Magnesium(Mg^(2+)),an essential structural component of chlorophyll,is absorbed from the soil by roots and transported to shoots to support photosynthesis in ***,the molecular mechanisms underlying root-to-shoot Mg^(2+)translocation remain largely *** describe here the identification of four plasma membrane(PM)-localized transporters,named Mg^(2+)release transporters(MGRs),that are critical for root-to-shoot Mg transport in *** complementation assays in a Mg^(2+)-uptake-defi-cient bacterial strain confirmed that these MGRs conduct Mg^(2+)***-localized MGRs(MGR4,MGR5,MGR6,and MGR7)were expressed primarily in root stellar cells and participated in the xylem loading step of the long-distance Mg^(2+)transport *** particular,MGR4 and MGR6 played a major role in shoot Mg homeostasis,as their loss-of-function mutants were hypersensitive to low Mg^(2+)but tolerant to high Mg^(2+)*** grafting analysis further demonstrated that MGR4 functions in the root to determine shoot Mg^(2+)accumulation and physiological phenotypes caused by both low-and high-Mg^(2+)*** together,our study has identified the long-sought transporters responsible for root-to-shoot Mg^(2+)translocation in plants.

Clinical significance of Ki-67 in patients with lung adenocarcinoma in situ complicated by type 2 diabetes

Effect of h-BN rods on high-temperature properties of alumina-carbon refractory

h-BN rods modified low-carbon alumina-carbon(Al_(2)O_(3)-C)refractories were prepared,and the effect of h-BN rod addition on the high-temperature properties was investigated and compared with commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes *** results demonstrated that Al_(2)O_(3)-C refractories containing h-BN rods exhibited optimal high-temperature service performances,including 25%higher hot modulus of rupture,21.3%higher thermal shock strength residual ratio,20.9%lower in oxidation and 44.3%less in slag corrosion,compared to the counterpart specimens without ***,benefiting from the synergistic enhancement of the rod-like h-BN and in-situ generated SiC whiskers,the high-temperature service performances of h-BN rods containing specimens outperformed counterpart specimens containing commercial h-BN flake,carbon black,and carbon nanotubes,respectively.

Experimental study on performance of 100-kW low temperature superconducting steady-state magnetoplasmadynamic thruster

Applied field magnetoplasmadynamic thrusters (AF-MPDTs), with their high specific impulse and considerable thrust, are increasingly favored for large-scale space missions. This paper presents the composition, functionality, and testing methods of a high-power electric propulsion performance testing system, along with the vacuum ignition test results of a 100 kW superconducting MPD thruster. The relationships between thruster efficiency, magnetic field strength, current, and mass flow rate are analyzed. For each combination of current and flow rate in an AF-MPDT, there is an optimal magnetic field strength where the thruster efficiency reaches its peak. Under conditions of 320 A current and 60 mg/s flow rate, the optimal magnetic field strength is 0.5 T, yielding the highest thruster efficiency of 71%.

大同盆地地下水硝酸盐分布特征及来源解析

利用水化学分析和多同位素联合技术(δ^(18)O-H_(2)O、δ^(15)N-NO_(3)^(-)和δ^(18)O-NO_(3)^(-)),研究大同盆地地下水硝酸盐来源及转化过程,借助MixSIAR模型定量解析各污染源的贡献率.结果表明,地下水中NO_(3)^(-)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N和NH_(4)^(+)-N平均浓度分别为32.07,0.96,0.61mg/L,以NO_(3)^(-)-N为主,最高浓度达538.61mg/L,超过地下水质量(GB/T 14848-2017)Ⅲ类标准(20mg/L)27倍,超标率达39.13%;垂向上,地下水NO_(3)^(-)-N浓度随井深增加而降低,即浅层地下水(均值34.26mg/L)>中层地下水(22.05mg/L)>深层地下水(13.07mg/L).硝化作用是地下水氮转化的主要机制,反硝化作用不明显.污水粪肥、土壤氮和化学肥料是造成地下水硝酸盐污染的主要原因,其平均贡献率分别为浅层地下水:污水粪肥(33.6%)>土壤氮(33.5%)>化学肥料(21.5%),中层地下水:污水粪肥(43.3%)>土壤氮(34.4%)>化学肥料(18.1%),深层地下水:土壤氮(54.4%)>化学肥料(25.1%)>污水粪肥(18.5%),不确定性分析表明化学肥料和土壤氮的不确定性指数UI90值较高,对硝酸盐污染的贡献率表现出较大的不确定性.研究成果为地下水氮转化和污染来源解析提供参考依据.

Ginkgo Huolinhensis *** the Lower Cretaceous of Huolinhe Coal Field,Inner Mongolia,China

A new species, Ginkgo huolinhensis sp. nov., with well-preserved cuticle from the Lower Cretaceous, Huolinhe Formation of Huolinhe Coal Field in Inner Mongolia, China, was studied morphologically and anatomically. The main characters of the new species are found in the leaves which are deeply dissected with narrow lobes, trichomes developed on both upper and lower epidermal cells, a media papilla developed on the periclinal walls for each cell in upper cuticle, and no trichomes on the cuticle of the petioles. These characters of G. huolinhensis sp. nov. distinguish from the known species of Ginkgo previously reported. This study of the new species is beneficial for the taxonomic research of fossil Ginkgo, and should be helpful for a better understanding the paleoenvironment of Ginkgo living in northeastern China during the Early Cretaceous.
