Synergistic Interdecadal Evolution of Precipitation over Eastern China and the Pacific Decadal Oscillation during 1951-2015

By using the multi-taper method(MTM)of singular value decomposition(SVD),this study investigates the interdecadal evolution(10-to 30-year cycle)of precipitation over eastern China from 1951 to 2015 and its relationship with the North Pacific sea surface temperature(SST).Two significant interdecadal signals,one with an 11-year cycle and the other with a 23-year cycle,are identified in both the precipitation and SST *** show that the North Pacific SST forcing modulates the precipitation distribution over China through the effects of the Pacific Decadal Oscillation(PDO)-related anomalous Aleutian low on the western Pacific subtropical high(WPSH)and Mongolia high(MH).During the development stage of the PDO cold phase associated with the 11-year cycle,a weakened WPSH and MH increased the precipitation over the Yangtze River Basin,whereas an intensified WPSH and MH caused the enhanced rain band to move northward to North China during the decay *** the development stage of the PDO cold phase associated with the 23-year cycle,a weakened WPSH and MH increased the precipitation over North China,whereas an intensified WPSH and the weakened MH increased the precipitation over South China during the decay *** 11-year and 23-year variabilities contribute differently to the precipitation variations in the different regions of China,as seen in the 1998flooding *** 11-year cycle mainly accounts for precipitation increases over the Yangtze River Basin,while the 23-year cycle is responsible for the precipitation increase over Northeast *** results have important implications for understanding how the PDO modulates the precipitation distribution over China,helping to improve interdecadal climate prediction.

Salinity effect-induced ENSO amplitude modulation in association with the interdecadal Pacific Oscillation

A 110-year ensemble simulation of an ocean general circulation model(OGCM)was analyzed to identify the modulation of salinity interdecadal variability on El Niño-Southern Oscillation(ENSO)amplitude in the tropical Pacific during *** simulating results show that sea surface salinity(SSS)variation in the region exhibits notable and coherent interdecadal variability signal,which is closely associated with the Interdecadal Pacific Oscillation(IPO).As salinity increases or reduces,the SSS modulations on ENSO amplitude during its warm/cold events vary asymmetrically with positive/negative IPO ***,salinity interdecadal variability can enhance or reduce ENSO-related conditions in upper-ocean stratification,contributing noticeably to ENSO *** anomalies associated with the mixed layer depth and barrier layer thickness can modulate ENSO amplitude during positive and negative IPO phases,resulting in the asymmetry of sea surface temperature(SST)anomaly in the tropical *** positive IPO phases,SSS interdecadal variability contributes positively to El Niño amplitude but negatively to La Niña amplitude by enhancing or reducing SSS interannual variability,and vice versa during negative IPO ***,the results indicate that the modulation of the ENSO amplitude by the SSS interdecadal variability is 15%-28%during negative IPO phases and 30%-20%during positive IPO phases,***,the SSS interdecadal variability associated with IPO and its modulation on ENSO amplitude in the tropical Pacific are among factors essentially contributing ENSO diversity.

贫双相不锈钢2101(LDX 2101)是一种可以替代304奥氏体不锈钢的低镍不锈钢材料,以良好的经济性、力学性能和耐腐蚀性而被广泛研究,在核电工程中具有广泛的应用前景。针对核电工程水下维修技术背景,利用光学显微镜和电子背散射衍射等方法,研究了水下环境激光填丝直接能量沉积工艺制备的贫双相不锈钢2101的微观组织和织构演变。结果表明,水下环境对熔池的快速冷却作用抑制了铁素体向奥氏体的转变进程。由于铁素体的表面能最低,大多数铁素体是沿着密排堆积的(111)α和(110)α平面沉积的,沉积结构呈现典型的立方结构和高斯结构。尽管奥氏体的织构不如穿过沉积层的铁素体的织构强,但结果表明,奥氏体相相对于铁素体相形成了更紧密的Kurdjumov-Sachs取向关系。激光填丝直接能量沉积工艺的循环再加热效应不仅改变了贫双相不锈钢2101的组织和织构,还影响了晶粒尺寸和特殊晶界的比例。提高沉积结构中∑3晶界的含量和分布均匀性,有利于增强沉积层的耐蚀性。

随着海上浮式风机的大型化和作业水深的增加,风机运维服务船舶与风机平台之间的碰撞是影响风机安全运营的重要风险之一,而目前已有的研究主要聚焦于固定式海上风机。本文针对运维船与半潜式浮式风机的碰撞问题,基于多体水动力学建立运维船与半潜式浮式风机的运动方程,并采用物理建模方式模拟浮体间的碰撞力。首先,在时域内模拟因运维船动力定位故障导致其与风机平台的碰撞过程;在此基础上,分析撞击速度、撞击位置等因素对浮体运动响应的影响规律。研究结果表明,碰撞力具有作用时间短、幅值大的特点,其幅值与浮体间的相对速度呈线性关系;因运维船附加质量较小,碰撞对其横摇、艏摇速度影响显著,同时运维船的撞击位置直接决定了浮体动能之间的能量重分配,进而影响碰撞力幅值及浮体运动响应。

