We aimed to reuse the propylene oxide sludge(POS).Propylene oxide sludge shell-aggregate(POSS-A)and propylene oxide sludge gradient shell-aggregate(POSGS-A)whose main hydrated phase is tobermorite were successfully manufactured by the hydrothermal synthesis of POS and silica materials under the condition of autoclaved(180℃,1.0 MPa)*** of pre-wetting time of coarse aggregate and pressure application mode on the different concretes were *** experimental results show that the concrete with POSS-A as coarse aggregate(POSS-A concrete),the concrete with POS gradient shell-aggregate as coarse aggregate(POSGS-A concrete),sintered aggregate concrete and common concrete,all have excellent impermeability performance whatever the pre-wetting time of coarse aggregate is 0.5 h or 24 h,and the pre-wetting time of coarse aggregate has a negligible influence on the *** influence degree of pressure application mode on the impermeability performance of the sintered aggregate concrete is the greatest among three kinds of concrete,which has a negligible influence on impermeability performance of the other ***-A can be used as a green building light aggregate in hydraulic concrete.

The assembly process of aerospace products such as satellites and rockets has the characteristics of single-or small-batch production,a long development period,high reliability,and frequent *** to predict and avoid quality abnormalities,quickly locate their causes,and improve product assembly quality and efficiency are urgent engineering *** the core technology to realize the integration of virtual and physical space,digital twin(DT)technology can make full use of the low cost,high efficiency,and predictable advantages of digital space to provide a feasible solution to such ***,a quality management method for the assembly process of aerospace products based on DT is *** that traditional quality control methods for the assembly process of aerospace products are mostly post-inspection,the Grey-markov model and T-K control chart are used with a small sample of assembly quality data to predict the value of quality data and the status of an assembly *** Apriori algorithm is applied to mine the strong association rules related to quality data anomalies and uncontrolled assembly systems so as to solve the issue that the causes of abnormal quality are complicated and difficult to *** implementation of the proposed approach is described,taking the collected centroid data of an aerospace product’s cabin,one of the key quality data in the assembly process of aerospace products,as an example.A DT-based quality management system for the assembly process of aerospace products is developed,which can effectively improve the efficiency of quality management for the assembly process of aerospace products and reduce quality abnormalities.

The crossmodal interaction of different senses,which is an important basis for learning and memory in the human brain,is highly desired to be mimicked at the device level for developing neuromorphic crossmodal perception,but related researches are ***,we demonstrate an optoelectronic synapse for vision-olfactory crossmodal perception based on MXene/violet phosphorus(VP)van der Waals *** from the efficient separation and transport of photogenerated carriers facilitated by conductive MXene,the photoelectric responsivity of VP is dramatically enhanced by 7 orders of magnitude,reaching up to 7.7 A W^(−1).Excited by ultraviolet light,multiple synaptic functions,including excitatory postsynaptic currents,pairedpulse facilitation,short/long-term plasticity and“learning-experience”behavior,were demonstrated with a low power ***,the proposed optoelectronic synapse exhibits distinct synaptic behaviors in different gas environments,enabling it to simulate the interaction of visual and olfactory information for crossmodal *** work demonstrates the great potential of VP in optoelectronics and provides a promising platform for applications such as virtual reality and neurorobotics.

Electrochromic technology plays a significant role in energy conservation,while its performance is greatly limited by the transport behavior of ions and ***,an electrochromic system with overall excellent performances still need to be *** motivated by the high ionic and electronic conductivity of transition metal carbide or nitride(MXene),we design a feasible procedure to synthesize the MXene/WO3−x composite electrochromic *** consequently boosted electrochromic performances prove that the addition of MXene is an effective strategy for simultaneously enhancing electrons and ions transport behavior in electrochromic *** MXene/WO3−x electrochromic device exhibits enhanced transmittance modulation and coloration efficiency(60.4%,69.1 cm^2 C^−1),higher diffusion coefficient of Li+and excellent cycling stability(200 cycles)over the pure WO3−x ***,numerical stimulation theoretically explores the mechanism and kinetics of the lithium ion diffusion,and proves the spatial and time distributions of higher Li+concentration in MXene/WO3−x composite electrochromic *** experiments and theoretical data reveal that the addition of MXene is effective to promote the transport kinetics of ions and electrons simultaneously and thus realizing a high-performance electrochromic *** work opens new avenues for electrochromic materials design and deepens the study of kinetics mechanism of ion diffusion in electrochromic devices.

