The traditional clustering algorithm is difficult to deal with the identification and division of uncertain objects distributed in the overlapping region,and aimed at solving this problem,the Evidential Clustering based on General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA-EC)is proposed.First,the belief classification of target cluster is carried out,and the sample category of target distribution overlapping region is extended.Then,on the basis of General Mixture Decomposition Algorithm(GMDA)clustering,the fusion model of evidence credibility and evidence relative entropy is constructed to generate the basic probability assignment of the target and achieve the belief division of the target.Finally,the performance of the algorithm is verified by the synthetic dataset and the measured dataset.The experimental results show that the algorithm can reflect the uncertainty of target clustering results more comprehensively than the traditional probabilistic partition clustering algorithm.

Cultivated chrysanthemum(Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat.)is an economically important ornamental plant species grown worldwide.However,the origin of the genus Chrysanthemum remains unclear.This study was conducted in the Hengduan Mountains,Yunnan Province.We took advantage of a special geographic region where the southernmost species of Ajania and the highest altitude population of Chrysanthemum indicum coexist to investigate their evolutionary origins.Diversity analysis of 9 populations of 5 species that came from 3 genera was carried out based on morphological traits and SRAP markers.Furthermore,topographical and ecological analyses and surveys of the vegetation communities in the plots were carried out for correlation analysis,and past data were used to reconstruct the ancient topography and vegetation to estimate the migration path and divergence time.We found that Chrysanthemum and Ajania were closely related based on the smooth transition states among marginal female florets and their common pollination system.The genetic relationship between Phaeostigma and Chrysanthemum was relatively distant,and Ajania was between them.Low light intensity and relatively humid habitats may be driving the elongation and evolution of marginal female florets.We found that Chrysanthemum and related genera were largely restricted to stony topographies at an altitude of~3000 m.***.s.***.and in specialized alpine coniferous(Pinus)and broadleaved(Quercus)mixed forest marginal communities.These stony topographies have become ecological islands of refuge for these species in the current interglacial period.The Hengduan Mountains play a key role in the evolution,divergence,and survival of Chrysanthemum and its allies.

The(CrNbTiAlV)N_(x)high-entropy nitride films were fabricated by adjusting nitrogen flow via magnetron sputtering.The microstructure,mechanical,electrochemical and tribocorrosion performances of the films were studied.The results show that the films transform from amorphous to nanocrystalline structure as nitrogen flow increased.The nanocrystalline films show super hardness(>40 GPa)and adhesion strength(>50 N).The amorphous film has a pretty anti-corrosion in static corrosion,while not in tribocorrosion condition.The film deposited at nitrogen flow of 38 sccm exhibits the optimal tribocorrosion performance in artificial seawater,with the highest open circuit potential(∼−0.1 V vs.Ag/AgCl),the lowest friction coefficient(∼0.162)and wear rate(∼7.48×10^(−7)mm^(3)N^(−1)m^(−1)).

The impacts of soil organic matter （SOM）, aging and sterilization on the production of lignin peroxidase （LIP） and manganese peroxidase （MnP） by Phanerochaete chrysosporium during the biodegradation of pyrene in soils were investigated. The biodegradation of pyrene by P. chrysosporium decreased with increasing SOM content, whereas the maximum activities of LiP and MnP increased, which indicates that SOM outweighed pyrene in controlling enzyme production. Sterilization enhanced the degradation of pyrene due to the elimination of competition from indigenous microbes, whereas aging led to a reduction in the degradation of pyrene primarily through changes in its sorbed forms. Both sterilization and aging could reduce SOM content and alter its structure, which also influenced the bioavailability of pyrene and the enzyme activity. The sterilization and aging processes caused changes in the degradation of pyrene, and the enzyme activities were greater in soils with high SOM contents. MnP was related to the degradation of pyrene to a greater extent, whereas LiP was more related to the decomposition of SOM.

