The authors study an inverse problem for a fractional integrodifferential equation, which aims to determine simultaneously two time varying coefficients, a kernel function and a source function, from the additional integral overdetermination condition. By using the fixed point theorem in suitable Sobolev space, the global existence and uniqueness results of this inverse problem are obtained.

So far,it's been widely acknowledged that the Pb I2decomposition under illumination mainly accounts for the degradation of perovskite solar cells(PSCs)under maximum power point(MPP)tracking ***,PSCs without excess Pb I2were also reported to deteriorate rapidly under the same ***,we demonstrate that the key to enhance PSCs stability under MPP tracking condition is not to have fascinating surface morphology with effective suppression of nonradiative recombination traps but to prevent the migration of iodine ion(I-)under light *** partially substituting methylammonium chloride(MACl)with methylammonium iodide(MAI)and simutaneouly introducing I2during the sequential deposition,the iodine vacancies in perovskite films are substantially suppressed,thereby limiting the pathways for I^(-)*** a consequence,PSCs with efficiency of 24.28%are fabricated with remarkably enhanced working stability.

Snow resisting capacity of vegetation is important for secondary distribution of water resources in seasonal snow areas of grassland because it affects the regeneration,growth and nutrient circulation of vegetation in *** study investigated vegetation characteristics(canopy height,canopy length and crown width)of Caragana microphylla Lam.(shrub)and Achnatherum splendens(Trin.)Nevski.(herb),and snow morphologies(snow depth,snow width and snow braid length)in a typical steppe region of Inner Mongolia,China in *** the influence of vegetation characteristic on snow resisting capacity(the indices of bottom area of snow and snow volume reflect snow resisting capacity)was *** results showed that snow morphology depends on vegetation characteristics of shrub and *** canopy height was found to have the greatest influence on snow depth and the crown width had the greatest influence on snow *** canopy length was found to have little influence on morphological parameters of *** the windward areas of *** and *** were within the ranges of 0.0-0.5 m2 and 0.0-8.0 m2,respectively,the variation of snow cover was large;however,beyond these areas,the variation of snow cover became gradually *** potential area of snow retardation for a single plant was 1.5-2.5 m2 and the amount of snow resistance was 0.15-0.20 *** bottom area of snow and snow volume(i.e.,snow resisting capacity)of clumped *** and *** was found to be 4 and 25 times that of individual plant,*** results could provide a theoretical basis both for the estimation of snow cover and the establishment of a plant-based technical system for the control of windblown snow in the typical steppe region of Inner Mongolia.

Multiple energy carriers can be coupled as an Integrated Energy System (IES) through interconnection tech- nologies. Unexpected risks will be transferred with the growing coupling of energy systems, mainly stemming from the uncertain- ties in different energy sectors. It is imperative to coordinate the operation of different energy systems to improve energy efficiency and ensure energy security. With the close integration of different energy systems, it is necessary to couple these different energy markets to achieve the holistic energy supply economy. On the other hand, uncertainties in the energy systems will bring the financial risk for the operator of IES. A risk-averse stochastic market clearing model for the IES is proposed to study the operating strategy aiming at minimizing the operation cost. While the financial risk imposed by the wind power uncertainties is restricted to a predefined level. Simulations results are provided to verify that the proposed model can improve market efficiency and handle the trade-off between cost and risk.

The distribution substation planning is faced with numerous uncertainties so that the planning result can only be a“rough outline,”and the problem of determining the planning period *** the basis of the assessment of uncertainties in distribution planning,a specific approach to determine the planning period of a distribution substation based on acceptable errors is proposed,indicating that the load forecast error is the key factor to affect the planning *** order to provide a clearer understanding of this paper’s primary objective,the proposed approach is applied to determining the planning period of a power supply radius optimization(PSRO)model in distribution substation ***,an example is illustrated which validates the suggested approach of this paper.

本文选取2017-2022年18家上市商业银行作为研究样本,实证检验其发展数字普惠金融业务对经营绩效的影响。研究发现,商业银行发展数字普惠金融业务能够有效提升经营绩效,且人力支持度、使用深度的正向作用较为显著;风险控制能力在商业银行发展数字普惠金融业务提升经营绩效的过程中发挥着完全中介效应。进一步分样本研究结果显示,国有商业银行、股份制商业银行、城市商业银行发展数字普惠金融业务对经营绩效的影响存在显著差异。未来,商业银行要在战略层面高度重视、业务层面积极发展数字普惠金融业务;政府部门要在鼓励商业银行发展数字普惠金融业务的同时,加强对数字普惠金融高质量发展的监管。

The Nash equilibrium and competition equilibrium have been widely studied in the electric power market up to *** this paper,it is explained that the Nash equilibrium can be achieved by using marginal cost pricing and the com-petition equilibrium can be performed by using accounting cost pricing based on the model of the power market *** comparison between the Nash equilibrium and competition equilibrium indicates that surplus and unfair allocation of market benefits may be obtained by the Nash equilibrium,and the competition equilibrium realizes the optimization in economics with maximum market efficiency and fairness for market benefit allocations while the optimization in mathematics is achieved by the Nash *** is sameness between the Nash equilibrium and competition equilibrium at the point when the power network characteristics are *** case study is made on a IEEE 30-bus system,and the calculation results indicate that it is the key issue to perform the competition equilibrium by using accounting cost pricing.

以某大功率多缸柴油机为研究对象,采用EXCITE Power Unit软件建立隔振器−机体−曲轴的整机隔振系统弹流润滑仿真模型,对比分析机脚布置位置和隔振器刚度对主轴承润滑特性的影响。仿真结果表明:当机脚支撑跨度增加时,支撑位置的轴承孔位移和倾斜程度增加,主轴承粗糙接触压力升高,此时轴承合力降低,摩擦损失功和平均热载改善;当隔振器刚度提升时,主轴承润滑特性趋于改善,采用刚度方案二(刚度为7920 N/mm)时可获得较优润滑指标,继续提升刚度的收益有限。

Perovskite solar cells(PSCs) have demonstrated excellent photovoltaic performance which currently rival the long-standing silicon solar cells’ efficiency. However, the relatively poor device operational stability of PSCs still limits their future commercialization. Binary sulfide is a category of materials with promising optoelectrical properties, which shows the potential to improve both the efficiency and stability of *** we demonstrate that the inorganic tin monosulfide(Sn S) can be an efficient dopant in 2,2’,7,7’-tet rakis(N,N-di-p-methoxy-phenylamine)-9,9’-spirobifluorene(spiro-OMe TAD) to form a composite hole transport layer(HTL) for PSCs. Sn S nanoparticles(NPs) synthesized through a simple chemical precipitation method exhibit good crystallization and suitable band matching with the perovskites. The introduction of Sn S NPs in Spiro-OMTAD HTLs enhanced charge extraction, reduced trap state density, and shallowed trap state energy level of the devices based on the composite HTLs. Therefore, the resulting solar cells employing Sn S-doped spiro-OMe TAD HTLs delivered an improved stabilized power output efficiency of 21.75% as well as enhanced long-term stability and operational stability. Our results provide a simple method to modify the conventional spiro-OMe TAD and obtain PSCs with both high efficiency and good stability.
