The mechanism of diastrophic movementin eastern Chinaisstudied in this articlecombiningtheresult of precise leveling with *** Qinling Dabie tectonic line and Tanlu fault are two of the mostimportantstructuresthatcontrolthetectonic movementin eastern *** Yangtze block is rising, while the North China block and the Northeast China block are sinking. The Qinling Dabie tectonic line is the boundary ofthe Yangtze block ,but east of the Tanlu faultthe Qinling Dabie tectonic line is switched to the Qingdao Wulian fault(in Shandong province of eastern China) .The result of precise leveling indicates thatthe Qinling Dabie collisionalorogenic beltgive evidences ofrejuvenation .Although the Tanlu fault was ever aleft hand strike slipping faultin the history ,itis now a right hand strike slipping fault.

The expression of foreign gene in transgenic animals produced by pronuclear microinjection is often confounded by the position effects caused by not only the nature of chromosomal integration site but also the number and arrangement of multiple transgene copies. Gene targeting provides a new way to overcome these inhibitions by introducing single-copy transgene into a chosen site. The choice of a good chromosomal site will favor transgene expression in a predictable fashion. In this study, we tested a new site (fgfr-4) for foreign gene integration and expression. A t-PA mutant (t-PAm) expression cassette under bovine αs1-casein regulatory sequences was efficiently knocked-in fgfr-4 site through homologous recombination. The t-PAm was expressed in the milk of all targeted mice. Our experiment indicates that the fgfr-4 may be a candidate site for knocking foreign gene to make transgenic animals.

Gas hydrates are crystalline ice-like solids compounds of water with natural gas that are formed when water and sufficient quantities of certain gases, relatively small in molecular size, are combined under the right conditions of temperature and pressure. The gravity data from the sea region to the west of 124° E of the South Yellow Sea have been processed and the feature of gravity fields analyzed. An experience relationship formula on the filter wavelength and corresponding depth has been put forward. Combined with the geological and seismic data, the deep tectonic framework and structural characters as well as possible favourable prospecting district for hydrocarbon in the South Yellow Sea have been discussed and analyzed.

Consistency analysis of phoneme level mispronunciation annotation and segmentation has been done on the data of an inter-language database of Mandarin Chinese read by Japanese learners. The inter-judge percentage agreement at phoneme level is 80%. Despite of the low agreement in the judgement of the mispronunciation type among all potentially mispronounced phonemes,a practical approach in utilizing the annotation is discussed,which raises the agreement to an acceptable 69%. Various possible causes for the disagreement part has been discussed,and possible ways of improvement has been suggested. Analysis of phoneme boundary deviations reveals similar results with native language data in the literature. Generally,boundaries before inital-less syllables have large deviations while those occur within syllables have small ones.

＜正＞ Through bring the functional group-Imine Isocyanate which can resistance high temperature into the unsaturated polyester resin’s chain, then design a suitable ratio of components and synthesize process scheme, we synthesize out a new kinds of unsaturated polyester resin which has extraordinary good property for resistance high temperature. Take this unsaturated polyester resin as matrix, addition some other modifier, make up a new type solventless flake anticorrosive coating which can resistance 200℃, and it’s anticorrosive property super to other heavy anticorrosive coatings. In the actual using, this coating’s film can resistance the 248℃dry flue gas nearly 1 year（This coating film is still in it’s working condition now）.

＜正＞The mutual interference between the loading system and the steering system（object）of electro-hydraulic load simulator causes great disturbance torque in loading *** gives bad influence on the loading accuracy and dynamic property of the loading *** thesis gives a thorough theoretical analysis on electro-hydraulic load simulator, builds up loading system mathematical model and analyzes the influence of the factors which affect the disturbance torque of load simulator by *** results prove that the object displacement disturbance to loading system is the main factor of producing disturbance *** selection of parameters, such as load stiffness,displacement of motor,the total compressed volume and *** the key to enhance the load simulator performance.