Lime mud is a kind of solid waste in the papermaking industry,which has been a source of serious environmental *** containing anorthite and gehlenite were prepared from lime mud and fly ash through the solid state reaction method at 1050°*** objective of this study was to explore the efficiency of Ca^2＋ and OH-release and assess the phosphorus and copper ion removal performance of the ceramsites via batch experiments,X-ray diffraction（XRD） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.The results show that Ca^2＋ and OH-were released from the ceramsites due to the dissolution of anorthite,gehlenite and available *** is also concluded that gehlenite had stronger capacity for Ca^2＋ and OH-release compared with *** Ca^2＋ release could be fit well by the Avrami kinetic *** of porosity,dosage and temperature were associated with increases in the concentrations of Ca^2＋ and *** different conditions,the ceramsites could maintain aqueous solutions in alkaline conditions（p H = 9.3–10.9） and the release of Ca^2＋ was not *** removal rates of phosphorus and copper ions were as high as 96.88% and 96.81%,*** final p H values of both phosphorus and copper ions solutions changed *** reuse of lime mud in the form of ceramsites is an effective strategy.

The high-temperature phase transition of tobermofite was investigated by TGA/DSC, X-ray diffraction and Infrared spectroscopy （IR）, respectively. The experimental results showed that Si-OH bonds were cleaved at 724℃ and dehydroxylation occured at the same time, implying that the crystal structure of tobermorite was broken. As a result, the dehydroxylatiun tobermorite was metastable state, exhibiting obviously hydrolysis activity. The suspension was alkaline and Ca^2＋ ions content reached a maximum value 4.76% after heat treatment at 724℃. The dehydroxylation tobermorite had potential reactive activity due to the strong hydrolysis activity. The disordered structure recombined to wollastonite, and the crystal structure became ordering and stable at 861℃. Finally, 2M-wollastonite structure can be found in the sample as the temperature reached up to 1 000℃.

The Mechanical Characteristics and Damage Model of Helan Mountain Rock based on Acoustic Emission

With the risk of disappearing for the rock paintings considering long-term exposure in Helan Mountain,the freeze-thaw(F-T)cycling experiments were carried out with 12-hour F-T cycling(0,10,20,30,and 40 F-T cycles)under five kinds of confining pressures(5,10,20,30,and 40 MPa).The acoustic emission(AE)detect technology was used to reveal the rock fracturing characteristics during the triaxial compression test whole *** stress-strain relation changes along with different confining pressures and F-T *** stress and residual stress changes along with different confining pressures and damages,and the variation of axial stress-AE ringing counts-time changes along with different confining pressures and F-T *** damage variable with AE parameter under F-T and force coupling was defined for the first time,and the damages model was *** experimental results show that the F-T cycles lead to the decrease of rock strength and the gradual transformation of compression failure mode from brittleness to *** confining pressure provides a certain ability to resist deformation and inhibit crack growth for rock samples after F-T *** temporal and spatial evolution law of AE counts well corresponds to the loading and failure process of the rock *** AE 3D positioning technology can accurately capture the development position and direction of internal cracks and pores of rock,and the failure form is conical shear *** established damage model has a better fittingness between the theoretical calculation results and the test results,and is reasonable to be used in the future for protection of Helan Mountain rock painting.

The regulation of carrier generation and transport by Schottky junctions enables effective optoelectronic conversion in optoelectronic devices.A simple and general strategy to spontaneously generate photocurrent is of great signifi-cance for self-powered photodetectors but is still being ***,we pro-pose that a photocurrent can be induced at zero bias by the transmittance contrast of MXene electrodes in MXene/semiconductor Schottky *** MXene electrodes with a large transmittance contrast(84%)between the thin and thick zones were deposited on the surface of a semiconductor wafer using a simple and robust solution *** probe force microscopy tests indicated that the photocurrent at zero bias could be attributed to asymmetric carrier generation and transport between the two Schottky junctions under *** a demonstration,the MXene/GaN ultraviolet(UV)photo-detector exhibits excellent performance superior to its counterpart without transmittance contrast,including high responsivity(81 ma W–1),fast response speed(less than 31 and 29 ms)and ultrahigh on/off ratio(1.33�106),and good UV imaging ***,this strategy has proven to be uni-versal for first-to third-generation semiconductors such as Si and *** results provide a facile and cost-effective route for high-performance self-powered photodetectors and demonstrate the versatile and promising applica-tions of MXene electrodes in optoelectronics.
