Eco-friendly lead-free tin(Sn)-based perovskites have drawn much attention in the field of photovoltaic s,and the highest power conversion efficiency(PCE)of Sn-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has been recently approaching 15%.However,the PCE improvement of Sn-based PSCs has reached bottleneck,and an unambiguous guidance beyond traditional trial-and-error process is highly desired for further boosting their *** this work,machine learning(ML)approach based on artificial neural network(ANN)algorithm is adopted to guide the development of Sn-based PSCs by learning from currently available *** models are designed to predict the bandgap of newly designed Sn-based perovskites and photovoltaic performance trends of the PSCs,and the practicability of the models are verified by real experimental ***,by analyzing the physical mechanisms behind the predicted trends,the typical characteristics of Sn-based perovskites can be derived even no relevant inputs are provided,demonstrating the robustness of the developed *** on the models,it is predicted that wide bandgap Sn-based PSCs with optimized interfacial energy level alignment could obtain promising PCE breaking 20%.At last,critical suggestions for future development of Sn-based PSCs are *** work opens a new avenue for guiding and promoting the development of high-performing Sn-based PSCs.

AIM:To examine the prophylactic effect of glyceryl trinitrate on post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) pancreatitis and ***:Patients scheduled for ERCP were randomly divided into study group and placebo *** in study group and placebo group were treated with 5 mg glyceryl trinitrate and 100 mg vitamin C,respectively,5 min before endoscopic ***:A total of 74 patients were enrolled in the final ***-ERCP pancreatitis occurred in 3 patients(7.9%) of the study group and 9 patients(25%) in the placebo group(P = 0.012).Hyperamylasemia occurred in 8 patients of the study group(21.1%) and 13 patients(36.1%) of the placebo group(P = 0.037).CONCLUSION:Glyceryl trinitrate before ERCP can effectively prevent post-ERCP and hyperamylasemia.

Objective： To analyze the effects of salvianolate on myocardial infarction in a murine in vivo model of ischemia and reperfusion （I/R） injury. Metheds： Myocardial I/R injury model was constructed in mice by 30 min of coronary occlusion followed by 24 h of reperfusion and pretreated with salvianolate 30 min before I/R （SAL group）. The SAL group was compared with SHAM （no I/R and no salvianolate）, I/R （no salvianolate）, and ischemia preconditioning （IPC） groups. Furthermore, an ERK1/2 inhibitor PD98059 （1 mg/kg）, and a phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase （PI3-K） inhibitor, LY294002 （7.5 mg/kg）, were administered intraperitoneal injection （i.p） for 30 min prior to salvianolate, followed by I/R surgery in LY and PD groups. By using a double staining method, the ratio of the infarct size （IS） to left ventricle （LV） and of risk region （RR） to LV were compared among the groups. Correlations between IS and RR were analyzed. Western-blot was used to detect the extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 （ERK1/2） and protein kinase B （AKT） phosphorylation changes. Results： There were no significant differences between RR to LV ratio among the SHAM, I/R, IPC and SAL groups （P〉0.05）. The SAL and IPC groups had IS of 26.1% ± 1.4% and 22.3% ±2.9% of RR, respectively, both of which were significantly smaller than the I/R group （38.5% ± 2.9% of RR, P〈0.05, P〈0.01, respectively）. Moreover, the phosphorylation of ERK1/2 was increased in SAL group （P〈0.05）, while AKT had no significant change. LY294002 further reduced IS, whereas the protective role of salvianolate could be attenuated by PD98059, which increased the IS. Additionally, the IS was not linearly related to the RR （r=0.23, 0.45, 0.62, 0.17, and 0.52 in the SHAM, I/R, SAL, LY and PD groups, respectively）. Conclusion： Salvianolate could reduce myocardial I/R injury in mice in vivo, which involves an ERK1/2 pathway, but not a PI3-K signaling pathway.

