74%的准确率,神经网络（NN）的准确率为78%,而本文模型的准确率为85%,所提出的分类算法能够正确地对各专业的学生表现进行分类,优于传统算法。

Conicity index (Ci), Body ma.s index (BMI), a.d wa.st hip ra.io (WHR) a.e used to predict the risk of obesity rela.ed disea.es. However, it ha. not been ex a.ined whether these indica.ors ca. predict the comorbidities in hemodia.ysis subjects in Leba.on. Objective: to determine the effect of centra. obesity on comorbidities in hemodia.ysis pa.ients in Leba.on. Ma.eria. a.d Method: This is a.cross-sectiona. study of obesity in 60 hemodia.ysis subjects in Leba.on. a.linea. regression a.a.ysis wa. used to determine the rela.ionship between BMI, Ci, WHR, a.d comorbidities mea.ured by Cha.lson (CCI) a.d Da.ies comorbidities indexes. Results: Ci va.ues were significa.tly a.socia.ed with a.e, a.d CCI;the a.domina. fa. deposition eva.ua.ed by the conicity index a.d WHR were a.predictor of the comorbidities a.cording to CCI (= 2.96;p = 0.01), a.d Da.ies comorbidity index (= 1.19;p = 0.05) scores. BMI wa. a.wea. predictor of comorbidity. Conclusion: a.domina. obesity by using simple a.thropometric mea.urements e.g. Ci, a.d WHR va.ues ca. simila.ly predict the presence of comorbidities in hemodia.ysis pa.ients. Ma.nta.ning a.propria.e Ci a.d WHR va.ues might be importa.t to improve outcome in hemodia.ysis pa.ients.

In Leba.on, the introduction of a.hospita. a.credita.ion system ha. put a.pa.ticula. empha.is on sta.f sa.ety, a.d on the eva.ua.ion of professiona. pra.tice (EPP) progra.s. Methods: a.cross-sectiona. survey wa. conducted a.ongst 277 HCWs working in 4 genera. hospita.s in South Leba.on. Objective: 1) describe the preva.ence a.d the risk fa.tors for occupa.iona. exposure to BBF a.ong HCWs;2) eva.ua.e knowledge, a.titude, a.d pra.tices of HCW concerning blood-borne pa.hogens a.d a.herence to universa. sa.ety preca.tions. Results: The mea. a.e of the respondents wa. 32.14 yea.s (SD = 10.33), 57.4% were fema.es. 43.3% of HCWs expressed tha. they use gloves a.l the time for every a.tiveity of ca.e. 67.1% were a.a.e tha. needles should not be reca.ped a.ter use;registered nurses a.d nursing students were more a.a.e tha. physicia.s a.d nursing a.sista.ts (nurse) in this subject. 30% of HCWs decla.ed ha.ing ha. a. lea.t one occupa.iona. exposure to BBF;62.7% of a.l a.cidenta. exposure wa. reported to the depa.tment responsible for ma.a.ing exposures. Secure Ha.hing a.gorithms (SHa. showed a.significa.t importa.ce in toda.’s informa.ion security a.plica.ions. The Na.iona. Institute of Sta.da.ds a.d Technology (NIST), held a.competition of three rounds to repla.e SHa. a.d SHa. with the new SHa.3, to ensure long term robustness of ha.h functions. In this pa.er, we present a.comprehensive ha.dwa.e eva.ua.ion for the fina. round SHa.3 ca.dida.es. The ma.n goa. of providing the ha.dwa.e eva.ua.ion is to: find the best a.gorithm a.ong them tha. will sa.isfy the new ha.hing a.gorithm sta.da.ds defined by the NIST. This is ba.ed on a.compa.ison ma.e between ea.h of the fina.ists in terms of security level, throughput, clock frequa.cey, a.ea. power consumption, a.d the cost. We expect tha. the a.hived results of the compa.isons will contribute in choosing the next ha.hing a.gorithm (SHa.3) tha. will support the security requirements of a.plica.ions in toda.s ubiquitous a.d perva.ive informa.ion infra.tructure.

The objective of this resea.ch wa. to identify levels of hea. shock protein 70 （Hsp 70）, tota. immunoglobulin E （IgE） a.d ma.rix meta.loproteina.e-9 （MMP-9） before a.d a.ter corona.y a.tery bypa.s gra.ting （Ca.G） surgery. Hsp 70, IgE, MMP-9, crea.ine phosphokina.e-MB （CPK-MB）, a.d la.ta.e dehydrogena.e （LDH） levels were mea.ured in norma. subjects （n = 20）, a.d in pa.ients with chronic sta.le a.gina.pectoris who were referred for elective Ca.G, before a.d a.ter performing Ca.G-surgery （n = 20）. Compa.ed with norma. subjects, increa.ed Hsp 70 a.d IgE levels, uncha.ged MMP-9 level, a.d a.tivities of CPK-MB a.d LDH were found in the pre-opera.ive pa.ient group. Hsp 70 a.d IgE levels in the post-opera.ive period were significa.tly reduced when compa.ed to pre-opera.ive period. Hsp 70 a.d IgE might be used a. ma.kers for detection of ea.ly minor myoca.dia. da.a.e, a.d corona.y insufficiency with less overt da.a.e tha. myoca.dia. infa.ction, a. significa.t cha.ges in their levels a.pea. before occurrence of in a.y cha.ges in the levels of MMP-9, CPK-MB a.d LDH. Besides, Hsp 70, a.d IgE returning to the norma. levels a.ter Ca.G surgery, suggest tha. they could be helpful to eva.ua.e the effect of Ca.G surgery.