使用大型捣固车对有砟轨道进行作业,是改善道床质量状态最有效方法和通用手段,是保障列车安全运营的必然选择。但我国大型养路机械源于引进国外技术,对捣固车捣固作业机理认识不足,无法进行科学养护维修。为加深对目前铁路养修作业中常用DWL-48捣固稳定车的三枕捣固装置作业过程的认识,该文借助离散元与多体动力学协同仿真分析方法,建立了三枕捣固装置-轨排-有砟道床三维空间精细化耦合仿真模型,并结合现场实测结果验证了模型的正确性,分析了捣固作业动态过程中道砟颗粒平动、转动特性及能量演变规律。研究结果表明:捣镐对道砟颗粒平动、转动和能量的影响主要位于枕下0 mm~175 mm区域;道砟颗粒速度与角速度变化规律具有很好的同步性,有助于快速填充枕下空隙。捣固作业过程中捣镐采用“道砟平动为主,转动为辅”的方式填充枕下空隙,并且在该过程中伴随着道砟颗粒平动动能、旋转动能逐渐向道砟颗粒势能的不断演变。

Effect of Different Raw Material Processing Methods on the Quality of Apple Distilled Spirits

In this study,the effect of yeast strains(X16 and RMS2),fruit seed,and pectinase on the quality of apple distilled spirits were investigated with apple as *** results showed that pectinase shortened the fermentation *** strain X16,fruit seed remaining,and pectinase addition groups had higher yields of crude distilled spirits than the strain RMS2,fruit seed removal,and without pectinase groups,*** the first-grade distilled spirits quality,the X16 group had higher content of total acids,total esters,higher alcohols,and alcohol content than the RMS2 group;the group with fruit seeds had higher total acids but lower alcohol content and total esters than the group with fruit seed removal;the group with pectinase addition had higher total acids and alcohol content than the group without pectinase *** the second-grade distilled spirits quality,the X16 group had higher total acids,total esters,and alcohol content than the RMS2 group;the group without fruit seeds had higher alcohol content than the group with fruit seeds;the group with pectinase addition showcased higher total acids but lower alcohol content than the group without pectinase *** summary,yeast strains and pectinase affected the quality of apple distilled spirits,and strain X16 was more suitable for brewing apple distilled *** affected the quality of apple distilled spirits by affecting fermentation rate and temperature.

针对动力学模型未知的多输入多输出非线性离散时间多智能体系统的随机时延问题,提出一种输入增益补偿策略,并针对其通讯受限问题,提出一种带有死区操作器的事件触发控制机制.首先,采用伪偏导技术沿时间轴方向,在智能体的每个工作点上建立一种紧格式动态线性化数据模型,并给出该数据模型的参数估计算法.在此数据模型的基础上结合符号图论,研究智能体之间的合作与竞争关系,设计一种事件触发的数据驱动双向编队控制算法.最后,通过李雅普诺夫稳定性理论、矩阵理论以及压缩映射原理论证所提出算法的收敛性,并通过仿真实验和实物实验进一步验证该算法的正确性与有效性.

针对复杂背景下小目标特征经多次卷积被背景噪声淹没导致的检测精度低的问题,提出一种增强弱特征表达的一阶段轻量级小目标检测算法SA-YOLO.首先,用改进的ShuffleNetv2网络构建骨干网络,通过嵌入SE注意力模块和Inception结构,提升网络在复杂背景下的特征提取能力,有效地抑制背景噪声,充分提取弱特征;其次,在颈部网络,采用新的特征融合模块,以含有弱特征较多的低层级特征块的空间位置信息对高层级特征进行权重调整,提高不同层级的特征融合利用率,减少小目标的特征损失;最后,在头部网络,用解耦的检测头替换原YOLO耦合的检测头,解耦分类任务和回归任务,提高弱特征的解码能力,增强小目标检测的性能.在公开数据集COCO2017上进行实验,结果表明, SA-YOLO参数量仅有1.14 M,小目标平均检测召回率ARS达到31.6%.同时,将所提出算法与近几年主流算法进行对比,结果表明,所提出算法在小目标检测方面具有较强的竞争力.

农业碳减排关系着我国“双碳目标”的实现。基于2011—2020年30个省区市面板数据实证检验了数字普惠金融对农业碳排放强度的影响效应。研究发现:数字普惠金融可以显著抑制农业碳排放强度,实证结果在一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。异质性分析方面,不同维度和不同区域数字普惠金融发展程度对于农业碳排放强度的影响效果不同。作用机制方面,数字普惠金融主要通过促进农地流转来抑制农业碳排放强度,且农地流转发挥着完全中介效应。非线性效应方面,数字普惠金融对农业碳排放强度的抑制作用存在双重门槛,其不同发展程度对农业碳排放强度的抑制作用呈现出“缓—增—缓”的变化特征。因此,为促进农业碳减排应进一步推进数字普惠金融在农村地区的发展,同时还应加强政策引导,继续推动农地流转。
