Analysis of the matrilineal genetic structure of population in the early Iron Age from Tarim Basin,Xinjiang,China

Ancient mtDNA data of human remains were analyzed from four early Iron Age Tarim Basin sites (Yuansha, Zaghunluq, Sampula and Niya) in the southern Silk Road region. Haplogroup distributions show that ancient Tarim Basin population was comprised of well-differentiated Western and Eastern matrilineal lineages. Some West lineage of Tarim Basin population originated from Near East and Iran region. Of the East lineages, North and Northeast Asia originated lineages were the main components, and a few Southeast Asian lineages also existed, which indicated a more extensive origin and a more complex admixture. The genetic structure of ancient Tarim Basin population is relatively close to the modern populations of Xinjiang, which implied that the early Iron Age is an important period during the formation of the modern Xinjiang population.

Purpose High Energy Photon Source(HEPS)has the characteristics of high energy and low emittance,which requires that the 1st natural frequency of the magnet support assembly should be better than 54 Hz and the moving resolution of girder should be less than 5μ*** prototypes have been designed and fabricated to meet the *** In the design process of the support system model,double-wedge adjusting mechanism and concrete plinth construction are adopted to meet the requirements of adjusting resolution and *** FEA and the dynamic stiffness testing technique are used to verify the rationality of the design *** stability and motion performance tests are performed to verify that the prototype meets the design *** Experimental results showthat,in all cases,the lowest first-order natural frequency of the support system is 55Hz,the amplification between magnet and ground is less than 1.05 in the directions perpendicular to the beam,the moving resolution can reach 1μm,and the girder can be locked in place with an error of less than 5μ*** The prototype of HEPS support system meets the requirements of stability and motion *** girder body and wedge mechanism made with iron or steel have little influence on the stability of the support *** accuracy of dynamic stiffness test and finite element simulation results is *** test will be performed in the HEPS site to verify the performance.

目的通过Meta分析比较射频消融(RFA)及微波消融(MWA)治疗中小肝脏恶性肿瘤的疗效及安全性。方法检索2012年1月至2022年1月在中英文主要数据库发表的关于MWA及RFA治疗中小肝脏恶性肿瘤的随机对照试验(RCT)。对比MWA及RFA治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的完全消融率(CA)、主要并发症发生率、无复发生存率(RFS)、总生存率(OS)、局部复发率(LTP)、肝内远处转移率(IDR)、消融时间和手术时间。采用STATA15.0软件进行统计分析并绘制森林图。结果共纳入10项RCT,进行MWA及RFA治疗的患者分别为468、517例。RFA组及MWA组的CA分别为91.8%、93.1%,两组比较,差异无统计学意义[优势比(OR)=0.87,95%CI:0.53~1.42,P﹥0.05]。RFA组平均消融时间为17.3 min,MWA组平均消融时间为11.1 min,MWA组平均消融时间短于RFA组[加权均数差(WMD)=6.47,95%CI:4.40~8.54,P﹤0.05]。两组患者其余次要结局指标如OS、LTP、IDR、手术时间、主要并发症发生率和1年RFS比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论对于﹤5 cm的肝脏恶性肿瘤,MWA与RFA治疗效果相似,MWA仅在消融时间方面存在优势。

When the beam in BEPCII storage ring aborts suddenly,the measured pressure of cold cathode gauges and ion pumps will drop suddenly and decrease to the base pressure *** shows that there is a beam induced positive error in the pressure measurement during beam *** error is the difference between measured and real *** after the beam aborts,the error will disappear immediately and the measured pressure will then be equal to real *** one gauge, we can fit a non-linear pressure-time curve with its measured pressure data 20 seconds after a sudden beam *** this negative exponential decay pumping-down curve,real pressure at the time when the beam starts aborting is *** the data of several sudden beam abortions we have got the errors of that gauge in different beam currents and found that the error is directly proportional to the beam current,as *** a linear data-fitting gives the proportion coefficient of the equation,which we derived to evaluate the real pressure all the time when the beam with varied currents is on.

目的观察双重滤过血浆单采(double filtration plasmapheresis,DFPP)在清除肾移植术前群体反应性抗体(panel reactive antibody,PRA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾分析2021年1月—2023年6月,本院11例肾移植术前PRA阳性患者行DFPP治疗后PRA变化情况,监测治疗前后血常规、肝功能和止凝血等参数。结果11例终末期肾衰竭患者经DFPP治疗后PRA明显下降,由阳性转为阴性或者弱阳性,除1例患者因一般情况较差,放弃肾移植手术,其余患者顺利进行肾移植手术。患者共进行了62次DFPP治疗。分析显示,患者在行DFPP治疗前后相比,RBC、HB、PLT、ALB、TBIL、PT、APTT、K、Na、Cl、HCO_(3)^(–),差异无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论DFPP有效地降低了患者肾移植术前高PRA指标和降低肾移植术后急性排斥反应的风险,且治疗过程安全。

Background Horizontal collimators in the storage ring of high energy photon source(HEPS)are used to localize the majority of the particle loss,making it possible to set local ***,movable jaws of the collimators are also designed as beam dumps for the machine protection,to absorb and scatter the mis-steered *** of the compact lattice,each collimator should be installed between the limited space of 240 mm in the beam *** is necessary for the collimators to have good thermal dissipation ability to endure the synchrotron radiation and HOM load,as well as good resistance to thermal-shock from sudden beam loss simultaneously,which brings great challenges to the *** The purpose of this paper is to introduce the designing scheme of the collimators in HEPS,including the structure design and the analyses of the key *** Thermal and mechanical calculation has been done,based on which the jaw structure has been ***,the modal analysis of the whole magnet-collimator-support assembly has been studied to optimize the shields *** Graphite will be used as the tip for movable jaws in the collimators,which is attached to copper by vacuum *** maximum temperature of the jaw during normal operation is 131°C,while maximum stress of the graphite–copper weld joint is 15.6 *** tip can resist thermal shock caused by whole mis-steered *** frequency of the standard assembly is acceptable for *** The results of calculations indicate that the present structure can work well for considered operating modes.

This paper aims to detect human body based on Wireless Sensor Network（WSN）. The experimental measurements are conducted in laboratory. A high quality network is obtained and then the Received Signal Strength Indicator（RSSI） can be calculated from the receive sensor module. The value of RSSI is used to do experiment and we get the conclusion that RSSI can be used for indoor person detection.

Osteoarthritis(OA)is an aging-associated disease characterized by joint stiffness pain and destroyed articular *** treatments for OA are limited to alleviating various OA *** is a lack of drugs available in clinical practice that can truly repair cartilage ***,we developed the chondroitin sulfate analog CS-semi5,semi-synthesized from chondroitin sulfate *** vivo,CS-semi5 alleviated inflammation,provided analgesic effects,and protected cartilage in the modified Hulth OA rat model and papain-induced OA rat model.A bioinformatics analysis was performed on samples from OA patients and an exosome analysis on papain-induced OA rats,revealing miR-122-5p as the key regulator associated with CS-semi5 in OA *** prediction revealed that miR-122-5p acted on the 30-untranslated region of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase,which was related to MMP13 *** in vitro experiments revealed that CS-semi5 effectively reduced cartilage degeneration and maintained matrix homeostasis by inhibiting matrix breakdown through the miR-122-5p/p38/MMP13 axis,which was further validated in the articular cartilage of OA *** is the first study to investigate the semi-synthesized chondroitin sulfate CS-semi5,revealing its cartilageprotecting,anti-inflammatory,and analgesic properties that show promising therapeutic effects in OA via the miR-122-5p/p38/MMP13 pathway.
