Background:Rosa chinensis *** Rosa rugosa *** not only of ornamental value,but also edible flowers and the flower buds have been listed in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia as traditional *** two plants have some differences in efficacy,but the flower buds are easily confused for similar *** addition,large-scale cultivation of ornamental rose flowers may lead to a decrease in the effective components of medicinal ***,it is necessary to study the chemical composition and make quality evaluation of Rosae Chinensis Flos(Yueji)and Rosae Rugosae Flos(Meigui).Methods:In this study,40 batches of samples including Meigui and Yueji from different regions in China were collected to establish high-performance liquid chromatography ***,the fingerprints data was analyzed using principal component analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,and partial least squares discriminant analysis analysis chemometrics to obtain information on intergroup differences,and non-targeted metabolomic techniques were applied to identify and compare chemical compositions of samples which were chosen from groups with large *** compounds were screened by orthogonal partial least-squares discriminant analysis and S-plot,and finally multi-component quantification was performed to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Yueji and ***:The similarity between the fingerprints of 40 batches roses and the reference print R was 0.73 to 0.93,indicating that there were similarities and differences between the *** principal component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis of fingerprints data,the samples from different origins and varieties were intuitively divided into four *** least-squares discriminant analysis analysis showed that Meigui and Yueji cluster into two categories and the model was reliable.A total of 89 compounds were identified by high resolution mass spectrometry,mainly were flavonoids and flavon

为了厘清AIGC情境下用户中辍行为的影响因素,提升AIGC用户的使用体验和持续使用行为、促进国内AIGC应用平台的高质量发展,本研究首先借鉴扎根理论研究范式,通过对访谈样本数据的编码分析提炼出AIGC用户中辍行为影响因素,其次以解释结构模型为基础探究AIGC用户中辍行为影响要素间的内在逻辑与关联路径,再次通过交叉影响矩阵相乘法研究各影响因素之间的依赖性与驱动力,以找到AIGC用户中辍行为的关键影响因素。研究结果显示,心理韧性因素、技术因素、感知风险和环境因素是影响AIGC用户中辍行为的重要因素,其中心理韧性能够有效缓解技术负担、技术风险以及信息过载等消极因素的影响,对于提升AIGC用户的持续使用行为具有重要的理论意义和实践意义。以此为基础,提出了有效化解AIGC用户中辍行为,促进AIGC用户持续使用的对策与建议。

Spatio-temporal Variation of Landuse Carbon Budget and Carbon Compensation Zoning at County Level in Henan Province

As an important province in China with a large population，agriculture，industry，and energy consumption，Henan Province is in a period of attack and opportunity for low-carbon transformation of its economy and optimization of its energy structure，and carrying out a study on the assessment of carbon budget and carbon compensation at the county level，to promote the coordinated development of a low-carbon economy in central China and to realize China's vision of carbon neutrality by 2060，is important. The study selected 123 county-level units in Henan Province as the research object，based on the land use data of Henan Province from 2000 to 2020，constructed the carbon balance estimation model and measured the horizontal compensation standard with the help of the modified carbon compensation model，studied the spatio-temporal pattern of carbon balance and carbon compensation zoning of Henan Province under the perspective of the main functional area，and put forward the regional development strategy guided by the development of low-carbon economy. The research results demonstrated that：① From 2000 to 2020，the total amount of carbon emissions from land use in Henan Province first increased and then decreased，with the peak in 2015，and the construction land was the major source of carbon. The amount of carbon absorption continued to grow steadily，and arable land and forest land were the major carriers of carbon sinks. The carbon budget showed significant spatial and temporal characteristics;carbon absorption showed a spatial pattern of"high in the west and low in the east，high in the south and low in the north;"and carbon emissions were spatially characterized by"a concentration of high values in the center and the north and a scattering of low values towards the outside."② Henan Province exhibited similar spatial patterns in carbon intensity and net emissions，with high values in the central and northern regions tapering off outwards. YOLOX-SwinT algorithm improves the accuracy of AO/OTA classification of intertrochanteric fractures by orthopedic trauma surgeons