AIIopolyploidy has played an important role in plant evolution and heterosis. Recent studies indicate that the process of wide hybridization and （or） polyploidization may induce rapid and extensive genetic and epigenetic changes in some plant species. To better understand the allopolyploidy evolutionism and the genetic mechanism of Arachis interspecific hybridization, this study was conducted to monitor the gene expression variation by cDNA start codon targeted polymorphism （cDNA-SCoT） and cDNA high-frequency oligonucleotide-targeting active gene （cDNA-HFO-TAG） techniques, from the hybrids （F1） and newly synthesized allopolyploid generations （S0-$3） between tetraploid cultivated peanut Zhongkaihua 4 with diploid wild one Arachis doigoi. Rapid and considerable gene expression variations began as early as in the FI hybrid or immediately after chromosome doubling. Three types of gene expression changes were observed, including complete silence （gene from progenitors was not expressed in all progenies）, incomplete silence （gene expressed only in some progenies） and new genes activation. Those silent genes mainly involved in RNA transcription, metabolism, disease resistance, signal transduction and unknown functions. The activated genes with known function were almost retroelements by cDNA-SCoT technique and all metabolisms by cDNA-HFO-TAG. These findings indicated that interspecific hybridization and ploidy change affected gene expression via genetic and epigenetic alterations immediately upon allopolyploid formation, and some obtained transcripts derived fragments （TDFs） probably could be used in the research of molecular mechanism of Arachis allopolyploidization which contribute to thwe genetic diploidization of newly formed allopolyploids. Our research is valuable for understanding of peanut evolution and improving the utilization of putative and beneficial genes from the wild peanut.

Radio Frequency Interference(RFI)mitigation is essential for supporting the science output of Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST)due to its high *** order to protect FAST from RFI,an Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC)study has been carried out and the operation of a Radio Quiet Zone(RQZ)is *** measurements of the telescope instruments and monitoring of the active radio services outside the site have revealed the radiation properties of the RFI *** on the measurement results and theoretical analysis,various EMC methods have been implemented for the telescope to decrease the ***,the main RFI sources in the FAST RQZ,such as mobile stations,broadcast stations and navigation instruments,have been identified,and the technical measures have been adopted to protect the quiet radio environment around the *** early science outputs of FAST have demonstrated the efficiency of RFI mitigation methods.

To systematically evaluate the prognostic value of lymphovascular invasion （LVI） in radical prostatectomy （RP） by a meta-analysis based on the published literature. To identify relevant studies, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science database were searched from 1966 to May 2014. Finally, 25 studies （9503 patients） were included. LVI was found in 12.2% （1156/9503） of the RP specimens. LVI was found to be correlated with higher pathological tumor stages （greater than pT3 stage）（risk ratio [RR] 1.90, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.73-2.08, P〈 0.00001）, higher Gleason scores （greater than GS = 7）（RR 1.30, 95% CI 1.23-1.38, P 〈 0.00001）, positive pathological node （pN） status （RR 5.67, 95% CI 3.14-10.24, P 〈 0.00001）, extracapsular extension （RR 1.72, 95% CI 1.46-2.02, P 〈 0.00001）, and seminal vesicle involvement （RR 3.36, 95% CI 2.41-4.70, P 〈 0.00001）. The pooled hazard ratio （HR） was statistically significant for Biochemical Recurrence-Free （BCR-free） probability （HR 2.05, 95% ／ CI 1.64-2.56; Z = 6.30, P〈 0.00001）. Sensitivity analysis showed that the pooled HR and 95% CI were not significantly altered by the omission of any single study. Begg＇s Funnel plots showed no significant publication bias （P = 0.112）. In conclusion, LVI exhibited a detrimental effect on the BCR-Free probability and clinicopathological features in RP specimens, and may prove to be an independent prognostic factor of BCR.

A metabolically healthy status,whether obese or not,is a transient stage with the potential to develop into metabolic disor-ders during the course of *** investigated the incidence of metabolic disorders in 1078 metabolically healthy Chinese adults from the Shanghai Changfeng Study and looked for metabolites that discriminated the participants who would develop metabolic disorders in the *** were divided into metabolically healthy overweight/obesity(MHO)and meta-bolically healthy normal weight(MHNW)groups according to their body mass index(BMI)and metabolic *** serum metabolomic profile was measured using a ^(1)H nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer(^(1)H-NMR).The prevalence of diabetes,hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesterolemia and metabolic syndrome was similar between the MHNW and MHO participants at *** a median of 4.2 years of follow-up,more MHO participants became metabolically unhealthy than MHNW ***,a subgroup of MHO participants who remained metabolically healthy(MHO→MHO)had a similar prevalence of metabolic disorders as the MHNW participants at the follow-up examination,despite a signifi-cant reduction in their serum concentrations of high-density lipoprotein(HDL)and an elevation in valine,leucine,alanine and *** correlation analysis indicated that serum intermediate-density lipoprotein(IDL)and very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-CH)might be involved in the transition from metabolically healthy to unhealthy status and could be valuable to identify the MHNW and MHO with increased metabolic risks.
