A plumbomicrolite concentrate(PMC)was leached with the mixture of HF and H2SO4,HF and HNO3 acids,*** conditions ensuring high recovery of tantalum and niobium(up to 99%)into solution,and radionuclides into insoluble residue were ***-sulfuric acid and fluoride-nitric acid schemes were proposed for PMC leaching by an extractive separation of tantalum form niobium,lead and impurities,and production of high-purity tantalum ***-1 was used as an *** conditions for production of high-purity tantalum strip solutions were defined for all stages(extraction-scrubbing-stripping).Produced tantalum compounds,such as tantalum pentoxide and potassium heptafluotanthalate,comply with the norms for high-purity substances in terms of impurities *** choice of the PMC processing scheme is determined by its profitability.

A series of in vitro trials was carried out to examine the capacity of eight proteolytic enxymes, which are either of bacterial or of fungal origins, and their combinations with adeglycosidase in denaturing the activity of lectin and trypsin inhibitors in Paseolus vulgris, seed type Processor,under the similar conditions to those of the gut. Enzymes, P3 and P4, were the most effective on hydrolyisis of trypsin inhibitory activity. After two hours incubation, trypsin inhibitory activity was reduced to 50 and 40% of the original value by P3 and P4 respectively. The rests of enzymes had little effects. Compared with trypsin inhibitors, lectin was more resistant to hydrolysis. Only P4 reduced it by 26% of the original value. Preincubation with deglycosidase at its optimum conditions for one hour had no significant benefits for the tested proteases.

Ni-Cr based nanostructured feedstock powder was prepared by mechanical milling technique involving repeated welding, fracturing, and re-welding of powder particles in a planetary ball mill. The milled nanocrystalline powders were used to coat carbon steel tubes using high velocity oxygen fuel（HvOF） thermal spraying process. The characterization of the feedstock powder and HvOF coated substrates was performed using optical microscope, X-ray diffractometer（XRD）, scanning electron microscope（SEM）, high resolution transmission electron microscope（HR-TEM）, energy dispersive spectrometer（edS） and microhardness tests. The coated and uncoated samples were subjected to different thermal cycles and characterized for their phase changes, metallurgical changes and microhardness variations. Ni-Cr nanostructured coated samples exhibited higher mechanical and metallurgical properties compared to their conventionally coated counter parts. The results showed that the nanostructured coating possessed a more uniform and denser microstructure than the conventional coating.

Lichens are symbiotic organisms that comprise a fungus and a photosynthetic partner wich are recognized as a good indicator of climate ***,our understanding of how aridity affects the diversity of saxicolous lichens in drylands is still *** evaluate the relationship between saxicolous lichen diversity and aridity in a central México dryland,a geographical transect was established of 100 km to build an aridity gradient in the semiarid zone of the State of Querétaro,Mexico,comprising ten sampling sites with a 10 km *** richness,abundance and diversity of soil lichen species were recorded using two sampling methods:the quadrat-intercept and the line-intercept method,to compare their performance in assessing soil lichen diversity in *** number of species and Shannon diversity of saxicolous lichens were higher at intermediate values of the aridity index(AI=0.10-0.34).Quadrat intercept and point intercept methods gave quite similar results,which means that the selected method does not influence the results in a significant *** study confirms the role of saxicolous lichens as climate change indicators and reveals the importance of the sampling method selection in the evaluation of different parameters of soil lichen diversity in drylands.

Change in traditional views on regularities of revealing the binding properties by mineral substances became possible owing to establishing in 1957 by v.D. Glukhovsky the fact that alkali metal (Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs) compounds possessed binding properties. That was made by comparing and revealing the analogy between processes of structure formation of artificial stone based on cement and processes of formation and chemical weathering of silicate rocks. The foundations laid were taken as the basis for creation of alkaline cements, which were themselves a combination of alkalies and alumi-nosilicates of natural and waste product origin. By the investigations held the possibility of creation of the alkaline cements of new generation based on chemical activation of industrial waste raw materials was established. Regulation of acid-base equilibrium in a dispersive medium in direction of increase of its basicity to limits securing flow of cation- exchange reactions in a binding system with formation of an alkali, taking an active part in hardening and creation of structure- forming elements of alkaline aluminosilicate composition analogous to natural zeolites was put as a base for these achievements. It has been proved by the experiments that zeolites are the most effective additives, capable to carry out ion- exchange function, high- silica zeolites, in particular, clinaptilolits being the most effective ones. Mechanism of effect of clinoptilolite on hardening processes in the sodium sulphate based slag-alkaline cements (SAC) was studied by means of a complex of physico- chemical investigations. Principles of compositional structure of a sodium sulphate- based SAC and optimal technological processing parameters of producing have been determined on the base of the investigations held. A sensitive and eco-friendly method was developed for the spectrophotometric determination of Lisinopril (LSP) in bulk and pharmaceutical formulations by cloud point extraction technique. The method was based on the formation of a blue-colored coordination complex between Lisinopril (LSP) and Cobalt Thiocyanate (CTC) at a suitable pH. The Complex in aqueous medium was extracted into surfactant layer by cloud point extraction using a non-ionic surfactant Triton X-114 and then the surfactant layer was dissolved in a suitable volume of ethanol and the amount of Lisinopril was determined spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 625 nm. The conditions like concentration of the drug, concentration of CTC and of Triton X-114, PH, etc. were optimized by OFAT (One Factor At a Time) method.