Purpose:Intertrochanteric fracture(ITF)classification is crucial for surgical ***,orthopedic trauma surgeons have shown lower accuracy in ITF classification than *** objective of this study was to utilize an artificial intelligence(AI)method to improve the accuracy of ITF ***:We trained a network called YOLOX-SwinT,which is based on the You Only Look Once X(YOLOX)object detection network with Swin Transformer(SwinT)as the backbone architecture,using 762 radiographic ITF examinations as the training ***,we recruited 5 senior orthopedic trauma surgeons(SOTS)and 5 junior orthopedic trauma surgeons(JOTS)to classify the 85 original images in the test set,as well as the images with the prediction results of the network model in *** analysis was performed using the SPSS 20.0(IBM Corp.,Armonk,NY,USA)to compare the differences among the SOTS,JOTS,SOTS+AI,JOTS+AI,SOTS+JOTS,and SOTS+JOTS+AI *** images were classified according to the AO/OTA 2018 classification system by 2 experienced trauma surgeons and verified by another expert in this *** on the actual clinical needs,after discussion,we integrated 8 subgroups into 5 new subgroups,and the dataset was divided into training,validation,and test sets by the ratio of 8:1:***:The mean average precision at the intersection over union(IoU)of 0.5(mAP50)for subgroup detection reached 90.29%.The classification accuracy values of SOTS,JOTS,SOTS+AI,and JOTS+AI groups were 56.24%±4.02%,35.29%±18.07%,79.53%±7.14%,and 71.53%±5.22%,*** paired t-test results showed that the difference between the SOTS and SOTS+AI groups was statistically significant,as well as the difference between the JOTS and JOTS+AI groups,and the SOTS+JOTS and SOTS+JOTS+AI ***,the difference between the SOTS+JOTS and SOTS+JOTS+AI groups in each subgroup was statistically significant,with all p<*** independent samples t-test results showed that

Effect of Heat Treatment on Structure and Wear Resistance of High Chromium Cast Steel Containing Boron

The microstructure, mechanical properties and wear resistance of high chromium cast steel containing boron after different heat treatments were studied by means of the optical microscopy （OM）, the scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, X-ray diffraction （XRD）, hardness, impact toughness, tensile and pin-on-disc abrasion tests. The results show that as cast microstructures of boron-free high chromium steel consist of martensite and a few （Cr, Fe）_7C_3 carbide, and the macro-hardness of boron-free high chromium steel is 55-57 HRC. After 0.5 mass% B was added into high chromium cast steel, as-cast structure transforms into eutectic （Fe, Cr）2B, （Cr, Fe）7 （C, B）a and martensite, and the macro-hardness reaches 58-60 HRC. High temperature quenching leads to the disconnection and isolated distribution of boride, and there are many （Cr,Fe）_23 （C,B）_6 precipitated phases in the quenching structure. Quenching from 1050 ℃, high chromium steel obtained the highest hardness, and the hardness of high chromium cast steel containing boron is higher than that of boron-free high chromium steel. The change of quenching temperature has no obvious effect on impact toughness of high chromium steel, and the increase of quenching temperature leads to tensile strength having an increasing tendency. At the same quenching temperature, the wear resistance of high chromium cast steel containing boron is more excellent than that of boron-free high chromium steel. High chromium cast steel guide containing boron has good performance while using in steel bar mill.

KdV Equation with Self-consistent Sources in Non-uniform Media

Two non-isospectral KdV equations with self-consistent sources are derived. Gauge transformation between the first non-isospectral KdV equation with self-consistent sources （corresponding to λt = -2aA） and its isospectral counterpart is given, from which exact solutions for the first non-isospectral KdV equation with self-consistent sources is easily listed. Besides, the soliton solutions for the two equations are obtained by means of Hirota＇s method and Wronskian technique, respectively. Meanwhile, the dynamical properties for these solutions are investigated.
