摘      要：Architectures of Web Services and SOA are introduced first in this paper. According to the actual conditions, the current status and limitations of information exchange between ECS based on Intelligent Communication Server and heterogeneous systems are analyzed, then the realization for information sharing and exchange between ECS and related systems such as MIS, SIS by using Web Services based on SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) is expounded, as a mean to improve the management and control functions of automation control system. By the end a realization of the prototype is designed according to application.