永续债被认为兼具“股性”和“债性”的特征,目前的会计处理中基本都被计入企业权益工具中,但是从发行披露的信息来看应该被计入金融负债。本文以公开市场中国有企业发行的永续债作为样本,从永续债的主要特征、特殊赎回条款、会计处理原则等方面入手,通过分析得出永续债的本质是明股实债。自2015年之后,国有企业永续债发行规模不断增加,存量规模庞大,发行时间主要集中在每年的第四季度,而假设永续债计入金融负债后部分国有企业的资产负债率将高于考核线,并且国有企业还存在“以债养债”的情况,融资成本较高、信息披露不够完善,所引发的流动性风险在逐渐累积,需要防范“雪球效应”,最后针对上述风险提出了相关的政策建议。总的来说,完善永续债的会计处理以及防范永续债风险将成为两项重点工作。

Visual tracking technology can provide measurement information for unmanned helicopter formation and thus, more attention is being paid to this research area. We propose a novel mean shift(MS) algorithm that is both adaptive and robust for unmanned helicopter formation and apply it to the leading unmanned helicopter tracking. The movement of an unmanned helicopter is very flexible and changeable, which makes the tracking there of more difficulty than for common targets. In creating an algorithm that can adapt to the acceleration of the unmanned helicopter and estimates both the scale and orientation of the movement changes, we combine the traditional MS with the bio-inspired Cauchy predator-prey biogeography-based optimization(CPPBBO)evolutionary algorithm, and also the space variant resolution(SVR) mechanism of the human visual system(MS-CPPBBO-SVR). To demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method and justify the importance of the CPPBBO algorithm and SVR mechanism at the same time, a series of comparative experiments were carried out. The experimental results of the proposed MS-CPPBBO-SVR method are compared with other competitive tracking methods, such as MS, MS with SVR(MS-SVR), MS-SVR with several other optimization algorithms, and the robust particle filter algorithm. The experimental results demonstrate that our proposed tracking approach, MS-CPPBBO-SVR, is more adaptive, robust and efficient in target tracking than the other methods.

不同于传统文化和现代西方文化,历史唯物主义有着独特的精神境界建构之路。传统文化中以德性修养为支配性价值取向、以逍遥解脱为最高意义追求和以宗教信仰为终极关怀的三种取向,在一定程度上存在脱离时代转型、轻视社会关系对自我实现的重要性、贬低人的主体性和创造性等问题。现代西方文化批判中的精神追求,往往注重精神世界的某一维度,缺乏一个整体性的分析框架,因而显得有些零碎和缺乏真正的力量。在历史唯物主义视域中,人的精神境界应该是内化和外化的综合、适应性和超越性的统一,反对精神理想化或碎片化,建构与现代化合力共振、交相辉映的精神境界,是一种应然的文化理想。我们主张在历史唯物主义的整体架构之中,从“欲望主宰”和“精神至上”的两极张力之间寻求动态平衡,建构“现代化·欲望·精神”的协和境界。

A micro-nano combined composite with Li-Si alloy nano-domains in three-dimensional carbon network was prepared as a novel electrode material.The carbon network constrained the volume contraction and promoted effectively charge transfer of the whole active material.Meanwhile,the abundant interfaces between Li-Si alloy and carbon bound by Li-C ionic bonds,not only enhanced the delithiation at interface but also ensured the structural integrity.The present composite exhibited excellent electrochemical performance.The specific capacity at the first lithiation was as high as 1133 mAh g;at a current density of 0.1 A g;,which is superior to those reported for the core-shell structured nanoparticles.The Coulombic Efficiency at the first cycle was 90.4%and kept stable at more than 99.0%after only 10 cycles.The capacity retention was nearly twice as that of the incompact mixture of Li-Si nanoparticles and carbon.The energy density of the full cell constructed by the present composite and sulfur was evaluated to be 3 times as high as that of the commercial lithium-ion batteries.This work provides a new universal strategy for developing Li-rich anode materials with high combination properties and low cost.

精神发展是人的全面发展的重要维度,它主要有三个基本路向:遵循境界逻辑和适用苦乐原理的精神修养,遵循自由逻辑和适用主客原理的精神实现,遵循实践逻辑和适用知行原理的精神解放。中华优秀传统文化为寻到一个“稳当快乐”的境界提供了智慧滋养;德国古典哲学在主客对立统一的框架中阐明了精神自由及其实现的过程;马克思主义哲学深刻揭示了影响精神发展的根本问题和基础条件,奠立了以实践为地基、以唯物史观为基石的推进精神解放的分析框架。在追求天人合一或主客统一的共同目标时,三种路向存在着显著的方法论差异。在推进精神发展问题的研究中,马克思主义同中华优秀传统文化是可以和而不同、相互促进的。
