In this paper,we present a novel,reliable and sensitive electrochemical sensor for the determination of paracetamol based on hollow carbon Co3O4 nanosheets/reduced graphene oxide composite(Co3O4/r-GO).The Co3O4/r-GO was prepared via a rapid one-step microwave solvothermal *** series of techniques that included scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and Raman were carried out to characterize the morphology and structure of as-prepared *** importantly,the developed electrochemical sensor exhibited a wide linear range of 0.05 to 900.0μM and a low detection limit of 14.0 nM(S/N=3)by using differential pulse ***,the selectivity,repeatability,stability and practical applicability were further studied with satisfactory results.

Economic feasibility is crucial for achieving the carbon neutrality target. However, current integrated assessments often underestimate the economic impacts of mitigation policies due to the lack of consideration of their economic benefits. This study integrates a warming-labour productivity model with a typical integrated assessment model using shared socioeconomic pathways. It simulates China's economic development and carbon emission levels under both baseline and carbon-neutral policy scenarios, evaluating the economic costs and benefits of emission reduction policies aimed at achieving carbon neutrality. These findings reveal the following:(1) The economic costs of emission reduction policies are projected to peak between 2050 and 2060, ranging from 0.41% to 9.37% of total GDP in the baseline scenario, primarily due to increased energy prices and R&D investments. These costs are expected to decline rapidly after 2070.(2) China's carbon-neutral policies will mitigate global warming, with the economic benefits of mitigation projected to reach 5.65% to 17.24% of China's total GDP by 2100.(3) Lowcarbon scenarios SSP1 and SSP4 could significantly reduce initial economic costs and advance the onset of net economic gains to 2060. This integrated assessment confirms that China's carbon neutrality target offers substantial net economic benefits in the long term. To minimize initial economic costs, efforts should focus on enhancing consumption-side transitions, upgrading lowcarbon technologies, and adopting new energy sources.

Motivated by experimental measurements, we investigate the p-Ω correlation functions and interactions on the basis of a quark model. By solving the inverse scattering problem with channel coupling, we renormalize the coupling to other channels into an effective single-channel p-Ω potentials. The effects of Coulomb interaction and spin-averaging are also discussed. According to our results, the depletion of the p-Ω correlation functions, which is attributed to the JP= 2+bound state not observed in the ALICE Collaboration's measurements(Nature 588, 232（2020）), can be explained by the contribution of the attractive JP= 1+component in spin-averaging. So far, we have provided a consistent description of the p-Ω system from the perspective of the quark model, including the energy spectrum, scattering phase shifts, and correlation functions. The existence of the p-Ω bound state has been supported by all three aspects. Additionally, a sign of the p-Ω correlation function's subtle sub-unity part can be seen in experimental measurements, which warrants more precise verification in the future.

Meningeal lymphatic vessels form a relationship between the nervous system and periphery, which is relevant in both health and disease. Meningeal lymphatic vessels not only play a key role in the drainage of brain metabolites but also contribute to antigen delivery and immune cell activation. The advent of novel genomic technologies has enabled rapid progress in the characterization of myeloid and lymphoid cells and their interactions with meningeal lymphatic vessels within the central nervous system. In this review, we provide an overview of the multifaceted roles of meningeal lymphatic vessels within the context of the central nervous system immune network, highlighting recent discoveries on the immunological niche provided by meningeal lymphatic vessels. Furthermore, we delve into the mechanisms of crosstalk between meningeal lymphatic vessels and immune cells in the central nervous system under both homeostatic conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, discussing how these interactions shape the pathological outcomes. Regulation of meningeal lymphatic vessel function and structure can influence lymphatic drainage, cerebrospinal fluid-borne immune modulators, and immune cell populations in aging and neurodegenerative disorders, thereby playing a key role in shaping meningeal and brain parenchyma immunity.

目的探讨丙型肝炎感染者外周血淋巴细胞亚群与HCV基因型、肝脏炎症以及与IFN-α治疗的相互关系。方法采用流式细胞仪对41例丙型肝炎患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群百分比进行测定。同时对HCV采用限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)进行基因分型。结果未经治疗感染者的激活T细胞(CD3+HLA-DR+)、激活CD4+T细胞(CD4+HLA-DR+、CD4+CD25+)及NK细胞(CD3-CD16/CD56+)均低于正常(P0.05)。结论丙型肝炎患者细胞免疫功能存在着较严重的失调;CD8+细胞可能在丙型肝炎患者肝脏的炎症发生中起着重要作用;而INF-α的抗病毒作用的机理之一可能是通过调节机体的细胞免疫功能来实现的。不同HCV基因型感染者的细胞免疫功能未见差异。

沙蟒作为一类生存于沙漠的古老爬行动物和荒漠生态系统的重要组成部分,在维持荒漠生态平衡等方面起着极其重要的作用.随着全球变化和人类活动的干扰,沙蟒种群已经发生较大的变化,因此有必要开展调查沙蟒种群现状的研究.文中结合我国西北荒漠自然地理环境与沙蟒生物学习性,并以样线法为主、样点法和样方法为辅,共计设置样地16个,调查了解我国分布沙蟒属物种的种群现状及生境选择偏好.结果发现,沙蟒在我国主要分布于蒙新高原内蒙古中西部、宁夏北部、甘肃河西走廊和新疆吐哈盆地、准噶尔盆地、伊犁河谷以及塔里木盆地周边地区;虽然种群数量以古尔班通古特沙漠最多,但每平方公里大于1条的生境面积很小.进一步通过年龄结构分析发现,我国分布的沙蟒总体上呈较弱的下降型趋势;沙蟒偏好在长有梭梭、红柳群的半固定沙丘、灌丛沙土地、沙土质农田、固定沙丘、盐碱化程度不高的灌丛盐碱地,且有大量蜥蜴类、啮齿类动物生存的区域中活动;此外,影响沙蟒分布的生境因子还包括沙土的松散程度、颗粒大小等.

Reverse modulation of defect density of Ce-MOF-808 by solventassisted ligand exchange for dicyclopentadiene hydrogenation

Defect engineering is a pivotal strategy for tailoring the electronic structure and physicochemical properties of catalysts, yet the straightforward manipulation of defect density in porous materials presents a current challenge. In this work, we achieved precise control over the coordination unsaturated site（CUS） content and pore architecture of Ce-MOF-808 by employing 2-fluorobenzoic acid（2-FBA） as a modifier. Leveraging the p Kadisparities among three ligands（1,3,5-tricarboxylic benzoic acid,formic acid, and 2-FBA）, we preserved the spn topology of Ce-MOF within an aqueous system, while realizing partial substitution of the auxiliary ligands and saturation of the CUS. The amount of 2-FBA was negatively correlated with the number of ligand defects, and the consequent decrease in Ce3+content and the increase in the number of ligand linkages also induced crystal structure transformation. The modulation of the defect structure was correlated with the catalytic performance of dicyclopentadiene（DCPD） hydrogenation reaction, in which Ce-MMF0.15, constructed by the modulation of 0.15 mol amount of 2-fluorobenzoic acid, exhibited an optimal ligand defect density and micro-mesoporous structure, enabling almost complete conversion of DCPD at 100 ℃ and 2 MPa. This article also elucidates the correlation between the regulation of defect density and the accessibility of frustrated Lewis pair（FLP） active sites, guiding the application of novel porous intrinsic FLP materials in hydrogenation catalysis.
