Clinical and experimental studies on stomach carcinoma treated with yangwei Kangliu granules

IM To study the anticancer mechanism of yangwei Kangliu (YWKL) granules from the viewpoint of red blood cell (RBC) immunity and the relationship between the red blood cell immunity and T lymphocyte immunity.METHODS We treated advanced gastric carcinoma by combination of YWKL granules and chemotherapy (n=50). Before treatment and after one course treatment, blood samples from vein were obtained, the rosette rate of c3b receptor (RBCC3bRR), tumor and red cell (RRTR) and RBC immune complex (RBCICR) were measured by counting the rosette formed by sensitivated yeast or tumor cell or unsentivated yeast adhering blood cell under microscopy. The T lymphocyte subset was observed by the method of APAAP. Chemotherapy alone was used as controls (n=20). In addition, the dynamic changes of RBCC3bRR, RRTR and RBCICR of mice with tumor after treated by YWKL granules (n=30) were observed. The chemotherapy (n=30) and water (n=30) were used as controls.RESULT Clinical therapeutic effect of combination of YWKL granules and chemotherapy (the treatment group) was markedly superior to that of chemotherapy alone (the control group) (P<001). In the treatment group, the rosette rate of c3b receptor (RBCC3bRR) and the rosette rate of tumor and red cell (RRTR) were significantly increased (P<001) after treatment, the rate of RBC immune complex (RBCICR) was markedly decreased (P<001), and the ratio of CD4 to CD8 was obviously elevated (P<001). CD8 was much lower (P<001), and the ratio of CD4 to CD8 was much higher (P<001), than the control group. The RRTR rate was positively correlated with the ratio of CD4 to CD8. Simulations of electron zebra stripes in the inner radiation belt using a composite empirical electric field model

The phenomenon termed “zebra stripes” manifests as regular patterns in the energy-space(L shell) spectrum of energetic electrons(ranging from tens to hundreds ke V) within the inner radiation belt. These structures exhibit drift-periodic behavior and commonly arise from large-scale electric field perturbations near the substorm onsets. In this study, we introduce a composite electric field model and replicate the formation, structure, and evolution of zebra stripes using a bounce-averaged test particle code under this electric field model. High-resolution measurements of energetic electrons obtained from the Van Allen Probes and the recently launched Macao Science Satellites-1 are used as initial conditions and served to validate our test particle simulations. Comparative analyses between observed data and simulations demonstrate our test particle method's efficacy in capturing zebra stripes' general behavior. Moreover, the composite model proves capable of reproducing realistic variations in the electric field within the inner radiation belt to a certain extent. Nevertheless, subtle differences emerge in the flux strength and the positions of stripes. These disparities primarily stem from limitations inherent in the electric field model and the initial conditions of the simulation. Acknowledging that the model represents an average case, it is conceivable that real-world scenarios may deviate from the average, thereby introducing variations in the observed phenomena.

Due to the lack of accurate data and complex parameterization,the prediction of groundwater depth is a chal-lenge for numerical *** learning can effectively solve this issue and has been proven useful in the prediction of groundwater depth in many *** this study,two new models are applied to the prediction of groundwater depth in the Ningxia area,*** two models combine the improved dung beetle optimizer(DBO)algorithm with two deep learning models:The Multi-head Attention-Convolution Neural Network-Long Short Term Memory networks(MH-CNN-LSTM)and the Multi-head Attention-Convolution Neural Network-Gated Recurrent Unit(MH-CNN-GRU).The models with DBO show better prediction performance,with larger R(correlation coefficient),RPD(residual prediction deviation),and lower RMSE(root-mean-square error).Com-pared with the models with the original DBO,the R and RPD of models with the improved DBO increase by over 1.5%,and the RMSE decreases by over 1.8%,indicating better prediction *** addition,compared with the multiple linear regression model,a traditional statistical model,deep learning models have better prediction performance.

Hexaphyrins are one of the most studied expanded porphyrins that show intriguing electronic structure and coordination abilities in the past decades. However, core-modified hexaphyrins especially for benzene-replaced hexaphyrins are much less ***, we revisit the dibenzihexaphyrin system and demonstrate how to achieve the hexaphyrin-like organometallic nature of a benzene-replaced expanded porphyrin. For the “true” di-m-benzihexaphyrin 2, metal complex with anticipated CCNN coordination is not realized probably due to the steric hindrance. Further, we synthesized an internally linked dibenzihexaphyrin (3)with a direct carbon–carbon bond between two phenylenes. As prepared, 3 has a strained biphenyl unit and can effectively coordinate two Cu(III) ions with CCNN coordination. This sharp contrast underscores the critical importance of the formed preorganized corrole-like adj-CCNN cavities after linking two flanking phenylenes. 3 can also act as a bidentate ligand like traditional hexaphyrin, enabling the formation of an even more strained bis-Rh(I) complex. The electronic structures and photophysical properties of the free base and metal complexes are systematically studied by steady state absorption and fstransient absorptions (fs-TA) spectroscopies, as well as DFTcalculations. Notably, 3 can be regarded as a hexaphyrin-sized backto-back fused bis-dicarbacorrole, which stands as the smallest fused carbaporphyrinoid array prepared to date.

The plane-strain compression test for three kinds of materials was carried out in a temperature range between room temperature and 400℃.Theσ-εcurves and strain-hardening rate at different temperatures were simulated and a reasonable fit to the experimental data was obtained.A modified model created by data inference and computer simulation was developed to describe the strain hardening at a large deformation,and the predicted strain hardening are in a good agreement with that observed in a large range of *** influences of different parameters on strain hardening behaviour under large deformation were *** temperature increase within the test temperatures for stainless steel 18/8 Ti results in dropping of flow stress and strain-hardening *** favourableγ-fibre texture to obtain high r,the cold rolling was applied at large *** the experimental procedure,the X-ray diffraction test was carried out to compare the strain hardening and microstructure under large deformation for a bcc steel(low carbon steel SS-1142).The results indicate that the high strain-hardening rate possibly occurs when the primary slip plane{110}is parallel to the rolling plane and the strainhardening rate decreases when lots of{110}plane rotate out from the orientation{110}∥RP.

由IEEE 802.1任务组开发的时间敏感网络标准可以用来构建高可靠、低延迟、低抖动的以太网,将时间敏感网络扩展到无线领域也是目前许多工作的研究重点.与传统的有线通信相比,无线的时间敏感网络不仅可以实现高可靠和低时延通信,还具有更高的灵活性、更强的移动性以及更低的布线和维护成本等优点.因此,在面对未来无人驾驶、协作机器人、远程医疗控制等新兴应用时,无线时间敏感网络被认为是一种十分有前景的技术.无线网络一般可以分为基于基础设施的无线网络和无基础设施的无线网络,而后者基于移动性还可以分为两类:移动自组织网络和无线传感网络,因此主要从这3种网络类型出发,对其应用场景、相关技术、路由协议以及高可靠低时延传输进行了调研与综述.
