生物大分子液-液相分离是一种普遍存在的生物物理现象,是近年来生命科学领域的新兴研究热点。生物大分子通过多价相互作用不断富集,当分子浓度达到溶液中的溶解阈值,就会以液-液相分离的形式从溶液中析出。这一现象与细胞内许多重要的生物学过程(如无膜细胞器的形成等)息息相关。随着相分离相关研究的不断深入,其研究方法也在不断发展与完善。本文从相分离的原理与特点出发,对目前常用的一些相分离研究方法进行了介绍,为后续相分离研究提供方法依据,促进相分离技术和方法的进一步发展。

A mathematical study of particle flow on a banana screen deck using the discrete element method (DEM) was presented in this paper. The motion characteristics and penetrating mechanisms of particles on the screen deck were studied. Effects of geometric parameters of screen deck on banana screening process were also investigated. The results show that when the values of inclination of discharge and increment of screen deck inclination are 10° and 5° respectively, the banana screening process get a good screening performance in the simulation. The relationship between screen deck length and screening efficiency was further confirmed. The conclusion that the screening efficiency will not significantly increase when the deck length L≥430 mm (L/B ≥ 3.5) was obtained, which can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of banana screen.

Chemical vapor deposition(CVD)has emerged as a promising approach for the controlled growth of graphene films with appealing scalability,controllability,and ***,the synthesis of high-quality graphene films still suffers from low production capacity and high energy consumption in the conventional hot-wall CVD *** contrast,owing to the different heating mode,cold-wall CVD(CW-CVD)system exhibits promising potential for the industrial-scale production,but the quality of as-received graphene remains inferior with limited domain size and high defect ***,we demonstrated an efficient method for the batch synthesis of high-quality graphene films with millimeter-sized domains based on CW-CVD *** reduced defect density and improved properties,the as-received graphene was proven to be promising candidate material for electronics and anti-corrosion *** study provides a new insight into the quality improvement of graphene derived from CW-CVD system,and paves a new avenue for the industrial production of high-quality graphene films for potential commercial applications.

New types of antimicrobial systems are urgently needed owing to the emergence of pathogenic microbial strains that gain resistance to antibiotics commonly used in daily life and medical care. In this study we developed for the first time a broad-spectrum and robust antimicrobial thin film coating based on large-area chemical vapor deposition （CVD）-grown graphene-wrapped silver nanowires （AgNWs）. The antimicrobial graphene/AgNW hybrid coating can be applied on commerdal flexible transparent ethylene vinyl acetate/polyethylene terephthalate （EVA/PET） plastic films by a full roll-to-roll process. The graphene/AgNW hybrid coating showed broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative （Escherichia coli） and Gram-positive bacteria （Staphylococcus aureus）, and fungi （Candida albicans）. This effect was attributed to a weaker microbial attachment to the ultra-smooth graphene film and the sterilization capacity of Ag＋, which is sustainably released from the AgNWs and presumably enhanced by the electrochemical corrosion of AgNWs. Moreover, the robust antimicrobial activity of the graphene/AgNW coating was reinforced by AgNW encapsulation by graphene. Furthermore, the antimicrobial efficiency could be enhanced to -100% by water electrolysis by using the conductive graphene/AgNW coating as a cathode. We developed a transparent and flexible antimicrobial cover made of graphene/AgNW/EVA/PET and an antimicrobial denture coated by graphene/ AgNW, to show the potential applications of the antimicrobial materials.

Hybrid Distributed Coordination Function (HDCF),a modified medium access control pro-tocol of IEEE 802.11 standard,is proposed in this paper to support both smart adaptive array anten-nas and normal omni-directional antennas simultaneously in one wireless LAN. Omni-directional an-tennas follow the standard Distributed Coordination Function (DCF) and smart antennas follow the Directional DCF (DDCF). The proposed DDCF is based on Hybrid Virtual Carrier Sense (HVCS) mechanism,which includes Omni-directional Request-To-Send/Clear-To-Send (ORTS/OCTS) hand-shake mechanism and directional data transmission. HDCF is compatible with DCF. When a node transmits in a directional beam,the other nodes can multiplex the physical channel. Hence,HDCF supports Space Division Multiple Access (SDMA). Simulation results show that HDCF can support hybrid antennas effectively and provide much higher network throughput and lower delay and jitter than DCF does.

Influence of Long-Term Fertilization on Selenium Accumulation in Soil and Uptake by Crops

Continuous applications of organic and inorganic fertilizers can affect soil and food quality with respect to selenium(Se) concentrations.A long-term(over 20 years) experimental field study,started in 1989,was conducted to investigate the changes in soil Se fractions and its uptake by crops,as affected by different fertilizer practices,in the North China Plain with an annual crop rotation of winter wheat and summer *** long-term experiment was arranged in a complete randomized block design consisting of 4replications with 7 fertilizer treatments:1) organic compost(OC),2) half organic compost plus half N-P-K chemical fertilizers(OC+ NPK),3) N-P-K fertilizers(NPK),4) N-P fertilizers(NP),5) P-K fertilizers(PK),6) N-K fertilizers(NK),and 7) an un-amended *** samples from the surface(20 cm) were collected in 1989,1994,1999,2004 and 2009 to characterize Se and other soil *** 2009,the average soil Se concentrations in the treatments(149 ± 8 μg kg^(-1)) were higher than those in the soil samples collected in 1989 at the beginning of the experiment(112 ± 4 μg kg^(-1)),and decreased in the order of OC > OC + NPK > NPK≈NP > PK ≈NK > *** extraction showed the oxidizable fraction(50.06%± 3.94%) was the dominant form of Se in the soil,followed by the residual fraction(24.12%± 2.89%),exchangeable fraction(15.09%± 4.34%) and Fe-Mn oxides fraction(10.73%± 4.04%).With an increase of soil K,the exchangeable Se concentrations in the soil *** Se concentrations in the soil tillage layer(0-20 cm) were mainly related to soil organic carbon(SOC),although different contributions came from atmospheric deposition,irrigation and *** the accumulation of SOC,the uptakes of soil Se by two crops were *** the OC and OC + NPK treatments,Se concentrations in wheat grains were lower than the critical standard of Se in stable food(100 μg kg^(-1)).Additionally,Se concentrations in grains were also decreased by the deficiencies of ma

目的研究急性大脑中动脉(middle cerebral artery,MCA)脑梗死患者二级侧支循环状态与出院时神经功能改善程度的关系。方法回顾性分析深圳市罗湖区人民医院在发病1周内入院的23例急性MCA梗死患者,采用320排螺旋CT查头CTA,评估二级侧支循环状态、出入院时的NHISS评分和出院时的MRS评分,研究其相关性。结果患者神经功能恢复情况(出院与入院时NIHSS得分差)与二级侧支循环状态得分呈负相关性,出院时MRS得分与二级侧支循环状态得分无显著性相关。结论急性脑梗死患者有好的二级侧支循环出院时,近期神经功能改善较显著,近期总体神经功能状态改善还需延长时间观察。多排CTA在评估侧支循环中具有重要价值。
