Distribution regularity of downwash airflow under rotors of agricultural UAV for plant protection

In the plant protection spray operation of UAVs,the process of droplet from formation to sedimentation target is affected by airflow,easy to form uneven *** description of rotor downwash flow field,clarification of velocity vector distribution at different heights of the UAV rotor flow field,simulation of the flow field with high precision,which are the prerequisites for accurately analyzing the droplet deposition distribution in rotor downwash flow *** on CFD method,the detail of rotor flow field was numerically *** LTH-100 single-rotor agricultural UAV as the research object,the three-dimensional solid model of UAV was established,the Reynolds average N-S equation was used as the control equation and the RNGκ-εas the turbulence model to simulate the flow field of UAV in hover and lateral wind conditions,the wind velocity distribution at different altitudes of rotor downwash flow field was *** simulation results of the hover state showed that:In the flow field,the peak velocity appears in a circular distribution below the distal axis of the *** the decrease of height,the peak velocity distribution area showed a tendency to expand gradually after small shrinkage;When the distance from the rotor was not more than 1.5 m,the downwash flow field presented an axisymmetric distribution based on the rotor axis,and the variation rate of velocity in the peak velocity was basically the same,turbulence in downwash flow field made the flow field more complex when the distance from rotor was larger than 2.0 *** this basis,the optimal flight altitude of UAV is 1.5 *** velocity test of the flow field was carried out on a rotor test bench,wind velocities at four altitudes of 0.5 m,1.0 m,1.5 m and 2.0 m were measured to verify the coincidence between the simulated and measured *** test results showed that:the relative error between the measured and simulated values at four measurement heights were between 0.382-0.524,

Information acquisition system of multipoint soil surface height variation for profiling mechanism of seeding unit of precision corn planter

The emergence rate and vitality of maize are directly affected by the sowing depth,and the uniformity of this depth is an important performance indicator of a planter,while the effective soil surface height information acquisition is the prerequisite for ensuring the accuracy of sowing depth *** soil surface height variation acquisition system of a precision corn planter often produces profiling errors when performing active profiling due to interference from ground *** this study,a multipoint soil surface height variation information acquisition system was investigated,which consists of a ranging sensor group and a microcontroller unit(MCU)using a data comparison and screening *** structure and specifications of the ranging sensors were determined according to the soil surface height variation and debris size,and a nonessential profiling control program was *** tests on the information acquisition system indicated that the measurement accuracy of the system was 3 mm,and when advancing at a speed of 8 km/h,the accuracy of the profiling decision and the system stability were 97.1%and 94.1%,respectively,indicating that the system was capable of nonessential profile *** designed ranging system could provide a reference for the design of a ground information acquisition system of precision planters with an active profiling mechanism.

叶面雾滴沉积分布直接检测算法研究

提出一种基于阈值边缘提取算法和HSV颜色模型的二次分割叶片雾滴图像识别算法。通过模拟喷雾试验得到三种不同雾滴密度的叶片样本,保留叶片自身轮廓信息的同时分割叶面雾滴,计算叶面积与雾滴覆盖率关系。结果表明应用Otsu阈值边缘提取与HSV空间混合算法相对于传统的k-means聚类分割算法、动态阈值分割算法,更适用于叶面雾滴分布的识别与检测,三种覆盖密度叶片的分割准确率分别为:95.16%、94.23%、93.76%,平均准确率为94.38%;雾滴覆盖率检测相对误差分别为:2.82%、4.11%、7.59%,平均相对误差分别为4.84%。基于阈值边缘提取与HSV空间提取的混合算法可分割叶面雾滴图像并检测完整叶面上雾滴覆盖率,识别结果能够满足识别精度的要求。

为研究多旋翼无人机风场下喷头布置对有效喷幅的影响,基于SolidWorks 2016软件对多旋翼无人机前、中、后螺旋桨喷洒区域风场进行模拟仿真分析。在此风场下,通过改变喷头安装位置,研究机身前方两个螺旋桨不同旋向时无人机旋翼风场对雾滴有效喷幅的影响。试验结果表明,无人机旋翼旋向和喷头布置对有效喷幅有显著影响:当机身前方两个螺旋桨为内旋、飞行速度为4m/s、飞行高度为2m时,喷头前置和后置的有效喷幅分别为3m和2m;相比机身前方两个螺旋桨为外旋时,雾滴总沉积密度分别高出26.8%和66.7%,且有效喷幅分别多出1m和0.5m。该结果可为无人机植保作业过程中耦合风场扰动下雾滴的漂移、沉积的进一步研究提供参考。

针对国内现有半自动玉米移栽机供、切苗机构自动化程度低,致使劳动强度大,栽植效果不稳定等问题,以黑龙江八一农垦大学研制的生物质连钵秧盘为基础,设计一种可实现自动供送、切割的全自动玉米钵育移栽机供切苗机构。通过理论及试验研究可得,送苗轨道为50 mm×40 mm,供苗角度39°,采用四二式电机带动宽为37 mm,直径为42 mm的毛刷轮进行钵盘供送,采用滑切方式进行分割,最大分割力50 N,采用推力为150 N,速度60 mm·s^-1,伸缩行程50 mm,工作电压DC 24 V的卧式电动推杆带动直径为200 mm的锯齿式圆盘切割刀进行分割;通过加工制作试验台,进行钵苗供送、切割试验,结果表明:切下的钵体切口整齐,钵体完整度好,切钵速度达30个·min^-1,合格率达到96%,满足移栽要求,该机构的稳定性和工作可靠性为全自动玉米钵育移栽机的研制奠定基础。
