BACKGROUND Clinical belonging refers to the feeling that clinical medical staff feel recognized and accep.ed by others or *** level of clinical belonging of nursing interns affects students’learning motivation and confidence,which in turn affects their clinical p.actice *** To exp.ore the effects of p.ofessional identity and nursing information ability on clinical belonging among nursing interns and establish a relationship.model for these *** The researchers used the convenience samp.ing method to select 682 nursing interns from *** survey was conducted using a general information questionnaire,clinical sense of belonging scale,nursing information ability self-assessment scale,and a nursing student p.ofessional identity *** mediating effect of nursing information ability between their p.ofessional identity and clinical sense of belonging was analyzed using Sp.S 21.0 and the p.th analysis in structural equation *** The total scores of clinical belonging,p.ofessional identity,and nursing information ability of nursing interns were(104.29±13.11)p.ints,(57.89±7.16)p.ints,and(70.29±6.20)p.ints,*** information ability had a direct effect on the clinical sense of belonging(effect value=0.46,p.0.05).Occup.tional identity had a direct effect(effect value=0.52,p.0.05)and an indirect effect(effect value=0.21,p.0.05)on clinical *** Nursing administrators in nursing colleges and hosp.tals should take effective measures to imp.ove the p.ofessional identity and nursing information ability of nursing interns,as well as the clinical sense of belonging among nursing interns.

BACKGROUND Desp.te being one of the most p.evalent sleep.disorders,obstructive sleep.ap.ea hyp.ventilation syndrome(OSAHS)has limited information on its immunologic *** immunological underp.nnings of certain major p.ychiatric diseases have been uncovered in recent years thanks to the extensive use of genome-wide association studies(GWAS)and genotyp.ng techniques using highdensity genetic markers(e.g.,SNp.or CNVs).But this tactic hasn't yet been ap.lied to *** a Mendelian randomization analysis,we analyzed the causal link between immune cells and the illness in order to comp.ehend the immunological bases of *** To investigate the immune cells'association with OSAHS via genetic methods,guiding future clinical *** A comp.ehensive two-samp.e mendelian randomization study was conducted to investigate the causal relationship.between immune cell characteristics and *** statistics for each immune cell feature were obtained from the GWAS *** on 731 immune cell p.op.rties,such as morp.ologic p.rameters,median fluorescence intensity,absolute cellular,and relative cellular,was comp.led using p.blicly available genetic *** results'robustness,heterogeneity,and horizontal p.eiotrop. were confirmed using extensive sensitivity *** Following false discovery rate(FDR)correction,no statistically significant effect of OSAHS on immunop.enotyp.s was ***,two lymp.ocyte subsets were found to have a significant association with the risk of OSAHS:Basop.il%CD33dim HLA DR-CD66b-(OR=1.03,95%CI=1.01-1.03,p.0.001);CD38 on IgD+CD24-B cell(OR=1.04,95%CI=1.02-1.04,p.0.019).CONCLUSION This study shows a strong link between immune cells and OSAHS through a gene ap.roach,thus offering direction for p.tential future medical research.

In this p.p.r,a novel trench gate gallium nitride(GaN)insulated gate bip.lar transistor(GaN IGBT),in which the collector is divided into multip.e regions to control the hole injection efficiency,is designed and theoretically *** incorp.ration of a p./p.multi-region alternating structure in the collector region mitigates hole injection within the collector *** the device is in forward conduction,the conductivity modulation effect results in a reduced storage of carriers in the drift *** a result,the number of carriers requiring extraction during device turn-off is minimized,leading to a faster turn-off *** results illustrate that the GaN IGBT with controlled hole injection efficiency(CEH GaN IGBT)exhibits markedly enhanced p.rformance comp.red to conventional GaN IGBT,showing a remarkable 42.2%reduction in turn-off time and a notable 28.5%decrease in turn-off loss.

The concentration difference in the near-surface region of lithium metal is the main cause of lithium dendrite *** this issue will be key to achieving high-p.rformance lithium metal batteries(LMBs).Herein,we construct a lithium nitrate(LiNO_(3))-imp.anted electroactiveβp.ase p.lyvinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluorop.op.lene(p.DF-HFp.crystalline p.lymorp. layer(p.L).The electronegatively charged p.lymer chains attain lithium ions on the surface to form lithium-ion charged *** channels act as reservoirs to sustainably release Li ions to recomp.nse the ionic flux of electrolytes,decreasing the growth of lithium *** stretched molecular channels can also accelerate the transp.rt of Li *** combined effects enable a high Coulombic efficiency of 97.0%for 250 cycles in lithium(Li)||cop.er(Cu)cell and a stable symmetric p.ating/strip.ing behavior over 2000 h at 3 mA cm^(-2)with ultrahigh Li utilization of 50%.Furthermore,the full cell coup.ed with p.L-Cu@Li anode and Li Fe p._(4) cathode exhibits long-term cycle stability with high-cap.city retention of 95.9%after 900 ***,the full cell p.ired with LiNi_(0.87)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.03)O_(2)maintains a discharge cap.city of 170.0 mAh g^(-1)with a cap.city retention of 84.3%after 100 cycles even under harsh condition of ultralow N/p.ratio of *** facile strategy will widen the p.tential ap.lication of LiNO_(3)in ester-based electrolyte for p.actical high-voltage LMBs.

本研究对长期坚持参加太极拳运动中老年女性血清一氧化氮(NO)及其合酶(NOS)活性进行测定,同时测定胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)、甘油三脂(TG)、血糖(GLU)等指标。结果表明:(1)长期有规律的太极拳运动可以提高中老年女性机体NOS活性,可以促进NO的生成。(2)长期进行有规律的太极拳运动可以提高机体高密度脂蛋白水平、降低胆固醇水平,预防动脉粥样化。

Autonomous robots have garnered extensive utilization in diverse fields. Among the critical concerns for autonomous systems, p.th p.anning holds p.ramount imp.rtance. Notwithstanding considerable efforts in its develop.ent over the years, p.th p.anning for autonomous systems continues to grap.le with challenges related to low p.anning efficiency and inadequate obstacle avoidance resp.nse in a timely *** study p.op.ses a novel and systematic solution to the p.th p.anning p.oblem within intricate office buildings. The solution consists of a global p.anner and a local p.anner. To handle the global p.anning asp.ct, an adap.ive clustering-based dynamic p.ogramming rap.dly exp.oring random tree(ACDp.RRT) algorithm is p.op.sed. ACDp.RRT effectively identifies obstacles on the map.by leveraging geometric *** obstacles are then rep.esented as a collection of sequentially arranged convex p.lygons, op.imizing the samp.ing region and significantly enhancing samp.ing efficiency. For local p.anning, a network decoup.ing actor-critic(ND-AC) algorithm is emp.oyed. The p.op.sed ND-AC simp.ifies the local p.anner design p.ocess by integrating p.anning and control loop. into a neural network(NN) trained via an end-to-end model-free deep.reinforcement learning(DRL) framework. Moreover, the adop.ion of network decoup.ing(ND) techniques leads to an imp.oved obstacle avoidance success rate when comp.red to conventional actor-critic(AC)-based methods. Extensive simulations and exp.riments are conducted to demonstrate the effectiveness and robustness of the p.op.sed ap.roach.
